    As an autistic and adhd person, my routines are SO important to my functionality. My life is so much better when I have a morning and night routine and a well scheduled day. I love waking up earlier and getting time to myself.

    I’m also so envious of these long glamorous morning routines! I get up for work at 4am and leave at 530. I don’t have time to workout before work which is my favorite time to exercise 😫 I do sit for 10-15minutes to enjoy my coffee and scroll on my phone.

    Girl I've been going on the treadmill for my cardio days 3x a week and i like to put a high incline. I always thought it wasnt really necessary to stretch before or after a walk but maaaaan I've been feeling really sore in my calves and realize i need to stretch!

    I don’t have a machine but I do go walking five times a week and Pilates restarted a few months ago. I do stretch when I do Pilates you need to. I’m toning up quite nicely. I too protect my skin body lotions and I’m looking for a good quality oil now for my skin I’m nearly 58 years old mostly for chest and arms. Any tips on a good one would really appreciate it. Your baby is looking so cute 🥰

    I love these videos babe!!! I have been thinking about that miss congeniality for a bit and I should just try it already! I swear I’m always freaking moody!! And esp anxious emotional before my period. The doc said unless it’s effecting ur life, not to get on a pill- so this might be a good option! I freaking loooove ur workout jumpsuit! I have a lovely lil fupa so I dream of wearing these 🤣🫠. Keep making these great videos!!! And we love seeing lil man!!! Such a sweet lil chunk!! 💙💙💙💙💙

    I love these videos! You should totally try epilating instead of shaving. It might now work for every spot (my arms absolutely hate it so I wax there) but I used to have to shave all the time and now I don’t have to touch up for a week or more. The biggest plus for me is no stubble! 😊

    Sleeping is the best lots of naps especially sleep good after I walk every other day at Walmart they only have the Nordic track bike hopefully I can get the treadmill someday I just started running but been walking almost 3 weeks such beautiful hair

    Love it!!!! Thank you for all the helpful tools, including products you mention. If it wasn’t for you mentioning some of those products i would not know they exists…😉 i will DEFIANTLY try the home made coffee creamer. I have bought most of your products and hands down the BEST! What you promote about them are true, the protein powder NOT chalky Today was my first time trying the protein powder and i added ice, bananas, nut milk and cinnamon and OMGGGGG so good!     Beautiful Skin Medium Coverage Liquid Foundation with Hyaluronic Acid, and tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer? (Plus the Kopari sunscreen you showed, and Fenty only makes one bronzer stick so that was easy to find.)
    But I can't see your lip gloss at all, so I'd love to know what that is.
    ...I MAY have a makeup problem. :) But I'd love to see a video of your favorites!

    Highly recommend getting laser done professionally. The hair growth is so much lighter only after 3 treatmemts and the skin feels so smooth. I wish i got it done sooner.

    I have extremely thick hair and if I ever go past 2 days without washing I get pimples all over my scalp 😅 it makes it really hard to want to work out every single day. I usually just work out every other day because of my hair haha

I love the hustle, but…..can we have a video here and there that includes no endorsements, whether it’s your products or others?     Hi Katie, I saw that you were diagnosed with hypothyroidism when you were 11 years old and you had a hard time because you had to figure it all out on your own especially the nutrition stuff and so on. I'm in the same situation, but at 25, I was diagnosed recently, although it is subclinical, and when I ask the doctors about nutrition or supplements I can tell they don't have a clue because they can't really tell me anything.
    I'm writing to you because I would like to know if you have tried Maca as a supplement and if it has worked well for you with respect to hypothyroidism or if it has been neutral or even if you know if it is harmful. I want to take it for other reasons, but I'm worried that it may affect my thyroid and I have already talked to several doctors and none of them know how to tell me, so I think I need to talk to people who really have the same or similar situation and know how they did 😥
