I go for a walk every single night after dinner. No matter what the weather. I love it & I bring my son. Sometimes he wears a little harness sometimes he just sits in his stroller. I wish I were a little closer to the beach. It’s close but not that close!

I love these videos! And girl I TOTALLY get why you put the air fryer outside when you make fish! It’s the worst smell in the house! I’d love to see another meal prep video for a busy week! I feel like that’s where I struggle the most is preparing meals during the week when I’m on the go so much! Can’t wait to start the challenge tomorrow!!!
I never wanted to get a air fryer because I couldn’t imagine another appliance On my counter top…… but you taking it out of the cupboard gave me ideas….
@@LoveSweatFitness agree, except mine is Airfryer/toaster oven. Use it almost everyday. The only problem I see is noone post recepies and temps/time for the combo 1 like I have. You would think this would be more common now. But, you still see nothing but the ones w a basket. I have to kinda guess and adjust my temperature.
I love a good night time routine! Loved seeing yours ❤️ oh and air fryer salmon is the best!! I am v lazy and stick my broccoli in for the last 4 mins of cooking ( blanch it in the broth or miso first). And yes to cleaning the kitchen up, it instantly kills a good mood if I go to make coffee in the morning and there is clutter from the night before! ... PS started the challenge early and am half a kilo down, love the Hot Bod meal plan!! ❤💪🏻xx

Beautiful home you have and cute baby! Love your ideas! But please dont use microwave too much or at all. It is unhealthy and cause nutritient loss. It is such a pity when you put so much effort into food. Since you already have it, try to use it only when you are in a big big hurry, maybe once twice a month. Staying tuned to your channel :)
I see it as an electric chair for food :( but I get veg and fruit from natural farm garden, no supermarket, and it would be real shame to cook it in such artificial way. Call me crazy, making my own bread too.. wish to have wood oven like at my grandmas, cant tell you in words taste of that natural way prepared food.. Love to you!
Katie you need to brush your teeth for 5-6 minutes, not 2 minutes, that is probably why you still get cavities. Take it from me, I’m 40 and never have had a cavity in my life. Use the crest pro health toothpaste, listerine, and floss after every single snack/meal.

Mines also not as portable. Can't really take it outside, but totally agree about the fish smell in your house, and salmon is pungent.
