I’m a full time carer for my son who has ASD I have virtually no time for myself and now I’m in peri - menopause my energy levels have significantly dropped. Hi Katie! I just want to say thank you for all the tips and valuable info you give us for loving a healthier life overall! Long story short: I’m an army wife and mom of 2. Last year my husband was deployed just a month after we had our baby boy. I spent 6 months just trying to survive, taking care of my boys and just putting my needs on the back burner. No childcare was available unfortunately. So my physical health took a big hit. Diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and fearing I wouldn’t be able to physically care for my children. By some miracle I made it through those 6 months but my health was in shambles and I was the heaviest I had ever been. This year I’m starting to get my health back in check! It’s been a struggle but baby steps. The goal is to lose the excess weight but most of all to FEEL HEALTHY again! A big congratulations on your baby boy and I wish you and your family many blessings for this new year.

After years (almost 10) of blindly guiding myself through healing physically and mentally, doctors back and forth from GI, PT, talk therapy, nutrition adjustments, to everything in between, I am finally just a week out diagnosed with Celiac... I would love, love this chance to try this out.
As a student away from home & at college, trying to figure out what to eat and plan out a healthy intake is very difficult and usually not a priority with all my schoolwork. My mom and I both have hypothyroid so I am hoping I can have success with an organized meal plan and hopefully help her implement that lifestyle as well! I love fueling my body with good, nutritious foods but life catches up with me and this meal plan would definitely keep me on track and aware of what I need!
I am a Clinical Health Psychology PhD student - and my health declined severely when I was diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I am 26 years old and went from 110 lbs at 23 to 170 now.. it’s been a rough transition. I get married in July and am trying to fit fitness back into my schedule so that I may feel better mentally and physically - especially for when I walk down the aisle (and beyond). I love that the meals are easily adjustable to be kid friendly too so I’m not making ten meals. I have two sweet baby boys one loves food the other sticks to his familiar choices but I’ve been able to make the meals and then just do tweaks to make it for everyone in the family. It’s nice getting healthier and knowing my family is gaining the health benefits too.

Also I also have hypothyroidism and I’m a 5 months pregnant, it has been a long journey, with highs but also lows, almost 3 years ago we lost our baby that’s how I discovered about the issues with my thyroid, as you always have mentioned changing your habits for better ones it’s the key not only for weight lost but for balancing your hormones. I breastfeed all of my children, something that also pushes me to eat healthy foods. We raise Pigs, rabbits and chickens. With so much to care for it easy to put my needs on the back burner but I know I need to feel my best to be there for myself, my children, husband and our little farm. ♥
Ive been a long time follower and love your content and your passion. After getting results three years ago and then gaining it all back plus more because of hypothyroidism, ive not only been trying to reframe my mind to meet me where im at now and have a new experience. There are a-lot of friends and family trying to get me to join their diets but Im a firm believer like you that not cutting out whole food groups is essential to sustaining weight loss. We’ve had some major changes come about the end of 2022, I’m not ever a “new year, new you” type person, it just happened to fall that way. My husband and I are really making some huge lifestyle changes as a result of everything and we’ve already started to lose weight and get in shape. Hi! I have been struggling with autoimmune disease and for some reason I have gained weight about 30 pounds since then… about two years now. I have tried diets, meal preps planning and I still do go to the gym. I have been trying so hard but I am now being looked at for hypothyroidism… which is extremely difficult as you know. I’ve settled into a nice workout routine and now it’s time to focus on my diet. My life could be the poster child for the phrase you can’t outtrain/outrun a bad diet but I struggle with it so much. I work full time from home with a baby and a puppy and have two older kids in elementary school and sports so the struggle is real.

After years (almost 10) of blindly guiding myself through healing physically and mentally, doctors back and forth from GI, PT, talk therapy, nutrition adjustments, to everything in between, I am finally just a week out diagnosed with Celiac... I would love, love this chance to try this out.
As a student away from home & at college, trying to figure out what to eat and plan out a healthy intake is very difficult and usually not a priority with all my schoolwork. My mom and I both have hypothyroid so I am hoping I can have success with an organized meal plan and hopefully help her implement that lifestyle as well! I love fueling my body with good, nutritious foods but life catches up with me and this meal plan would definitely keep me on track and aware of what I need!
I am a Clinical Health Psychology PhD student - and my health declined severely when I was diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I am 26 years old and went from 110 lbs at 23 to 170 now.. it’s been a rough transition. I get married in July and am trying to fit fitness back into my schedule so that I may feel better mentally and physically - especially for when I walk down the aisle (and beyond). I also want to get and feel healthier again so I can really focus on helping my clients! Meal plans and protein and all of the tips you recommend would be so so helpful❤️

I love that the meals are easily adjustable to be kid friendly too so I’m not making ten meals. I have two sweet baby boys one loves food the other sticks to his familiar choices but I’ve been able to make the meals and then just do tweaks to make it for everyone in the family. It’s nice getting healthier and knowing my family is gaining the health benefits too.

Also I also have hypothyroidism and I’m a 5 months pregnant, it has been a long journey, with highs but also lows, almost 3 years ago we lost our baby that’s how I discovered about the issues with my thyroid, as you always have mentioned changing your habits for better ones it’s the key not only for weight lost but for balancing your hormones. I breastfeed all of my children, something that also pushes me to eat healthy foods. We raise Pigs, rabbits and chickens. With so much to care for it easy to put my needs on the back burner but I know I need to feel my best to be there for myself, my children, husband and our little farm. ♥
Ive been a long time follower and love your content and your passion. After getting results three years ago and then gaining it all back plus more because of hypothyroidism, ive not only been trying to reframe my mind to meet me where im at now and have a new experience. There are a-lot of friends and family trying to get me to join their diets but Im a firm believer like you that not cutting out whole food groups is essential to sustaining weight loss. We’ve had some major changes come about the end of 2022, I’m not ever a “new year, new you” type person, it just happened to fall that way. My husband and I are really making some huge lifestyle changes as a result of everything and we’ve already started to lose weight and get in shape. I’ve never made a lot of progress in the gym but that’s my goal this year, to see how far I can get!!

Hi, I am interested in learning more about nutrition for my body. As I have aged to 59 on the 17 of January, I have never been able to lose the belly fat. Being overweight has caused complication with my knees and my health as HBP, Colesterol , now anxiety. I'm so excited to start 2023 on a new adventure for health.

My oldest was diagnosed with celiac disease just last month and I am trying to change the way I eat and the way my family eats so we can all be healthier. I want to be a role model for my boys and it all start with the way we take care of ourselves first. Hi! I have been struggling with autoimmune disease and for some reason I have gained weight about 30 pounds since then… about two years now. I have tried diets, meal preps planning and I still do go to the gym. I have been trying so hard but I am now being looked at for hypothyroidism… which is extremely difficult as you know. I’ve settled into a nice workout routine and now it’s time to focus on my diet. My life could be the poster child for the phrase you can’t outtrain/outrun a bad diet but I struggle with it so much. I work full time from home with a baby and a puppy and have two older kids in elementary school and sports so the struggle is real.
