      I love your videos so much! Your are such an inspiration to me. Your video about not allowing toxic people to literally run your life has really changed mine.
      I have also learned so much about how to eat right. Calorie counting always drove me crazy, and when I started watching your videos, it was like, "freedom"!!!!     I love your “what I eat in a day” videos! I love that you make things simple and doable! I tend to over complicate what to eat. So I end up with something less healthy or just skipping a meal. I’m a busy mom of 3 and would love some more healthy meal direction!

    Hi Katie! I just want to say thank you for all the tips and valuable info you give us for loving a healthier life overall!
    Long story short: I’m an army wife and mom of 2. Last year my husband was deployed just a month after we had our baby boy. I spent 6 months just trying to survive, taking care of my boys and just putting my needs on the back burner. No childcare was available unfortunately. So my physical health took a big hit. Diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and fearing I wouldn’t be able to physically care for my children. By some miracle I made it through those 6 months but my health was in shambles and I was the heaviest I had ever been.
    This year I’m starting to get my health back in check! It’s been a struggle but baby steps. The goal is to lose the excess weight but most of all to FEEL HEALTHY again!
    A big congratulations on your baby boy and I wish you and your family many blessings for this new year.

    Ive been a long time follower and love your content and your passion. After getting results three years ago and then gaining it all back plus more because of hypothyroidism, ive not only been trying to reframe my mind to meet me where im at now and have a new experience. There are a-lot of friends and family trying to get me to join their diets but Im a firm believer like you that not cutting out whole food groups is essential to sustaining weight loss. I've never gave up on myself and ill figure out how to love myself no matter what along the way. and congrats on the most precious new born.

    First of all, love all of your tips. Also I also have hypothyroidism and I’m a 5 months pregnant, it has been a long journey, with highs but also lows, almost 3 years ago we lost our baby that’s how I discovered about the issues with my thyroid, as you always have mentioned changing your habits for better ones it’s the key not only for weight lost but for balancing your hormones.     Been following since I gave birth 6 months ago. Congratulations!! It's been a real struggle getting the weight down, but I've definitely learned from you to make it a lifestyle and to avoid cutting out any food groups. And it's been working albeit a bit slowly.     I have lost 65 lbs over the last year, and I am keeping it off pretty well, but still need to loose around 25 to 30 more lbs.     I’m a full time carer for my son who has ASD I have virtually no time for myself and now I’m in peri - menopause my energy levels have significantly dropped.     Katie, I am new to your channel. You are a big inspiration, thank you! Eating healthy has always been important to me. I am a sahm homeschool mother of five. Our newest baby is 4 months old. I breastfeed all of my children, something that also pushes me to eat healthy foods. We raise Pigs, rabbits and chickens. With so much to care for it easy to put my needs on the back burner but I know I need to feel my best to be there for myself, my children, husband and our little farm. ♥

    As a student away from home & at college, trying to figure out what to eat and plan out a healthy intake is very difficult and usually not a priority with all my schoolwork. My mom and I both have hypothyroid so I am hoping I can have success with an organized meal plan and hopefully help her implement that lifestyle as well! I love fueling my body with good, nutritious foods but life catches up with me and this meal plan would definitely keep me on track and aware of what I need!

    For 2023 I've decided to focus on how I feel instead of how I look. I've struggled with body dismorphia for years and I am ready to put that behind me. I've also decided to add more cardio to my fitness routine, even though at the moment I am like I can't do this I feel so strong and powerful after a session !

    Love all your videos! I am a mother of 3 baby boys, one is 4, the other 2 and a 12 month. My oldest was diagnosed with celiac disease just last month and I am trying to change the way I eat and the way my family eats so we can all be healthier. I want to be a role model for my boys and it all start with the way we take care of ourselves first. If I take care of my body so will they as they grow up and they will understand the importance of healthy eating. Not just to loose weight but to live a longer healthier life. 🙏🏻

    I love that the meals are easily adjustable to be kid friendly too so I’m not making ten meals. I have two sweet baby boys one loves food the other sticks to his familiar choices but I’ve been able to make the meals and then just do tweaks to make it for everyone in the family. It’s nice getting healthier and knowing my family is gaining the health benefits too.

    I am a Clinical Health Psychology PhD student - and my health declined severely when I was diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I am 26 years old and went from 110 lbs at 23 to 170 now.. it’s been a rough transition. I get married in July and am trying to fit fitness back into my schedule so that I may feel better mentally and physically - especially for when I walk down the aisle (and beyond). I also want to get and feel healthier again so I can really focus on helping my clients! Meal plans and protein and all of the tips you recommend would be so so helpful❤️

    I am a mommy of 5 kiddos. I also have stage 3 breast cancer. This is the 2nd time, after going in for my repeat physical we found another lump. I went it for all the twats and found out it was back. I am doing really well now. So my goal this year is to kick cancers butt, and get myself healthy for my kiddos. They need their momma. And momma needs to feel good about herself again. Absolutely love your videos, and you guys! ❤

    I have two babies that have changed my body in many ways and I have started the LSF 30 challenge this week and feel so, so much better already! Also cut out dairy for heath reasons and feel even better! Your protein is the only plant protein I have found that I enjoy! I am almost out of my vanilla LSF protein and am in need of more ☺️❤️ I would love to try the chocolate!
    I wanted to do the meal plan as well but haven’t had the funds for these things. Thank you for a chance to win and keep me going ! You’re an inspiration to many❤

    I have tried so many different types of workouts and diets in my life and have never been able to be consistent and joining LSF and the move app over the last two months has taught me so much already how to workout consistently as a lifestyle and keep it up. I would love to try the meal plan to also learn how to eat consistently for my wellbeing and try the chocolate protein!

    After years (almost 10) of blindly guiding myself through healing physically and mentally, doctors back and forth from GI, PT, talk therapy, nutrition adjustments, to everything in between, I am finally just a week out diagnosed with Celiac... I would love, love this chance to try this out.

    Hi! I’ve had a really difficult three years with getting divorced, being a single mom of two, selling my childhood home and going to grad school. This all contributed to me gaining about 50 lbs. I started working out again last May but I’m struggling with my meal plan. I’ve been following you for a long time and have always wanted to buy the Hot Body Meal plan but couldn’t afford it. I do buy the plan protein and need a restock too! I’d love an opportunity to get my eating habits healthy so I can really start loosing the weight!     Okay 🎉❤ first off thank you for this opportunity to choose me first! I love following your workouts! I know I can totally have control over my mental , physical and emotional state by putting me first! And that is what doing this 30 day challenge is for me! I have been so stressed out all December I had. Big move, sold affordable Xmas trees in my community so that very could have an Xmas tree and still buy presents for three kiddos! So rewarding but so exhausting! I also got a promotion at work!! Such takes so much studying!!! And now this week my grandmother passed into another life- she had a good long life but still very sad and heartwarming to go through- I know I will be traveling for this But I’m 💯 % committed to your app! Life love loss, if I can take myself first and say yes I’m busy! Yes I’m sad! Let’s do something that makes me feel good! know I can see results I have done it before! But this time I’m also going to say give my self a break ! Some days 50% is my 100% and that’s okay!!! I think I really really really should win 🥇 because I am 100% dedicated and committed! I’m here for me! I mean I’m this community I’m here for everyone ! I want to share this success! I want to share this motivation! I want to be here not only for myself but show everyone you can do it! We all live such different lifestyles, but sharing or weaknesses and strengths I hope we can all help each other grow and feel loved and strong and. It alone! No one should feel alone!!!     I’ve been following you for 4 years now, interested in your meal preppings, your healthy snack tips, your food swaps videos and even your pregnancy journey as Im thinking of having a first child myself soon! I’ve been following your LSF program as well, and all I’ve been wanting to is to clean my diet, and get my hands on your Beach body recipe book, your protein powder and your collagen, but unfortunately I could not afford any of those products. Ive been working out consistently for almost a year now, but never could clean my nutrition, and would be so thrilled to finally get to follow your recipes with your book and supplements before I have a child and can pass on the good habits to him or her.

    Love your videos! I have hashimoto's and am slowly beginning to change my lifestyle (removing sensitive foods, moving my body, etc.). I have always made recipes from your videos in the past and would love love love the meal plan and protein!! :)

    Hi! I have been struggling with autoimmune disease and for some reason I have gained weight about 30 pounds since then… about two years now. I have tried diets, meal preps planning and I still do go to the gym. I have been trying so hard but I am now being looked at for hypothyroidism… which is extremely difficult as you know. I am trying so hard and just feel as if I’ll never lose the weight. I love your channel and I’ve been subscribed for years! ❤️ Happy holidays!
