      Last one is so good. I didn't think it like that. We sometimes miss our workouts due to work or laziness but 10mins is not hard. One can take out that much time. Even if it's just 5 upper body exercises.
      Love it.. will definitely make this a goal. Helps on days when you don't get a good workout in

      All of them 😅 the sleep one is the most challenging for me though. I have children that both wakes up on different times during night time and when they are not waking me up then my husband snores 🙄🥺😂

      If I sit at a table I eat more food if I watch tv while I eat; I eat at a good pace and won’t get seconds. Best tip❤️
      I may try eating lunch I haven’t eaten lunch in years because I eat dinner super early

    I love how realistic your goals are to tell myself to do. I’ve always wanted to be skinny and even when I was tiny it never felt like it was enough. Now I’m my heaviest and it really helps that you talk about health more than weight loss. I now have high blood pressure from my weight and I just worry what’s next if I don’t change things. I fell off the gym about three months ago and I can’t get myself back to it and I can’t afford a membership so I love how people in the comments mention walking. I’m glad you said the ten minutes thing because I know I can walk for at least 10 minutes in this 102° weather

    The sleep aspect is so accurate. I had my son back in June of 2020. I gained 45 pounds while pregnant. I ended up loosing all 45 plus an addition 4 pounds by November of 2020! I was so proud. Then my son went through a bad sleep regression/ teething up every 30 minutes literally for 6 weeks straight. I ended up gaining 15 pounds back and have just struggled to loose that again. Now he sleeps through the night and I’m slowly getting back on track but man those 15 pounds are a huge struggle to loose.

    The habit of sleeping more is just so important! Thanks for bringing this up, Katie! When I was in a bad relationship and worked at a firm, where I was constantly underestimated, I suffered from insomnia. Now, with the break-up behind me and even while I am looking for a new job, I sleep sooooo much better. If you have trouble sleeping, think about what might cause you to do so. I saw changes rather quickly. :)

    I drink 16 ounces of water first thing in the morning I'm available dependent on it to wake up. I'm really thirsty when I wake up and need it to wake up. BUT; it needs to be room temperature. The first water in the morning should absolutely be room temperature. Room temperature water doesn't mess with your digestion and does not cause blood to rush to your stomach. Great tip I got years ago that helps me drink more water and enjoy it more

    Great tips, especially the sleep one. I had a job which required me to start work at 7.00 am instead of 8 am and I gained 5 pounds in a few months because during the day I was so tired and I couldn´t let go of my usual bed time at around 11:00 to 11:30. Now I sleep 7-8 hours during the week (rarely less if I have trouble falling a sleep) and during the weekends I sometimes sleep in and then it can be up to 10 hours. But I think routine is key and a routine (even a small one before bed) helps tremendously. I go to bed at between 10:30 and 11 and stand up at 7:00 or sometimes 7:30. And it feels so good to feel vital and energetic during the day.

    I completely agree with more sleep. When I was sleeping 8-10 hours a night I felt amazing, had loads of energy to exercise and ate very healthy. Post kids I barely sleep and when I do it’s very broken so very exhausted in the morning and no energy to exercise and I pretty much live on carbs because they seem to be the easiest to prepare, cereal, sandwiches etc...
    hopefully when kids are a little older and no longer need night feeds etc... I can finally get back to my old routine 😊

If I’m lucky enough I can get a 30 min yoga session in, I’ve changed my diet, added more movement and I still can’t lose weight 😫 I sleep about 7.5 hours a night. Hey Melinda!! 26 LBS is a great accomplishment!! Don't get down on yourself. Sometimes plans you created for previous you, wont work now because the way your body has changed due to weight loss. My advice is to reassess your routine and diagnose what might not be doing it. If you wanted/haven't tried LSF meal plans, checked out our guides, or even join the Spring Slim Down! It's never too late!! I will share the various links, You've Got this girl 💪💗

    I know this is unrelated. Something just happened and I feel the need to go around and post this - So, I find the more time goes by the more I realize a lot of things I used to believe is more or less an illusion with a few exceptions. In this case, I just cut off my fast food eating habit. So 2 months in, and I cut out sugar. Just make a lot of burgers at home and eat a lot of high calorie foods. My breakfast is half oats mixed with half shredded unsweetened coconut. I just looked up the calories for the shredded coconut, and alone it's about 1200+ calories. It could be just me but a lot of the time in public people seem to stare. I thought for all my 20's it was because I looked like a drug addict, or my face just looked rough. It sounds like paranoia but no, it has been a real problem day to day. Now 31 I thought cutting sugar might help me look healthier and get less stares. Nope. I just studied in a cafe and had someone ahead of me look back about 6 times. Very friendly, it's hardly ever a malicious thing. I just realized it was probably because I am skinny and feel relieved. I just borrowed a scale and calculated my BMI. it is 16. They may even just think I have an eating disorder. Which to be honest is likely in the opposite way. While eating near athaelete level calories kept me hovering 100lbs. I just want to break this illusion that it is someones fault. I see people gain weight after a few desserts and have to work to get it off. I am not better or work harder in anyway, in my case it is 100% genetic. My siblings do gain weight easily, If they did eat what I eat and sit on their ass all day like I have been, they would gain a lot of weight. Ditch the skinny person habits because my daily habits are of an extremely overweight person. I guarantee it. Yet for some reason I am now 92 pounds. When I see videos like this I cringe because I understand it from the "skinny" person view. It's not true.

    I sleep between 5-6 hours on weekdays (more on the weekend of course) and know it´s a little. But I´m a nightperson and want time for my self (or with my husband) after the childen gone to bed and have to be up 5.30-6.00 o´clock during the week for work so it´s hard! I both love healthy food and candy so sugar is a struggle, but try to only eat candy/snacks on the weekends. For about five months now I intermitten fast during the weekdays and only eat three meals a day and really think this has helped me with regulating the blood sugar and resulting in less cravings ... and yes also a couple of kilos in weight loss!

    Thank you for this lovely video :) I don't know if I agree with the habit of snacking all day. Lately I've been reading a lot about intermittent fasting that has shown to increase the metabolism and has found out that snacking, most of the time, increases the appetite and turns out to be really hard for many people to keep under control, keep in 'balance'. Getting all those partly contradicting information is really confusing.
    I've been trying intermittent fasting now for 2 months and I've also noticed a decrease of constant appetite and feel more energized. But all bodies are different, so who knows :D

What should I do to lose that weight? It so annoying how yeah I look slimmer but my weight didn't change at all.

    • @emilyfaithspirituality
      @emilyfaithspirituality 2 года назад

      When you build muscle, you appear 'slimmer' and more 'toned'. Muscle actually is heavier than fat on the body, so the number doesn't matter so much. Use measurement instead if that helps you maintian a healthy weight for you.

I’m trying to find out how to fix the metabolism still but for eating more maybe set times and eat just a little bit more each time than you feel like. Make sure there’s protein and healthy fats in your meals. May need to fix the metabolism first though. If anyone has any tips on that let us know.

    I don't have problems with sleeping enough (usually get between 8 and 10 hours), but drinking water first thing at the morning is something very difficult for me. Especially because I need to go to the restroom so often, if I drink as much as I should. But anyways, I really need to change that...and also doing sports for 10 minutes every day.

    So, I’m ready to add the Hot Body meal plan to my cart, but I’m debating between the regular plan and the hypo plan. (I’ve very recently been diagnosed with hypo and am now taking Synthroid.) Think it’s too extreme to go all the way to the hypo plan (no gluten and no dairy) before starting the regular meal plan?

    • @LoveSweatFitness
      @LoveSweatFitness  3 года назад

      Hey Christi!! Honestly, if your unsure, I would consult your doctor and ask them which would be the best for your Hypo diagnosis. They will be able to guide you adequately💖

      It really depends, is there a way you can split the balance? Say you have an hour, maybe 30 minutes extra of sleep and a quick 30 minute workout?

    Hi! ^_^ Amen!!! A lot of these things I have found help me too to keep a healthy weight and less bloating! I have been drinking 1/2 a gallon of water a day and I am so pleased with the non bloating!!!! Plus, eating a lot throughout the day but only healthy foods helps with bloating too and still once in a blue moon getting food that is on the less healthier side I agrees fine! As long as it doesn’t tempt you to indulge more of it. Also, I have to move lol, I always have since birth taken my time when eating to really enjoy and take in the food, and I get too much sleep LOL!!! But probably all of why I’ve been small most of my life....when I was overweight, the fat went to my boobs and butt so I looked fine 😆😆😆 but that had to deal with switching medications but I know that if I were to gain weight, it would go in those places which I ain’t mad about!!!! Lol but I prefer to be a healthy weight for my body. My body looks Very similar to yours except more hips and buttocks 😂 but anyways I LOVE your videos!!!! They are SO jam packed with a lot of tips and inspiration!!!! I always look forward to whatever you put out! And you have great taste in things too!!!! 😄

      Hey Katelin! There isn't a sample of that exact one, but I have plenty of free examples of what meals, etc. would look like within them. For example, if you sign up for the Spring Slim Down (Free) there is a free 2 Day Detox within that signup. I will link to that and my blogs to see what kind of meals you can find!! 💗
