Thank you Dr Berg. Last ten years I gave up, did not care about my health anymore because nothing worked (myriad problems). I was a "health nut" before that, for 40 years, even though it did not help. I couldn't do keto, kuz they restricted veggies and I don't like meat. I NEVER bought into the water thing. duh. But I think the IF, even dry fast, with your diet just may be the ticket. Thanks again. I'll let you know :-)

Since I was 11 years old I have very heavy periods. I asked a lot of doctors for help but the only thing they did waw trying to put me back the pil. Took that from 13 to 22 and 3 years later I am still recovering from all the hormones, had cysts om the ovaries and a baby. Dr Berg is the doctor that has taught me anything about 'why' my body behaves this way. I have seen a lot of gynaecologists and every single one wants to put me back on the pill even though it is something that has ruined my life. Coming off that crap has caused insomnia, extreme sweats, muscle twitches, extreme depression, hallucinations, the worst headaches I've ever had, cysts, acnee, and the list goes on. I really hope that all of Dr berg's info becomes general knowledge because the world really needs it.

@@AmbitiouslyVicious very well actually. I follow the plant paradox from Dr Steven Gundry, don't eat any dairy anymore and take 10.000 to 20.000 iu vitamine D per day depending on how I feel + vitamine B complex, zink and omega 3. I started this in August and nearly all my symptoms have gone. I still have heavy bleeding but without any pain, brain fog or migraine. Thanks to Dr Berg's 'no dairy' advice my life has changed dramatically. From lying in bed 2 weeks a month to functioning completely normal.

In my 20s I had (still have) everything you mentioned for hypertestosterone. After doing hormonal blood test, the doctor just said I’m not going to be able to conceive a baby and got me on anticonceptional pills and some pill to lower testosterone (I can’t remember what exactly). I burst into tears and that was that: I won’t have any children! She didn’t explain why, she started with this statement “you won’t have children”.
After 6 month of treatment (with those pills) I’ve got pregnant and now I have a 7 yo beautiful and sweet daughter but she seems to have a hairy body, just like I had when I was a child.

Have been watching many of your videos and am learning a treasure trove of info on how our bodies are interconnected with nutrition, especially in regards to our endocrine system. I am quite fascinated by your elaborate breakdown of the female anatomy in particular, the connection with many of the conditions a woman may encounter in her lifetime and lack of proper nutrition...just amazing. Why are doctors not basing their analysis and testing on getting to the root causes...dealing more with biological sciences or molecular chemistry of the lymph cells for instance? Everything is connected one way or the other with the consumption of food/nutrients, whether we participate in intermittent fasting, and maintaining balance with our spiritual, emotional and physical health. Keep enlightening us with these wonderfully presented video snippets of health and wellbeing; I know we all need some great truth that gets to the roots of what ails us! THANK YOU DR. BERG!!!👍🏼👍🏼

This is spot on to my intuition. 7 months PP and i used to eat clean for years. It it was the best time I felt in my life. Got back into rushed eating and comfort food. Just Went to the fair and ate food I havent in years and I've been so out of whack. Sickly even.
For me as a woman, the crazy feeling is so real when your eating processed food. The hormones are life or death.
Thank you for this synchronicity in my life.

Recommending ppl to clean up their diet before trying to figure out their health issue is the absolute best advice all natural healers give. @@cheeselover297 my kids are 25, 19 and 6 so Ive been around a lot of kids (Im adding all their friends in this too)for a long time...from the millenials onward these kids are increasingly unsure about who or what they are. No longer are they being told they are just male and female, they get a LOT of attention from a LOT of people when they express their rejection of their birth gender. Now I know sexual orientation is not gender dysphoria but I need to show the insipid blurring in the minds of young people. My 19 year old did not believe my husband when she asked him if he had ever kissed another male. She thinks its unnatural that he is hetero (this belief has come from peers not from her upbringing). The adverts on the tv are confusing my 6yo son, I counted in 1 day 20 adverts of same sex kissing...programmes like Ru Paul are glamourising these changes in society. If you dont feel the same as them about their belief they get highly offended as if you are rejecting the very essence of who they are. They dont realise that sexual orientation is only a big deal if it isnt hetero! You dont hear me getting all upset about not being represented at work or I dont have hetero festivals spevifically to celebrate being hetero. I just dont get my knickers in a twist. When did it become not ok to have your OWN opinion? Oppression is awful and I dont agree with it however there is a massive difference between not agreeing with someone and trying to force them to have your opinion. Unfortunately if you dont agree with someone they see it as oppression. Also have you seen the gender reassignment regrets videos? Those poor people, I could literally cry for them 😭

Love your videos, and really liked this one - even took a screenshot of your whiteboard :) - I’ve been having menopausal issues for a while, and I’ve managed through trial and error to stop the fatigue, mood swings and dry skin by removing most carbs, keeping food clean/basic - less processed, and going back to food basics. Sadly though the weight loss eludes me (this happened because of pre-menopause symptoms) - but my blood pressure, resting heart rate are absolutely fine, and I don’t succum to illness all that often. Your video will help me take a deeper dive into the subject and perhaps I will find a solution to the weight gain :)

Wow! I am learning so much watching your videos just recently! I wish doctors would explain what we could do naturally to help ourselves. But it is always some kind of medication they want us to go on! I am Post menopausal and went thru having breast cancer, non-invasive, but still a lumpectomy and then radiation. I refused the 5-year chemo pill due to I have never been a fan of taking meds anyway. I started doing the IF and going on a month of it, and what a great difference it has made! KETO will be the next step, but I am letting my body adjust. Thank you!!!

Diet is a major factor in balancing hormones, but other things come into play, and it has to do with your lifestyle. Getting regular exercise, going out in nature every week or so, having a solid community of people around you, getting enough sleep, having a positive outlook on life… leading a life that you like is what will balance you all around indefinitely.

I'm 61, went through menopause nearly 20 years ago. My docs have me on estrogen and progesterone and thyroid. I'm thoroughly messed up because I am having heavy periods again. I am sure that my adrenals are poor and I'm learning how to manage stress, and though I've changed to the mediterranean diet over 3.5 years ago, we have yet to go organic. Since I can't afford organic, we have begun our own gardening and have a smallish greenhouse and have our own eggs. We will start our own meat chickens soon. The heart specialist now tells me that not only do I have heart flutters but also a leaky valve. I watch a lot of youtube videos by doctors Axe, Bergman, and others, and now you. You make a lot of sense. We are doing commercial organic bone broth, are on several supplements. I distrust most of my doctors because they don't seem to be as up to date and logical as you. I feel like these might all be connected and I am sincerely looking for the real cause. Once I get to eat my home grown food and chicken, I'm hoping that all these hormones will adjust. Might I be on the right track? Mrs. Kinney
