Thank you!! I just binged on your videos. I'm recently diagnosed hypo and really relieved. I thought I was just fat and lazy, but honestly I've never been that way in the past. When I was pregnant with both my babies who are now 3 and 1 , everything hurt so I wasn’t active . Seeing you working out pregnant is so amazing ! If / when I get pregnant again , God willing , I’m definitely going to follow your steps into feeling good by being active instead of dwelling on the feeling of pregnancy .

Meal prep! Plan out meals just like eat that the rest of the week so you don't have to log it the rest.

I totally feel you on that, always did the same for me! I love using my LSF Meal Plan because it doesn't require any food logging and it lays all of my meals out which makes life way easier. Ever since I created the plan my relationship with food totally changed.

I would be careful with supplements during pregnancy. I’m sure you’ve talked with your doctor but I don’t believe ashwaganda is safe during pregnancy.
