TWEAKS:
Can't get keto syrup? Make your own:
USE ALLULOSE OR TAGATOSE plus a little water and boil until dissolved!
Allergic to Nuts? Use all seeds:
Use only pumpkin and sunflower seeds for the bulk, then use sunflower seed butter instead of any nut butter.
Don't have a loaf pan? Just use cupcake tins or muffin tins, making sure to grease them first.

These look wonderful...quick tip for you though: Use a coconut or avocado spray on whisks, measuring spoons or spatulas to have the sticky nut butters slide off. It works!

A lot of recipe makers don't like listing macros because the numbers change based on brand specific ingredients. So one type of nut butter you use could have different macros than the one the recipe makers uses. And that would change your numbers from what theirs are. You can put your particular ingredients into a macro tracker app (carb manager or my fitness pal) and get your personal numbers. I hope this helps

In an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer if you'd like.
