      I store them in a plastic zip-top bag in the refrigerator because I enjoy the extra crunchy texture, but you could also store them at room temperature for up to a month. Depending on the actual temperature of your room, the chocolate might get a little soft. Store in the refrigerator for 3 months.

    We don't have any of the puffed rice at home, what would you suggest to use instead?

      Puffed Rice Cereal adds body and additional crunch to these bars. I would experiment with puffed quinoa or another cereal, but personally have only made them with puffed rice cereal. Please report back on what ends up working out the best for you! Enjoy!

      I used mixed nuts, cranberries, flaxseeds, honey and molasses but it didn’t set 😟 what did I do wrong 🤦🏽‍♀️

    boiling Honey makes it toxic

      Hi! We are heating the honey here until it caramelizes. It will not be toxic, but I think does lose some of its nutritional benefits by a very small amount. Enjoy!
