When you swapped the doors is the colour slightly different or is it perfect? I ask because I need a bonnet for a E90 in Le Mans blue as it cheaper to replace it then getting it resprayed. Thanks.
Just out of interest would it be possible to change the dash in a 06 E87 with the old dials and buttons to the new version or is there a simpler way to do it ? Thanks
Interesting idea with the soap never seen this technique before so gave it a try today although I used dove soap, works brilliantly gets things clean and smells great.

I would totally love to see you build a "track" car. Whether it's the 130i or something else (MK5 maybe? 👀) that would be super sweet. At that point you could even get into building the engine and stuff like that if you wanted so it's not just the same Stage 2+ stuff. Great video as always though.

Looked easy , one thing that won’t work is the mirrors, you’ll need the full loom, as non folding have 5 wires and folding have 3 wires as mad as that sounds , believe it’s one is fuzzy logic and the other is normal canbus so you’ll need the loom, you’ll only spot it if you remove the mirrors

You shouldn't solder looms, the vibrations will break the solder. You're supposed to crimp them.
