Loved my old 335. But definitely one of the most highest maintenance cars I owned. Once I got it running good it drove great! Stage 2 e30 MHD and it was a beast! New injectors , water pump and thermostat are good maintenance options.

Great car, great motor, you're about to have great fun!! The coolant hose to block fitting..."mickey mouse" fitting, change it. It'll leave you stranded, it deteriorates internally, It'll look fine until it's not. When you replace it you'll see. For $1500 US I replaced the charge pipe, added a Tial BOV, added a larger intercooler, dual cone intakes, tuned it with MHD stage 2+ and I have a 500hp weapon with more torque then the next guy from ~1500 rpm on (did the work myself) . It's a torque monster!! Enjoy it!
Edit: if you intend to tune it at all then that waste gate rattle must be dealt with or it'll kill your fun fast. You MIGHT be able to adjust the waste gate arms and buy yourself time if it's not too far gone. Otherwise, once you turn up the boost they're on borrowed time if they're rattling.

Had an '07 335i for 9 years. Loved it. So smooth and really quick. The worst decision they ever made was to only supply it with run flat tires. What utter shit those things were. The suspension virtually exploded over bumps with the damn things. Changed to regular tiresas quickly as possible, which transformed the ride, but then the whole spare tire issue came into play. A flat stranded me only once, but it was in a bad area and I had to wait 2 hours for a tow. Had my share of problems with it, though. Thankfully most were repaired in warranty. Traded it in before it became a total albatross.

Bro, I've got an f30 with a cracked back bumper. Do you know if I can fit a back bumper from another f30 - not the same part number but, correct trim and exhaust placement - with the pdc in a slightly different place?
I've asked around and BMW dealership parts department guy reckons it will mess up the PDC but, independent BMW specialist is saying it will be fine. Don't want to go through the hassle getting it and swapping it and it messes up the PDC.
Any advice you can offer will be much appreciated.
    Keep up the great content.
