Ingredients & Process:
110 Ml Warm Milk
1 Tspn Sugar
1 Tspn Yeast
Keep For 5 Min.
1 Cup Flour
¼ Tspn Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
Mix Well
Make Dough
Rub Some Oil
Keep For 40 Min.
Cut The Dough
Make Ball Shape
Grease Oil In a Strainer
Place The Dough Ball
Boiling Water
Cover The Lid With a Cloth
Steam For 15 Min.

We afakasi we mix the dough then we steam it for 10to15mins then we put it in the oven and baked it 3 to5 mins and ready to eat breakfast soup curry stir-fry and roasted coconut fish bbq etc. We called this afakasi bread. We used this bread to make breadwrap with boiling or grill lobsters with veggies and coconut cream with mayonnaise sauce or garlic sauce or southwest sauces. Then wrap it up and ready to serve.That afakasi food to the world
