Girlll ... thank you so much, I dont have anyone here in New Zealand to make my home fav, I cant wait to make this for my family😃 Thanks for video hun😘
I’ve watched a couple of recipes and at first I was doubtful of your method but damn after you kneaded it, I was sold. Definitely my fave recipe. Trying it tonight
That looks fabulous I love the steamed bread especially with Butter and bovril or marmite. Mind you It's too good and the flavours are too nice to actually spoil with anything more than a thick layer of butter. And 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for your excellent narration and demonstrations 👏👏👏👍 Best SA video I've seen great on you.🏴🇿🇦
i guess Im asking randomly but does someone know a way to get back into an instagram account?? I somehow lost the account password. I would love any tips you can give me!
@Alonso Canaan I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im in the hacking process now. Takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
wow, thank you sisi, I'm about to enjoy your dombolo recipe with some oxtail, and I'm also having the bread going in my oven, I'm really impressed, thank you once more
Wow I just discovered you today please don’t stop your cooking channel is gonna be viral I have been following Nigerian you tubers but this is actually what I have been looking for watching you from Sweden Stockholm Enkosi Ntombi
Abimbola Tevi ni you are getting me wrong this has nothing to do with what you just said I have 99% Nigerian friends what I meant is that I needed something relevant with me so I found what I can relate too more we need that especially when we are abroad so please forget that one abi.
I am new subbie to this channel found it around 4 am, girl you make everything look easy, watched all your videos and definitely going to try your receipes. Am hooked🙌🏿🙌🏿
This from a white boy. There is NO ONE on this earth who can cook like a black man and woman. I absolutely mis eating the best food on the planet. South African and African foods. I make most, home food, no problem but not like you guys. Your food rocks !!!!
Subscribed! New subbie! Bingeing on your videos. I love how you teach. I see a lot of recipes on your channel that i will try. Wishing you success on here.
Mbali N you are so right. I remember my days in Durban; Aunty Jabu used to make this and the idombolo; they were small balls of flour cooked in some vegetable gravy...super awesome! This is super recipe @ ujeqe😍
Guys I just moved to GP most of the people here don't know the distinction. I've been explaining to them. At work we have a canteen, I got so excited reading the menu which said idombo, when I got there it was ujeqe...
Ujeqe is something else, she is ryt this is Idombolo .Jeqe is a mix of maize meal and flour you also make it like idombolo but different taste from it. It's harder
@@magwinyamagwinya264 Nope! maize meal and flour to make ujeqe...🧐? Nope! Let’s just say it depends on where you come from. In KZN where I come from this is Jeqe- steamed bread and we don’t add maize meal .
Wow, thank you for this. So glad I found your channel and hoping it grows. Was looking for a recipe for amagwinya and now I’m binge watching all your videos. Love the accuracy of these recipes, most of our traditional recipes don’t have proper instructions......so nice to come across an in-depth instructional video that’s easy to follow. Please would you show us how to make a rich traditional beef and chicken curry. I’m very good with making western recipes but am terrible with traditional food due to the lack of proper instructions❤️
Mbulelo Zulu good to learn Mbulelo. Where I come from, we call it both. Sonka samanzi, idombolo and jeqe describes one thing. It’s always good to learn. Ngyabonga 🙏🏾

Lovely sisi. This is uJeqe, steamed bread like you said. Idombolo is a dumpling that you dunk inside your stew or broth (it's wet on the outside).
Mbali N you are so right. I remember my days in Durban; Aunty Jabu used to make this and the idombolo; they were small balls of flour cooked in some vegetable gravy...super awesome! This is super recipe @ ujeqe😍
