Oh my gosh, so so so gooooood. I love ❤ the traditional cooking mainly in the terracotta pots are divine in taste with fresh herbs & I love ❤ spices, with that naan l would like very much to taste that with a fresh fish 🐠 curry 🥘 miam miam. Hopefully one day l can come to Sri Lanka & taste your food ❤❤❤

Wow! Precision slicing, true village cooking skills. Wonderful to watch this lovely lady cooking on this "wood stove". .... after cooking for two logs and chick peas need more cooking, add 2 more logs and bring to boil again and allow to simmer gently until logs have burnt away.
