I love these earthen wares, the leg knife and the spice stone grinder. I grew up with these things in the 50's. The food tasted so much better. Hope to try making the masala dosa and the vegetable curry. Looks so delicious. Yummilicious🤩

Just awesome abd Yummy looking, we all know for sure first hand, it was tasty. Its almost the exact way i cook, yet it looked different, why? I really don't know, however, all ingredients are the same, i really enjoyed watching the process of natural cooking, and yes. I will love to get back that life i had while growing up, and to share as i always does. I learned to cook early in life by simply watching my Grandmother and my Mom. In India, the curry of this sort is called sambar which is a bit similar but goes better with dosa. Also we peel off the pumpkin outer skin as it tastes bitter. And here, especially in kerala the dosa batter is different. masala dosa is always our favorite ❤️ love from India, kerala

I make roti butter, chicken, biryani, and curry leaves. My house doesn’t go empty on that. I always had to have them, great video. I just landed on your video and I just love that wooden stove.
