    Peter Dinklage has one of the greatest voices. Deep, calm, reassuring. The kind of voice you want your surgeon or pilot to have. And he's incredibly articulate, too, a rarity among actors.

      Peter Dinklage is a terrible person.. he’s the reason why there weren’t real dwarf actors in the movie, Snow White, and the seven dwarfs. He’s the reason that they hired a bunch of normal size people to be the dwarfs, because he told the producers of that film to not let other little people be in movies anymore he wants all the roles for himself. .. He is a terrible person

      It felt like this interview helped him open up more too as things went on, he seemed like he got to have a real authentic conversation (and be grateful to his daughter for the tomato juice) verses the often stiff post-movie release cast interviews where the viewers focus is on the production.

      That’s why this is one of my favorite interview shows!! The questions are always top notch, and they do actual research on the many works of the guests they have come on and the guests always seem to appreciate them they are REAL questions, and they are respectful questions!! Respectful interviews don’t happen enough with celebs so it’s a refreshing vibe I’m sure

While as an engineer the happiness came from the success of functionality, the joy as being an artist is when your work has caught attention of others.

      I think he did have a documentary in Netflix on the "How to be (insert label)" series, they're documentaries of some of the notable figures of such people with labels.
      He has an amazing voice for documentaries, I'd wager he'd be perfect for audiobooks alike.

    Sean is possibly the best interviewer I've ever watched. Just very genuine with the research, comes in with respect, doesn't try to be the host's pal. It's very commendable. Peter Dinklage saw that like many other hosts in this show.

    I’ve never heard Peter speak, in an interview type setting, and I’m absolutely impressed by his seemingly genuine “just one of the guys” way of talking. I really enjoy him as an actor but I have a renewed appreciation for actors. What a sweetheart of a man.

    This is top tier Hot Ones, one of the best imo. Not because of crazy hot sauces specifically, but Peters incredibly human and real responses to the questions. He really cares about his artwork and the love of the game (telling a story), and that's super inspiring.

    16:24 I love when the guest has actually watched the show. So many guests get here and it's clear they don't know what to expect because they haven't done a dive like Sean does. And so I also love how giddy/happy Sean is when he realize that Peter has done a deep dive and knows this is the THE point of no return.

    Peter ate those wings without issue. He's a trooper! Also he was so and complimentary toward Sean after the interview was over. I "think" he may have been a bit nervous about the challenge prior to doing it. I love how his daughter made sure he was prepared for it. How sweet.

    Quite possibly my favorite episode now 😍 Peter was awesome. I loved hearing him share stories, talk about Charles Dance, his response when Sean mentioned his first movie, the stuff his daughter gave him to help him out 🥹 calling Sean “stalker” and how he came with an appetite and just ate his way through all of that spice. You’re a legend Peter! Thanks for a great interview :)

    You could feel the emotion in Peter's voice in his final answer at 23:54. My eyes started watering up and I am not even having hot sauce. Was fine until the final 3 sentences or so where you can see the past pain in his eyes and where he is now.. Just beautiful.

    Dinklage is a compelling person. He's a nice guy while not trying hard to be nice. Seems very comfortable in his own skin.
    Also, seems like he would be an interesting loyal friend and very good company.

    You know, sometimes Sean reaches a level with the guests where they just seem to open up so much that I end up loving them. I’m currently watching GOT for the first time and I think Peter is extraordinary in it, but now I want to go watch other things he has been in. This was wonderful.

    26:53 His answer where the dialogue is the most important aspect for a film is totally spot on for me. When you do an adaptation from books especially, like a Game of Thrones, if you don't have great contextual dialogue, making the jump from book to screen just doesn't really compute for a lot of people. I don't watch this show alot, but thank you for getting Mr. Dinklage to come on. Made my morning!

      I was a huge fan until this genuine soul complained about the stereotype of Dwarves in the new Snow White remake, making sure that no other actors with dwarfism could work on the project because Disney immediately changed them to "magical creatures" the day after he made a stink about. Yeah, good guy . . . take away one of the few limited projects for actors with dwarfism. I have no problem with his opinion on the stereotype, but when you start f'ing over the people you are trying to help, you need to take a different approach.

    My favorite Peter Dinklage performance is in such an under underrated movie, The Station Agent. It's a simple movie with a simple setting in a simple town but with some of the most beautiful performances. Thank you Peter for giving one of the greatest performances I've watched in cinema

    Re: 02:30 - Richard E Grant had never had a drop before playing Withnail, BUT he did grow up with a raging alcoholic for a father (who once tried to shoot Richard), so he'd definitely been around enough drunkeness to know how to capture it.
