STEAMED CARROT DUMPLINGS RECIPE

This is a better method. First time I put 1 cup of water in and it was so sticky. I had to add more and more flour. It was so sticky that the glass lid stuck to fingers and then fell onto the floor smashing in pieces.
I was furious at the maker of the other video. Tks.

Boil it,just make sure the water is boiling and you don’t open the pot frequently
