- Welcome to this 30 -minute full-body morning yoga flow, to help improve your strength and flexibility. This class is perfect for people of all levels who want to strengthen and open their bodies. We’ll begin with a brief meditation on the breath to draw the awareness inward, followed by standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hips to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin.

Loved practicing with you again although it saddens me to see that I m no longer able to practice like I used to and have to modify so much. It’s difficult to accept how my body’s all broken and deteriorating so quickly but the practice was awesome and it felt great and still uplifting to hear you and feel all your positive energy! No, just kinda my own things based on all the stuff I like from what I've studied. I did Iyengar and Ashtanga for a very long time and was trained in both
