I recently retired from teaching k-5 science. I started every class with some kind of calming/focusing exercise. Most times, it was something from yoga, just to get the students focusing on their breathing. If during class, the students became too excited, we would stop and take three deep breaths focusing on our out breaths. It worked every time.
Love these 20/25 min sessions Tim - have recently had an MRI Scan and since the last one (about 10 yrs ago) my Arthritis has only slightly increased - thanks to you and all you lovely Yogi Gurus out there. Cariad Mawr 🏴 Lizzy 🙏
Loved that you included the mobility, my hips were so tight! My morning Hiit classes don't usually include much stretching/yoga so this was perfect for post workout! Im curious to know how long you have been practicing and what type of style of yoga did you learn from your teacher ? You seem to understand the body and the asanas well. Thank you Tim. Namaste.

Thank you! When doing a class like this, would it make sense to repeat it but adding more time/reps a couple times a week or for a week straight to really get the poses down? (Same goes for other classes)? Is there a practice length we are working towards?
