    I recently retired from teaching k-5 science. I started every class with some kind of calming/focusing exercise. Most times, it was something from yoga, just to get the students focusing on their breathing. If during class, the students became too excited, we would stop and take three deep breaths focusing on our out breaths. It worked every time.

    Amazing! No motivation for a longer yoga session today, but so easy convincing myself to do a short&sweet Tim class... Never regret them.

    Loved that you included the mobility, my hips were so tight! My morning Hiit classes don't usually include much stretching/yoga so this was perfect for post workout! Im curious to know how long you have been practicing and what type of style of yoga did you learn from your teacher ? You seem to understand the body and the asanas well. Thank you Tim. Namaste.

    I have been doing this class for the xxxth time and enjoy it more every time🤗 the variation in poses and calmness at the end👍I get so relaxed on this one😂🙏👍

    Just as I’m thinking I don’t really like triangle you say it’s one of your favourite poses 😂! I did like the opening sails analogy that helped me to try to think differently about it. As ever Tim, thank you 🙏🏻

    How do you tell which of your flows have more sun salutations and ab engagement? Its hard to tell from the descriptions and i love your old flows.

    Thank you! When doing a class like this, would it make sense to repeat it but adding more time/reps a couple times a week or for a week straight to really get the poses down? (Same goes for other classes)? Is there a practice length we are working towards?

      Le yoga peut vous aider à vous calmer et à vous centrer. Commencez par les bases. Vous aimerez peut-être la série « Yoga pour débutants ».
