    In this 30 Minute Ab Workout Burnout, I take you through multiple ab exercise targeting the rectus abdominis, the obliques, and the obliques! I burned 370 calories-can you beat my number? Can you last the whole workout without stopping?

    *Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 27 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145 lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

      Is because you didn't use properly the abs to make the exercise. Is common. I always tell people to have a neutral neck and during crunches for example i always said that if you are feeling pain on the neck is because they are not using abs power to do the movement properly.

    I've done this workout everyday since I've been out of school due to quarantine and I FEEL AMAZING! I started and just couldn't stop. I still love to eat tho, so once I lay off a few tortillas I'll SEE my results😂 I'm definitely stronger! Thank you so much!     Love your workouts! Sadly I wasn’t able to do all the exercises because I have very weak joints, especially my wrists. But whenever I couldn’t do one move, I did another one from my memory and had your motivational words to keep me going haha!

    I only burned 142 calories but I completed the workout and my abs burned the whole time. I did struggle a little, but as usual, it was a good one!

    So this workout does the trick. it definitely worked my abs but after doing the side crunches, the muscles on the sides of my neck are swollen and sore. my form must have been way off

    I loved this cause I just ate a muffin that was 400 calories!! Eeek! So I needed a workout that would burn most of that off. I didn’t feel like doing cardio so I’m so happy I found an abb one.

    Ok so I did not crush this one today. I decided to this workout tomorrow. To be honest, today I kinda wanted to really sweat and work out intensely with a mix of cardio, strength moves and abs. I have been feeling like my body is yearning for that this week. So I opted to do your 60-minute full body bootcamp workout from June 2nd 2018. I really wanted to work myself into a good sweat and intensity. I feel great having done that workout and will most certainly do this ab workout tomorrow (which will be Saturday here in Nairobi, Kenya). Happy Friday Folks!

    i know i did this wrong because every time she said ooh or ouch i didn’t feel anything and i gave up at the last 4 minutes. i was so frustrated and literally couldn’t take it anymore.

      i agree only the last two exercises gave me some type of burn everything else ws just kind of uncomfy, no way she burned 370 calories, i like her other workouts tho

      Mm mine were burning but I kept feeling disappointed that I couldn't hold my legs straight up or that my back kept arching but we can get through this together! Fighting!

    I did about a second of the workout, and already felt the burn. I could only do about 10 minutes of the whole workout though. It became to difficult, but if I try everyday, then I will be strong enough to finish it.
