Hey guyss, I've been seeing people say they'll tell their progress but most of them don't. So I did this for 10 days. Heres what happened. PS - I did this workout mixed with the 7 days workout ( another video of Roberta's gyms ) so this is both of the workouts mixed progress along with consistency and trying to eat healthy ( key word - TRYING LOL ) Age - 15 Normal weight for 15 yo - 55kg My weight before - 58kg Goal - 52kg I kind of let myself go so I'm just tryna regain myself back, for self improvement and just generally become healthier. Day 1 - I found this video at night and I was pretty excited so I did it at night. The workout itself was kind of hard. Not that hard. But I struggled a lot with planks. Others were generally exercises I knew so not that difficult. I ended the night with a cold cup of black coffee and a cold shower. I also got a good amount of sleep ( 7 hours ) so when I woke up I felt pretty great. Not seen the progress yet but I felt a bit lighter and easier. Day 2 - I woke up bright and early to exercise before school LOL. I got up around 4 to get all of it done but I slept very early so I felt rlly energized. I did both the 7 days and 10 days workouts. After brushing my teeth before I started the workouts I drank warm water with a lemon slice plus two eggs because do not exercise on a empty stomach if you don't want to feel light headed. It was good workout. Its getting easier. Planks was a bittttt easier. Loved the workout , then went for a little walk. Took a cold shower then went to school. At night I also did it. I ended both the workouts with cold cup of coffee and a cold shower. And ( 7 hours ) of sleep. Day 3 - Woke bright and early again. Drank lemon water again and had sandwich ( lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes ) it was not good LOL. And then started the workouts. Always eat before exercise. Today I flew through the exercises. I also skipped the breaks. I was tired yes but felt SO good. Planks was def easier than before. Still getting used to both the workouts. The 7 day one was much more harder tbh. Loved it again and went for a walk. It was soothing and tranquil. Then took a cold shower. Went to school again. Pretty good day. At night I did both the workouts again. I also forgot to mention I eat what I usually eat for dinner. Just a little bit less of an portion. After workout drank the cold cup of coffee again and slept like a BABY! had a little less amount of sleep today ( 5 hours ). Day 4 - I woke up early. Before school. Because of yesterdays lack of sleep I was just a lil less energized but after I ate yesterday nights leftovers. And the lemon drink. Did the workouts. LOOOOORRRRRRDDD it was soooo much easier. Planks was fairly easier. I did 15 more seconds. Then went to school after the walk. I took a walk to the park. It was so calm. I felt the difference. My body felt easier. At night I went through the same cycle. Dinner, exercise, coffee, then sleep EARLY. Got 6 hours so I was fine. Day 5 - Halfway mark!!! I did both the workouts early in the morning. No school today so I woke up at 6. The exercises are so easy now. Honestly. I can see my waist is a bit more snatched. Lost a bit of belly fat. I have a little belly now. I am so happy rn. I went for a walk. Also forgot to mention during the whole period I drank LOTS of water. Both the workouts are much more easier. I also drank the lemon water and had avacado toast for breakfast before all of that. At night I did the same. Both exercises. Cold coffee. Sleep well. Half way mark result Weight before - 58kg Weight now - I am happy to say when I stepped on the scale i lost 3kgs. Omggg. So my weight now is 56kg. Day 6 - I woke up early at 6 today too. Had lemon water and a yogurt bowl. Before walking I got in some studying. Then walked. Had a cold shower. It was very cozy resting after all that. My waist is SNATCHED! I lost a fair amount of belly weight. Also noticed thighs got a bit thinner. Good progress NGL. Loved the morning. At night THE SAME CYCLE. Eat, exercise, cold coffee, sleep well. Day 7 - My weekends over LOL. Got up at 4 again. At first I hated waking up now I don't mind. I stepped on the scale after the walk ( today I ran a bit too ) but I lost 1 kg. Im at 55kg now. I'm so excited honestly. My thighs no progress. My legs no progress :( but my belly's significantly more thinner. Lost belly fat. That's it for today. Also my mom said I looked skinnier :D At night ( same cycle. I've bored you enough LOL ) Day 8 - I woke up at 6 today. Missed school I was sick. So I only did this videos workout. Took a shower. but I had the lemon water ( it also helped with cold!! ) and I had the traditional sick food soup. Yummy! Not much activeness today. At night I didn't take the shower though I did only this videos exercise too. Day 9 - still was sick but woke up early. Drank lemon water and had yogurt bowl again. Did both the workouts cuz I was missing to much progress. Went for a walk. Came back, showered, went to school. At night I had kind of a cheat meal. I ate 3 donuts. Felt guilty so doubled the workouts. Veryyy tiring. drank cold coffee and showered n slept. I noticed so much progress. Lost almost all belly fat. Thighs were thinner. my build was so much slimmer. Felt better and easier too!! Day 10 - FINAL DAY! I went for two walks this morning. (Dad couldn't drop me of at school) and I missed the bus. I ate Greek yogurt and a mango with lemon water. Doubled both exercises again to compromise for donuts. Walked, again walked to school. Tiring day. At night I doubled the workout again. Since its the last day. Drank coffee. Slept. Stepped on the scale lost two kg. Didn't hit the goal but super proud So final results! Before - 58kg Goal - 52kg Now - 53kg Belly is GONE. Thighs and legs no progress. Arm fat also reduced. I feel easier.more active in sports. PS - Let me be honest. I am a active sport player. I played sports during this. So maybe that's why I had good progress. I also drank lots of water. I had a wonderful support system. I (maybe?) Ate healthy. The showers also helped. I found this Channel very helpful. I'll continue like this ( but a lil less harsh ) I ate a small amount of lunch. @@sugarcane3265 I am not vegan so I have like no idea but one of my cousin is and she lives on vegan bagels, and overnight oats (I'd recommend overnight oats its SO GOOD.) I don't really know if you'll like it though. Tiktok has some tasty healthy vegan options😋

Ok so I had done tgis exercise regularly for 2 weeks last year in april and i remember i was 50 that time later after doing it continuously for 2 weeks i found out i lost 5 kg and after that i had a normal body i burned my fat and after that i never done it again but this year i noticed I am gaing weight again my weight is 60 now i am currently doing it again to burn my fat thanks to owner of video because of you last year students stopped bullying me for my weight ❤

It’s only 10 minutes, you can do this. The reason this one is easy is because i do this one in the morning then at night i do some other workout which is 20-25 minutes and the other one i do at night is 22minutes. So try to do more than 1 workout and these workouts will feel like nothing.
Started today (3/4/2023) doing twice in a row Day 1: completed, second workout was a little harder feeling abit of pain now in my left shoulder so I advise to warmup properly before you start. I’ll be updating each day Day 2: completed, definitely sweating a lot more, after the second workout. Feeling some pain in my shoulder I think it’s due to the Tricep dips so I’m doing it on a bench instead of the floor, also weighed myself before I started todays workout & it’s gone down a little so that’s a good sign. Day 3: completed, weight is going down, on day 1 I started drinking 3L + of water also each day so that may help. It’s definitely the slow burpees on the second workout which makes me tired lol, update tomorrow 👍🏽 Day 4: completed. Tired today after a chest workout yesterday 😆 Day 5: completed ! Day 6: just completed first workout, I’m going to do the second workout a little later on as I’ve been fasting for the last 18 hours and I’m very tired and hungry, I’ll edit in once second workout is complete 👍🏽( I’ve lost almost 3 and a half pounds so far) Day 7: completed. Dropping weight fast muscles are starting to show Day 8: completed Day 9: completed 1st workout, about to break 16 hour fast and very tired so second workout will be done later on, I’ll edit in once completed. - second workout done. I started doing this workout and i'm on day one. I am overweight for a 1 3 year old (I have 65 kg) and my goal is 48 kg, i am doing this exercise and a few more and i hope in a year or some months i will come to this goal!

Here is my exp- Day 1- Starting to be positive and felling good ab it. Realized that this workout is veery sweaty but I can easily handle it all ❤ Day 2- Ohhh boy things got a bit more thick. I fell the heat burning inside my body and I'm starting to feel more positive. It feels easier today than yesterday Day 3- I fell more strong and more lightweight for some reason! I am very sweaty and my shoulders are sore but my body feels totally alright! Day 4- This has gotten a looot easier than the previous days. I also able to this twice finally! Im really excited how this will turn out later... [10 mins later] Nooo forget everything i said i think im handicapped MY LEGS ARE DEAD HELP 😢😢 Day 5- I had some serious pain and blisters so i had to skip a day. But today im more energetic than before and it is very much easier than the days before Day 6- IT was reaaaaaally hard today ifk why but really hard But I did it tho 😊 [Edit- There has to be some magic in this workout i dropped down 4 kg alr this is unbelievable] Day 7- After a whole week of pouring sweat, bad aches, 2 blisters and pounds of hope...I've done it and it feels great Dropped down by 4.3 kgs in a week without a VERY strict diet plan. Personally, this js really helped me lose weight i started at 70kg and lost 5 kilos after doing thisfor 1 week and 2 days ( i ate healthy i walked allot as well)

Day 3: i have finally started doing the whole sessions but still lack in jumping jacks did only 35 today but im proud that i held the plank for 10 secs yesterday i only hold for 5 sec (did it twice)

The way you make a video is superb my the rest time according to the calories burnt by the exercise in even the counting everything is clear and this way is superb and please keep it up at smaller than you but still I am say keep doing exercise videos like this with this format . Day 1: I can’t drink any water because I’m fasting and omg my lungs are on fire I can’t wait to get the 10 days over with it 😭 I’m currently 59kg and 5’3 and want to lose some weight and bodyfat before the summer! Doing this silly:3 cause I need to lose weight. Start 22/02/2024 evening. Weight: 55.25 kg, height 161 cm. I just gained weight plus my body needs exercises. Day 1: Did the exercise, was a bit tiring but also made my whole body feel better. Before that I felt exhausted now feel much better. Tomorrow will do it in the morning. Day 2: Okay maybe not in the morning but I did it after my lessons. This time it was just tiring and I wanted it to end faster. I just feel tired and sweaty now>:( not very nice.

Didn't really struggle with anything, slept well ( normal 10-8 hours ) day 2 : I skipped it because I was busy so I'm doing a extra day day 3: struggled on the planks, but did well !

Ok lets try this.. Day 1: it was fun and easy i finished it Day 2: my muscles were paining thats a good sign! Day 3: It was a little hard this time i could feel my body burning which is good! Day 4: It was much harder than when i started it but i see a slight change in my body and i feel stronger than before! Day 5 {current day}: it was soo hard omg but im getting used to it i feel much fitter and stronger than before and theres a little change in my weight too! {More updates soon! } Thank you roberta! I have exactly 10 days until my holidays are over and I am going to do this and the 7 day workout as well and eat healthy Weight: 59.5kg (fluctuates from 59-61) Goal: 55kg Waist: 28 Inch Height: 5,4 Age: 2010 DAY1: I was drenched with sweat and these workouts were pretty easy because I am familiar with them, I ate 2 scrambled eggs for brunch with egg white and a slice of toast + tomato & cucumber and for dinner I had rice with meat stir fry (I also had 2 squares of half milk half dark chocolate but my calories are alright) DAY2:(i forgot to edit) So I repeated this 3 times and did another short exercise/stretch video in the morning and was out the whole day so I felt too tired to do it again at night (I’m restricting the next day) nothing has changed obviously but I feel pain in my back and tight hamstrings so Im going to stretch more DAY3: Donee i def need to stretch my calves/ hamstrings and back DAY4: Didnt do it ,but I was walking around the shops with my friend DAY5:
i used to do robertas videos, i did the video called workouts to make your belly fat cry and i saw good results in less than a month, i was so happy and i lost a healthy amount of weight, however i slipped and stopped doing them as i got lazy and i’ve fount this video three days ago and have been doing them at night along with the belly fat video, i haven’t seen results yet but i really recommend robertas videos as you see results in over a week

I’ve done this workout for about 4 days and I’ve already lost 0,9 kg! But I’ve also eaten healthier and went on walks but this is a great workout! So for anyone who’s struggling with their body image, keep going you won’t regret it!❤❤❤

15 days I was 71kg and 15 years old I did it for almost 15 days and now I’m 63kg just lower your food intake and avoid junk eat healthy and most importantly drink a lot of water!!
This is the second day i’ve done this exercise and i genuinely do feel it working, I’m also doing a 14 minute workout by you Roberta and a leg workout but I can feel them working :)
Going to start doing this exercise like and comment to keep me updated please 😅. Day 1: It was pretty hard and I was very hard from this exercise, it’s most likely because I did everything twice for example I did 100 jumping jacks.

I had to stop the Excersise for a few days at first, but when I checked my weight the next day after doing it, I was super satisfied and extremely impressed. I’m glad this video helped

I DID IT! Ive completed 10 days of this. I went from 55kg to 5.26kg (121lbs to 115lbs) ‼️ Its not that hard. Just bc of that, doesnt mean im gonna stop working out. Goodluck to everyone who is doing this too. All the best ❤️

Seeing that most people didn't put there process an how went ill do mine Im a 16 year old girl Im about 85 kgs an thats alot for a girl me age (thats what i think) Im 5.10/5.11 Day 1: these exercises are not that hard for me but the planks are killing me and im literally drenched in sweat that could be because i dont exercises so this is something new for me an my body but im feeling a bit better about my self rn after completing it btw make sure your not doing this on a rough surface cuz i kinda scratched my elbow an knees doing this. Day 2: im very sweaty after finishing this its a bit easier than yesterday i still need to get a smoother/softer surface todo this on since i keep hurting my elbow doing the planks an stuff did not see any difference in my weight probably because i started yesterday but any who ill keep yall updated Day 3: im 83kgs rn some of the exercises got a pit harder for me the planks. Im not sweating as much say i did when i started an yesterday i still need to get a better surface to do this on since my elbows keep getting hurt an yes i will say that every time till it changes anywho i dont feel as tired as before an btw make sure the last time you eat is at least 15mins before you do this cuz boy did my belly feel weird starting that exercises minutes after i eat

Hey guyss, I've been seeing people say they'll tell their progress but most of them don't. So I did this for 10 days. Heres what happened.
PS - I did this workout mixed with the 7 days workout ( another video of Roberta's gyms ) so this is both of the workouts mixed progress along with consistency and trying to eat healthy ( key word - TRYING LOL )
Age - 15
Normal weight for 15 yo - 55kg
My weight before - 58kg
Goal - 52kg
I kind of let myself go so I'm just tryna regain myself back, for self improvement and just generally become healthier.
Day 1 - I found this video at night and I was pretty excited so I did it at night. The workout itself was kind of hard. Not that hard. But I struggled a lot with planks. Others were generally exercises I knew so not that difficult. I ended the night with a cold cup of black coffee and a cold shower. I also got a good amount of sleep ( 7 hours ) so when I woke up I felt pretty great. Not seen the progress yet but I felt a bit lighter and easier.
Day 2 - I woke up bright and early to exercise before school LOL. I got up around 4 to get all of it done but I slept very early so I felt rlly energized. I did both the 7 days and 10 days workouts. After brushing my teeth before I started the workouts I drank warm water with a lemon slice plus two eggs because do not exercise on a empty stomach if you don't want to feel light headed. It was good workout. Its getting easier. Planks was a bittttt easier. Loved the workout , then went for a little walk. Took a cold shower then went to school.
At night I also did it. I ended both the workouts with cold cup of coffee and a cold shower. And ( 7 hours ) of sleep.
Day 3 - Woke bright and early again. Drank lemon water again and had sandwich ( lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes ) it was not good LOL. And then started the workouts. Always eat before exercise. Today I flew through the exercises. I also skipped the breaks. I was tired yes but felt SO good. Planks was def easier than before. Still getting used to both the workouts. The 7 day one was much more harder tbh. Loved it again and went for a walk. It was soothing and tranquil. Then took a cold shower. Went to school again. Pretty good day.
At night I did both the workouts again. I also forgot to mention I eat what I usually eat for dinner. Just a little bit less of an portion. After workout drank the cold cup of coffee again and slept like a BABY! had a little less amount of sleep today ( 5 hours ).
Day 4 - I woke up early. Before school. Because of yesterdays lack of sleep I was just a lil less energized but after I ate yesterday nights leftovers. And the lemon drink. Did the workouts. LOOOOORRRRRRDDD it was soooo much easier. Planks was fairly easier. I did 15 more seconds. Then went to school after the walk. I took a walk to the park. It was so calm. I felt the difference. My body felt easier.
At night I went through the same cycle. Dinner, exercise, coffee, then sleep EARLY. Got 6 hours so I was fine.
Day 5 - Halfway mark!!! I did both the workouts early in the morning. No school today so I woke up at 6. The exercises are so easy now. Honestly. I can see my waist is a bit more snatched. Lost a bit of belly fat. I have a little belly now. I am so happy rn. I went for a walk. Also forgot to mention during the whole period I drank LOTS of water. Both the workouts are much more easier. I also drank the lemon water and had avacado toast for breakfast before all of that.
At night I did the same. Both exercises. Cold coffee. Sleep well.
Half way mark result
Weight before - 58kg
Weight now - I am happy to say when I stepped on the scale i lost 3kgs. Omggg. So my weight now is 56kg.
Day 6 - I woke up early at 6 today too. Had lemon water and a yogurt bowl. Before walking I got in some studying. Then walked. Had a cold shower. It was very cozy resting after all that. My waist is SNATCHED! I lost a fair amount of belly weight. Also noticed thighs got a bit thinner. Good progress NGL. Loved the morning.
At night THE SAME CYCLE. Eat, exercise, cold coffee, sleep well.
Day 7 - My weekends over LOL. Got up at 4 again. At first I hated waking up now I don't mind. I stepped on the scale after the walk ( today I ran a bit too ) but I lost 1 kg. Im at 55kg now. I'm so excited honestly. My thighs no progress. My legs no progress :( but my belly's significantly more thinner. Lost belly fat. That's it for today. Also my mom said I looked skinnier :D
At night ( same cycle. I've bored you enough LOL )
Day 8 - I woke up at 6 today. Missed school I was sick. So I only did this videos workout. Took a shower. but I had the lemon water ( it also helped with cold!! ) and I had the traditional sick food soup. Yummy!
Not much activeness today. At night I didn't take the shower though I did only this videos exercise too.
Day 9 - still was sick but woke up early. Drank lemon water and had yogurt bowl again. Did both the workouts cuz I was missing to much progress. Went for a walk. Came back, showered, went to school.
At night I had kind of a cheat meal. I ate 3 donuts. Felt guilty so doubled the workouts. Veryyy tiring. drank cold coffee and showered n slept. I noticed so much progress. Lost almost all belly fat. Thighs were thinner. my build was so much slimmer. Felt better and easier too!!
Day 10 - FINAL DAY! I went for two walks this morning. (Dad couldn't drop me of at school) and I missed the bus. I ate Greek yogurt and a mango with lemon water. Doubled both exercises again to compromise for donuts. Walked, again walked to school. Tiring day.
At night I doubled the workout again. Since its the last day. Drank coffee. Slept. Stepped on the scale lost two kg. Didn't hit the goal but super proud
So final results!
Before - 58kg
Goal - 52kg
Now - 53kg
Belly is GONE. Thighs and legs no progress. Arm fat also reduced. I feel easier.more active in sports.
PS - Let me be honest. I am a active sport player. I played sports during this. So maybe that's why I had good progress. I also drank lots of water. I had a wonderful support system. I (maybe?) Ate healthy. The showers also helped. I found this Channel very helpful. I'll continue like this ( but a lil less harsh ) I ate a small amount of lunch. Overall amazing.

Ok so I had done tgis exercise regularly for 2 weeks last year in april and i remember i was 50 that time later after doing it continuously for 2 weeks i found out i lost 5 kg and after that i had a normal body i burned my fat and after that i never done it again but this year i noticed I am gaing weight again my weight is 60 now i am currently doing it again to burn my fat thanks to owner of video because of you last year students stopped bullying me for my weight ❤

It’s only 10 minutes, you can do this. The reason this one is easy is because i do this one in the morning then at night i do some other workout which is 20-25 minutes and the other one i do at night is 22minutes. So try to do more than 1 workout and these workouts will feel like nothing.

Started today (3/4/2023) doing twice in a row
Day 1: completed, second workout was a little harder feeling abit of pain now in my left shoulder so I advise to warmup properly before you start. I’ll be updating each day
Day 2: completed, definitely sweating a lot more, after the second workout. Feeling some pain in my shoulder I think it’s due to the Tricep dips so I’m doing it on a bench instead of the floor, also weighed myself before I started todays workout & it’s gone down a little so that’s a good sign.
Day 3: completed, weight is going down, on day 1 I started drinking 3L + of water also each day so that may help. It’s definitely the slow burpees on the second workout which makes me tired lol, update tomorrow 👍🏽
Day 4: completed. Tired today after a chest workout yesterday 😆

Day 1- Starting to be positive and felling good ab it. Realized that this workout is veery sweaty but I can easily handle it all ❤
Day 2- Ohhh boy things got a bit more thick.
I fell the heat burning inside my body and I'm starting to feel more positive. It feels easier today than yesterday
Day 3- I fell more strong and more lightweight for some reason! I am very sweaty and my shoulders are sore but my body feels totally alright!
Day 4- This has gotten a looot easier than the previous days. I also able to this twice finally!

Day 2: this workout is really challenging it looks so easy but its really not. Ps. I couldn't update yesterday tho i did the workout

The way you make a video is superb my the rest time according to the calories burnt by the exercise in even the counting everything is clear and this way is superb and please keep it up at smaller than you but still I am say keep doing exercise videos like this with this format . Doing this silly:3 cause I need to lose weight.
Start 22/02/2024 evening. Weight: 55.25 kg, height 161 cm.
I just gained weight plus my body needs exercises.
Day 1: Did the exercise, was a bit tiring but also made my whole body feel better. Before that I felt exhausted now feel much better. Tomorrow will do it in the morning.
Day 2: Okay maybe not in the morning but I did it after my lessons. This time it was just tiring and I wanted it to end faster. I just feel tired and sweaty now>:( not very nice.

day 1 : Didn't see any difference , went to a restaurant so ate a bit more that expected. Didn't really struggle with anything, slept well ( normal 10-8 hours )
day 2 : I skipped it because I was busy so I'm doing a extra day
day 3: struggled on the planks, but did well !
imma do this as a teenager for 10 days (if effective I'll continue this eventually) , i will update you guys..!!!

Day 1: it was fun and easy i finished it
Day 2: my muscles were paining thats a good sign!
Day 3: It was a little hard this time i could feel my body burning which is good!
Day 4: It was much harder than when i started it but i see a slight change in my body and i feel stronger than before!
Day 5 {current day}: it was soo hard omg but im getting used to it i feel much fitter and stronger than before and theres a little change in my weight too!

I have exactly 10 days until my holidays are over and I am going to do this and the 7 day workout as well and eat healthy

DAY1: I was drenched with sweat and these workouts were pretty easy because I am familiar with them, I ate 2 scrambled eggs for brunch with egg white and a slice of toast + tomato & cucumber and for dinner I had rice with meat stir fry (I also had 2 squares of half milk half dark chocolate but my calories are alright)
DAY2:(i forgot to edit) So I repeated this 3 times and did another short exercise/stretch video in the morning and was out the whole day so I felt too tired to do it again at night (I’m restricting the next day) nothing has changed obviously but I feel pain in my back and tight hamstrings so Im going to stretch more
DAY3: Donee i def need to stretch my calves/ hamstrings and back
DAY4: Didnt do it ,but I was walking around the shops with my friend

How many calories we Will burn doing this workout?
i used to do robertas videos, i did the video called workouts to make your belly fat cry and i saw good results in less than a month, i was so happy and i lost a healthy amount of weight, however i slipped and stopped doing them as i got lazy and i’ve fount this video three days ago and have been doing them at night along with the belly fat video, i haven’t seen results yet but i really recommend robertas videos as you see results in over a week

Day 1: It was pretty hard and I was very hard from this exercise, it’s most likely because I did everything twice for example I did 100 jumping jacks.

I DID IT! Ive completed 10 days of this. I went from 55kg to 5.26kg (121lbs to 115lbs) ‼️ Its not that hard. Just bc of that, doesnt mean im gonna stop working out. Goodluck to everyone who is doing this too. All the best ❤️

Day 1: these exercises are not that hard for me but the planks are killing me and im literally drenched in sweat that could be because i dont exercises so this is something new for me an my body but im feeling a bit better about my self rn after completing it btw make sure your not doing this on a rough surface cuz i kinda scratched my elbow an knees doing this.
Day 2: im very sweaty after finishing this its a bit easier than yesterday i still need to get a smoother/softer surface todo this on since i keep hurting my elbow doing the planks an stuff did not see any difference in my weight probably because i started yesterday but any who ill keep yall updated
Day 3: im 83kgs rn some of the exercises got a pit harder for me the planks. Im not sweating as much say i did when i started an yesterday i still need to get a better surface to do this on since my elbows keep getting hurt an yes i will say that every time till it changes anywho i dont feel as tired as before an btw make sure the last time you eat is at least 15mins before you do this cuz boy did my belly feel weird starting that exercises minutes after i eat
