Why did I know she was going to say B1? Maybe because for a couple of years I thought I was dying. The doctors didn't understand. I hoped the problem was in digestion. Skip to the latest, B1 at a therapeutic level made all the difference -- and quickly. Among the conditions were muscular weakness, shortness of breath, pain and swelling in my lower legs -- problems associated with beriberi, the low B1 condition. Turns out memory problems, too, began to recede. And no, I do not abuse alcohol, but I do take a number of drugs for blood pressure. I'm not saying B1 is a miracle cure for anything, just that, for me anyway, it has had a surprisingly quick and significant positive effect.

no. it's crap. this is crap advice. go for the high-dosed artificial stuff. You won't fix anything with hippie powder because if you'd be able to get enough thiamine from dead yeast to fix a (subclinical) nutritional thiamine deficiency you wouldn't have it in the first place. If you're having trouble with thiamine something's broken with normal uptake which is two enzymes (both of which ironically enough rely on thiamine to work) and the normal-ass amount that is in nutritional yeast doesn't cut when they for whatever reason do not work properly. That's when you rely on thiamine being passively diffused by the small intestine - and for that mechanism to work and fix your thiamine problem you'll need doses upwards of 100mg. That's about 1kg of stupid ass hippie yeast you'd need to stuff into your face in one sitting. Nutritional yeast is a meme and tastes like ass.

Yes, an excellent presentation. And, don't forget this, our farming methods over the last 100 years have had a truly adverse affect on the wholesome food we need in, terms of destruction of the vital minerals & vitamins content required in order to maintain health & vitality. Monoculture & highly intensive farming methods has damaged the soils so badly, with & through the use of chemical fertilisers, herbicides, insecticides, disease control chemicals, food processing, weather manupilation chemicals, and the list can go on & on & on.
Man's only hope, is the intervention of the Almighty Creator to save us from own stupidity.

      Susan, yes you’re right.
Antibiotics run a scorched-earth campaign in your gut. It takes weeks to repopulate the gut microbiome , during that time you’ll be deficient in many nutrients (those microbes do the heavy lifting of nutrient processing for us). Hence the general feeling of not-thriving.
Next time eat some fermented veggies (kimchi) to help bounce back sooner.
      Best of luck.

Antibiotics kill bacteria. That includes gut bacteria. Killing off gut bacteria causes all kinds of problems such as poor nutrient absorption and a weakened immune system. As for why it was causing you fatigue, it could be one or multiple things from those categories. We should only take antibiotics when it's really necessary.

My poor husbands stomach was torn up by a strong antibiotic and he developed heartburn so badly, his ears were red. The health food store recommended gut bacteria (probiotics) and within a half hour of taking his symptoms were gone. He continued periodic doses for a week and recovered. That was the first I became aware of the terrible effects of antibiotics on the gut.

Only one crucial vitamin you need from animal meat is B12, which is made by gut bacteria as animals eat dirt in soil. You can get it if you grow your own potatoes and bake them as they will contain traces of soil on them as you ingest them (after washing them). If not, feel free to supplement one B12 tablet a week 400ui as you supplement other vitamins which the body doesn’t make but are also crucial. Problem with meat and meat fat is it creates calcification of main coronary arteries and also on small arteries causing erecting dysfunction etc. check your CAC Score before you embark on meat diet, check again after 6 months, then a year. CAC score will tell you how you’re blocking your arteries by your diet/ lifestyle 😂

@@jg5755 I suppose you didn’t read the part I said you can supplement it in my text. You’re not alone, it’s called cognitive dissonance. It’s when you pick a hole in someone’s argument although they filled that hole in the same argument, to say they’re wrong. 🤣🤣my advice, check for hard and soft plaque in your coronary arteries, do a diet for six months, check again, do for a year check again.

Guess You've heard of Vitamin K2-MK7 and what it supposedly does to excess Calcium!??😊

@@user-vb3lu3lm1c yup heard of it and have read about it a fair bit. Guess where k2 is found the most (1,2,…) cheese, milk, beef, poultry and everything meaty in between! It goes to show that the foods which cause arterial plaque come with K2! My advise is, even if someone is taking k2, they should still have their cac score checked before they start a key diet, six months in, 12 months in. The k2 they take may be insufficient or they may be a lean mass hyper responder! While at it, check ApoB and LP(a). It’s got to be noted that in these diets it depends of how a subject is before the diet, how fit and healthy and how their numbers in their blood work are. K2 supplementation has side effects too then you get the effects of a particular diet plus side effects of high doses of k2 to offset the negative effects of a particular diet.

The Sovereign of the Universe Jehovah has a schedule , it won't be late. The exponential degradation of man, animal and the planet because of deliberate rebellion will need to be realised. Then He will be vindicated. Isaiah 45:18. Ezekiel 38:23; Revelation 11:18; Daniel 2:44. Matt 6:9,10.
