Excellent presentation! Backed up by some really nice detailed graphics, and updated research. I really appreciate how the likes of PQQ interacts to produce such beneficial affects, to foods which can be consumed for our mutual improved health. Many thanks!
I was waiting for the presenter to say he had no affiliation with Lindt though. ;-) Speaking of which I appreciated in the comments regarding that brand, and the challenges it faces in its manufacturing processes, ensuring its anti oxidant affects, or lack there of.

I make my nutritional drink everyday on a boiling blender: 1/4 cup of soybean, 1/4 of peanuts, 1 tbsp of black sesame and 2 tbsp of cacao nibs. They total 30 grams of protein. With some nuts, seeds and seafood, my daily protein intake is complete. Looks like my PQQ is also included in this daily delicious drink. No need to take the supplements.

At age 76 now & having for almost 10 years supplemented with 100 mg of Kaneka UBIQUINOL twice or thrice daily (as I have 3 medical conditions) to protect my existing mitochondria which have not yet died off I began 6 months ago to experiment with the fermented Japanese BioPQQ 20 mg daily to help speed up mitochondrial biogenesis, etc & must say that it helps in several ways to enhance my remaining existence. I would urge anyone over 30 years of age who requires more energy & reduced stress to supplement with both for at least 2 months and even up to 6 months (as everyone is different & may take some time to respond to supplementation) to get and feel more energized if they have an effect on boosting your energy levels & vigour. Cheers and all the best! Melville Jayathissa from sunny Malaysia

At 800 mg PQQ/kg cocoa, and 7.5 gm cocoa per tablespoon, we can get 20 mg of PQQ from 3 1/3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. I put a tablespoon of cocoa in my oatmeal and a tablespoon in each of two cups of coffee I drink each day, so I'm almost there. How much CoQ10 should I supplement with?

Hmm interesting about dark choclate. Apparently how you make the dark chocolate is delicate progress and if you do it wrong you loose antioxidants. Dont know about PQQ, but Lindts was one of the worse in terms of remaining antioxidants.

It's because they heat it up to much. Destroys most of the beneficial stuff. It's called dutching. You want non-dutched cacao. Even better, organic raw cacao nibs. Nibs are superior to powder or bars.

Interesting about dark chocolate. But i seen tests and its a delicate progress to keep antioxidants. Lindt was one of the worse of keeping amount of antioxidants. Hopefully its not the same with PQQ.
