i've tried a lot of movement practices around the internet...and keep coming back to. Kellen's. great work! my only wish is to have this on mobile with easy to filter categories (like length of routine, difficulty level and type). length could be 15, 30, 45. difficultly level could be wind-down nightime easy, pick me up morning, strong and bold. type could be core, movement, skill specific (like handstands or cartwheels). thanks Kellen!

I lift weights and I stretch once a week for an hour, do you think mobility flow technique is a good way for just keeping myself mobile and healthy? And should I be just trying to be in the flow state, like without counting repetitions and seconds, do u think it doesnt matter? Thank you!
