This was AWESOME! Thanks so much for sharing these incredible videos - they have changed my practice and outlook on movement vs exercise. The best start to my day!! You rock, Kellen!
you all probably dont give a damn but does any of you know a trick to get back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly forgot the login password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me.
I am a personal trainer and avid surfer and this style of training is excellent, I'd imagine its popularity is going to exponentially increase over the next several years. Thanks for posting these, I enjoy them!
Thanks for commenting, Mark. I couldn't agree more, man! The full spectrum of human movement provides a more complete context to define and individualize our fitness. The gym is great, but getting out in the world and moving with confidence is unparalleled. Thanks for your support and for your work in helping others get healthy. Best wishes!
Excellent stuff Kellen! My Son & I are really enjoying making your workouts part of our routine. My son, Little Byron says that doing your workouts feels great like putting WD40 on all your joints. Blessings & Many Thanks!!!!
Been following this routine (and all your workouts) for the past 4-5 years despite my brain's inability to stick to the same thing for more than a couple months! You are a blessing man
Thanks for the fascinating video I am a yoga instructor based in Argentina and I share the same idea of giving freedom and creativity to the body within the postures, the mind and emotions are cleansed, as when cleaning the house, moving the furniture. Thank you
I never comment on videos, but I had to here- thank you. My head was going to fall of from nodding in agreement to many of the topics you raised regarding stability, the nervous system, exploration and diversity of movement... so please don't hold back on your "rants" . They are valuable and thought provoking. Thank you for sharing such high quality stuff.
Hi Kellen, Just wanted to say thanks for all your tutorials. I have been doing movement training for six months now and I feel a big change in my body. I think that you are really into something very important and something that took me many years to understand - the long term value of "soft" training. I should say that at the age of nearly 67 I am a life long athlete having played football (soccer), basketball, running, swimming, weight training, kettlebell training. Over the years I have suffered numerous injuries. In the long run whats important as one ages is movement, coordination, flexibility and a decent level of strength. Keep up the good work!
It is too enjoyable!! And your voice relaxes greatly, I wanted it to sound more and more❤ This type of sport is totally mine, thanks for spreading this🙏
This is one ....if not my favourite so far. An ex dancer....yoga etc.....gotten pretty stiff around inside glute muscles....so lower back problems. This Practice really sorts the lower back and so good to feel comfortable in side splits. Ps...Am 71 years....so this is a godsend for body. Thank you.
For me, this is one of your best. Loved the perspective of not limiting ourselves to a construct...I started with hard core workouts, then yoga, but now I'm enjoying mobility in this season of my life. Thank you!
It was very inspiring to see someone so passionate about the human body and it's movement capabilities. Thanks for the tutorial, my brother. Keep more of these amazing vids coming. Much respect!!!!
i love your discussion on yoga vs natural movement... makes a lot of sense. as someone who has been a dedicated yoga-practitioner for years... i recently injured myself pretty awfully in the pursuit of dogmatic yoga practices. variety and more natural movement-style practices has largely been what has healed me. thanks for your honest vids and talks
Awesome! This is life now so I guess I'll just keep rolling with it. Please feel free to reach out on whatever platform if you ever have any feedback or requests for videos. Thanks very much for following along!
This is a fantastic practice accompanied by some really brilliant commentary and insight. Thanks for making these videos Kellen, they are unlike anything else on youtube.
Thank you so much for sharing amazing videos with your wise messages of not conforming to any one box and to enjoy the whole process!!! As someone who loves to move, groove and play- I am always finding the right balance of moving in ways that both create strength and space!! Keep up the amazing work ❤️
This is definitely one of my favorites out your series. Learning to be still and valuing the "softer elements" of movement is something I'm cultivating in my bodywork and other areas of my life, so thank you for speaking on that. I appreciate what you do and I'm so grateful to have discovered this way of moving. Keep on keeping on brutha..
Much appreciated. From teaching and my own experience, I see many distractions in the world that challenge our presence. It takes a bit of time to understand that slowing down is actually key to growing but that's why I playfully call this "fitness for grown folks". Best wishes.
I'm so glad I found your channel. I've been following you for a while and I do enjoy the movement journey with you. I feel so much flexible than a few months ago. Thank you so much Kellen!!!
I love this movement practice. The bridge rotations are my favourite. As a kid unused to fall back into complete bridge and pop back up all the time, and while I still have the flexibility, at some point I stopped doing it, and now there is fear around it (and I can't figure out how to just stand up from the bridge position anymore). These bridge rotations allow me to play with getting into and out of full bridge (or wheel, whatever you want to call it) dynamically with a sense of fun and without fear. Thank you!
This is one of my favorite videos to follow along to in the morning. Great for setting intensions and getting my day started on the right foot. Love your videos, they have quite literally changed the way I have started to move and interact in the world both in the gym and in my life. Thank you so much for sharing.
This is one of my favorite sessions from you, Kellen. I think the first time I did this practice was a couple of years ago when I was first discovering your videos. I remember finding it really challenging to tune into my body instead of just trying to copycat your movements. I did the practice again today and it felt so much more natural to tune into my own body and make it my own. Thank you for doing all you do to help people hone their intuition around movement - I have benefited so much from your work.
Thanks for this. I am really getting a lot from these workouts and not only the movements but your mentality as well. Keep up the good work, it is appreciated!
I truly appreciate reading that, thank you. I'm happy to hear you're getting value from the content. Through your practice, I know you'll be inspiring other people to move more! Best wishes!
Wow, Thank you! Struggling with PMS so couldn't do my regular workout at the gym and this was great. I suffer from chronic pain, acute as well as inflammation. This is so healing for my body. Really enjoy your dialog too. Very insightful. Also your general message to play not push allowed me to sit in a particular pose longer and breathe through it as well as modify my movements to make them work for me. I am totally passively flexible, so I knew exactly what you were referring to. It's just how my body has always been. I have Hyper Mobility Syndrome actually, so it's so important for me to accompany my stretch with strength and mindfulness. Connected a lot to your vibe and message in general. Subscribing now! Can't wait to learn more.
Welcome! Incorporating this type of movement could be really beneficial to you. Definitely check out some of the newer content on the channel and my free 10-day course to go deeper into the basics. As you becoming more familiar with the movements, ideally, it becomes a daily practice to complement your fitness & support your lifestyle. Enjoy the flow!
This was my first movement video of yours. I chose a short one. It was challenging. I will continue. I strive for more flexibility and am not a fan of yoga but I like these movements. Thanks, Kellen.
over three years late, but.... Kellen, Sir you are spitting straight Spiritual knowledge. I appreciate you, I appreciate your experience, existence, awareness and heart. Keep Shining. 💫
I did this outside on a sunny day. It was awesome hearing about the information on rigid movements and how each move has to be executed perfectly according to some people. I just relaxed after hearing that. Thank you. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙌🏽
loved this chat and move. So true that generally, culture seems to have sexualized some of these movements, so if you are doing them out in the world at the gym, etc, it can be seen a certain way, or even inviting something, instead of just moving in all the ways the body needs. Appreciate your thoughts and reflections while guiding the movement.
Thank you so much for this video and your channel. It's very generous of you. I'm new to natural movement, and am loving it. It provides the antidote to the linear movements in yoga that I have been finding limiting.
Thanks very much for watching, David. In movement, there's so much that goes on underneath the surface. I love talking about it all, there's very few hard rules but so much to explore. Best wishes to you.
THE best movement video ive seen so far. Can't wait to use some of these in my classes. I really resonated with everything you said in this video. Sometimes I want to completely disassociate myself with the term yoga teacher and just call myself a movement instructor!!
Thank you for this video! What a great one it was! I love the message you are sending and this channel is definitely underrated, keep up the good work!
Just capped off the day today with this practice. Not too intense but not necessarily easy. I added a few here and there to feel what I wanted to happen but at the same time check in from time to time whether I could make it happen or not. I try to apply the same with my yoga practice because I believe it is essential to not be too defined by the rigidity of a construct without compromising though the essential patterns that are inherent to the practice, however you define the latter. Thanks Coach! 🙏
Wow. So good. I feel like a fish in water, it feels so natural. Love your narrative Kellen which really brings it all together and to life. Keep going:)
This was brilliant. You are amazing. The compassion and wisdom that you share is felt and appreciated. I especially needed this practice today. Thank you.
This is such a wonderful resource, and I know it’s good because I keep coming back to it and learning a bit more about my body each time. The control required to transition smoothly between moves really tweaks your focus. I’m passionate about movement, but my spinal mobility is something I need to work on. This is really helping.
Just found out about your channel and love the movement patterns. Makes so much sense. From now on, I'll try a different movement video each week, see where it get's me:) Thanks!
This was AWESOME on 13July2021! Thank you Kellen, really enjoyed moving with you and the slow steady progress that I am making since summer 2020. London 💜
Love so much all you say during the video about the conscious movement that we should aim for in the practice. You're such an inspiraton and a model for my practice. This philosophy of exercice and life really resonate with me. That's the vibration I was ooking for! I'm so grateful that your share such a precious knowledge with us! Thank you Kellen, I wish you all the best and hope you'll continue this lightful work
Ohhh gracias! J'adore. Just in the right moment I found it. I really love the way you explain the practice ant he feelings in my body after did that. Thank you,
Oh I just loved this practice - so beneficial to my problem areas - tight hips (improving, though, thanks to your routines) and low back tension. Kneel to deep squat as well as split kneel to half kneel felt so good. -I really appreciate these movement practices and your comments. It is always a joy and pleasure to practice with you. Thank you so much! And now let me wish you a very happy Christmas!
Taking the time to linger in these positions and feel all the little details is amazing. Sometimes a challenge to make time for it, but never a let down when you do. Thank you as always, it's great to hear from you! A very happy holiday season to you too!
That was awesome. Quite some issues in my thoracic spine when trying bdriges but feeling super relaxed and quite mobile now after the practice Thank you
Really happy to hear you enjoyed the practice! I have a lot more coming down the pipeline with this type of mobility work. Thanks for watching and best wishes!
Thank you, very clear and precise instructions. May I ask the difference between supporting you on Vimeo or Patreon? Mobility is my priority. Thank you
Thank you. On Vimeo you can stream my mobility series, the Free Mover Mobility Project. On Patreon, I share the FMMP videos and exclusive videos that I don't post on RUclips.
Great approach to fitness. I’ve tried your movements series a few times at the gym. Before I know it,my heart rate is up a little, time has passed, and people are wondering what this 67 year old is doing. PS what else do you do for your fitness?
That's awesome to hear! I walk, run, jump, lift, carry, throw & catch, dance, climb, crawl...I stay fit by doing moving a lot in all the ways the human body is designed to - its varies from season to season. I've been training for 20+ years so it's really a way of life for me now. I teach people how to let go of some of the boxes and train & move more from intuition. Thanks for watching!
As for yoga, it's a very good part of a physical practice, but if it's the only one, it may not be as useful. Most yogis just don't move well. They are strong in rigid asanas, not in a flow. There are some exceptions like some Strala Yoga practicioners, but that whole branch is based on natural movement and tai-chi in first place which may explain why, and why I like it the most. Watching Mike Taylor's tension-less yoga is a treat for me.
Loved this practice this morning, I feel it really benefits as preparation and priming of my body for my weight training later. And just feels fantastic! Great commentary, again, and I loved the tangent on the yoga/dogmatic mentality haha! Can I ask what courses or sources of learning you've taken to reach the level of integrated knowledge, skill and approach you have currently? I'm looking into courses to do but often find them too dogmatic or conventional, and looking for something that is very much in line with the way you present here. Thank you so much!!!
This was AWESOME! Thanks so much for sharing these incredible videos - they have changed my practice and outlook on movement vs exercise. The best start to my day!! You rock, Kellen!
That's why I do this! Thanks very much for watching and commenting. Hope your practice continues to explode with creativity. Best.

Sooooo good. Am feeling so alive all over after that session. Thanks for offering it Kellen.
Hey Kellen, this is one of the best fitness videos on youtube, for real. Thank you for the practice and especially your insights into life and health.
I did this outside on a sunny day. It was awesome hearing about the information on rigid movements and how each move has to be executed perfectly according to some people. I just relaxed after hearing that. Thank you. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙌🏽
loved this chat and move. Awesome channel with great workouts. I am so glad that I have found it for my dayly workout routine. Thank you a lot
Thsnk you. I enjoy your videos a lot and it is relaxing. I always feel great after I follow along.
Loved EVERY minute!! Thank you THANK YOU so much for these videos!!!
Thank you so much for this video and your channel. It's very generous of you. I'm new to natural movement, and am loving it. It provides the antidote to the linear movements in yoga that I have been finding limiting.
Absolutely! I find my body especially benefits from all the rotational movements that emerge in these practices. Thanks very much for following along!
I love the movements as usual and the philosophy that you express. It's like as soothing for the body that it is for the mind. Thank you very much!!!
Amazing video! Great movement practice and beautiful and interesting speech! Really enjoyed it. Thank you very much for sharing!
My pleasure. Thanks for watching! Cheers!
What an excellent session in every single way! Thank you for this
My body felt sooo good after this. Loved the spinal undulations and the end was such a great challenge for me.
Great! I definitely gotta bring in spinal waves more often. Maybe those will be a perfect fit in your morning routine!
Gratitude: Love movement theory thanks to you, really nailed it with this one!
That was really a big thing this vid. Love it.
So much inputs during these exercices. Thank you very much for your ideas of moving
Thanks very much for watching, David. In movement, there's so much that goes on underneath the surface. I love talking about it all, there's very few hard rules but so much to explore. Best wishes to you.
Loved both the routine and the commentary. Thank you so much for these videos!
Great to hear! Thank you for watching!

Amazing as always...
holy cow this is amazing!!!! thank you!!!!!
Super video learned alot hope your well keep it up bro awesome
Great, first time here, I'll back daily 🧡😊
Amazing flow thank you for sharing, I loved the comments too
Superb... I love it
So much value! Thank you for sharing sir.
That's the goal! Thank you so much for watching! Best wishes.
