I learned a long time ago how integral exercise was to my mental health. I had my first child about a month ago and that lesson is even more true today in this time of prolonged sleep deprivation while caring for a newborn baby. Your workouts are the perfect mix of strength with restorative elements in a package that's short enough to complete in between moments of caring for a newborn. I'm really grateful that I found your workouts. Thanks so much for sharing them.

I have a back injury, and your encouragement to make the movements my own is part of what made progress possible. Its been about a year, and my body has never been feeling as good as now, and Im surprised by how much progress Ive made. Thanks a lot for all your great videos and practices. It does make a difference not just for me but so many others. Keep up the good work, its a life saver.
I'm so glad I found you! I'm 52 and have been lifting weights, but my joints don't seem to like it very much.. This is challenging for me but has already loosened my shoulder impingement problem. I'm loving it!
I love your primal movement and mobility flows/ workouts! So creative and so fun! I can’t wait for more creative and challenging primal movement and mobility workouts! Especially love it when you combine it with plyo movements and combine these primal and mobility movements into a full on bodyweight workout! So fun and can’t wait for more follow along bodyweight workouts. Hopefully some longer ones too :)

I have been doing primal movements in my house for 6 months. My body strength and flexibility has improved over the time. I no longer get as exhausted as before. I've seen 6 pack variation on my core, how do I get a well defined 8 pack like yours? Catherine
