This is probably the best settlement anyone's ever built
I would download that settlement blueprint in a heart beat
Just incredible! Really puts the base game environment design to shame.
Ya regular fallout 4 looks like shit
yeah diamond city really needs more lights and population
@@chuckchuck4016and some janitors..
It would probably be very laggy if all environments were this detailed though. But Diamond City and all settlements in General are really lame.
Sadly it makes sense for it not to be like that(the exception being diamond city)
Bro straight up murdered someone mid video 💀
bro i came down to the comments read this and looked back at the vid and sure enough bro was doing it 💀💀💀 impeccable timing
Average day in goodneighbour
I’m not kidding when I say this is the one of the best Hangman’s I’ve seen. You really drove home the ‘blade runner ‘ theme. The last half of the video is insane. What exactly happened to shank at end? Also excited to to see the Pack’s settlement soon
Thank you! Placing Caltrops in someone’s inventory will instantly kill them. I should be able to finish the pack’s settlement by December
When you get to a certain point in the Pickpocket perk, you're able to shove grenades into an NPC's inventory to kill them. Caltrops from the Far Harbor DLC function the same as grenades, and that's what Squeasy used.
Oh my god…if anything looked “post-apocalyptic”…it is this! I love every single thing about this. Every detail is thought through to perfection, and I could not stop laughing once the action got started. 😂 Brilliant!!!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your artistry with us, you are amazing. 🤩
Damn. Imagine how sick the entire game would be if it was decorated like this.
It would be glorious... and laggier than Downtown Boston
@@JDLT14 If it was designed from the ground-up to be like this then probably not.
And dear Chris the lag...
It makes me shiver
This is beautiful. The modded builds I’ve seen of hangman’s alley aren’t even close to this nice. Well done.
It would have looked twice as good and taken half the effort with mods. It's all in the skill of the designer. If you had access to mods and couldn't produce this level of quality it's a skill issue, no mod will make you a better designer.
I haven’t seen any build that went with the design theme I was going for modded or not
@orangesqueasy You are clearly skilled. It's even more apparent with the fact you made such an impressive build with vanilla assets and a build system that "just works". It's just a shame that you likely had to use glitches or workarounds to make this when the system itself could have just been better.
How did you get power noodles at your settlement is it the automatron DLC?
@@TheLilDino hacked Takahashi
This is one of the hardest for me to create properly even though I love the location. Very cool as usual Orange.
The fact that your content isn't much more popular is baffling to me, you're such a creative mind and patient builder to put this all together. You gained a new subscriber and also inspired me to put much more time and effort in the settlement aspect of this wonderful game.
EDIT : Oh yeah, also love the funny bits you included in each video, truly quality content 😄
same!
You should totally do a video of how to put in the bare bone structures without any detail, these layouts are a 1000 times better than Bethesda’s
It like stepping into Vegas. So much to see and do. The visual sensory overload is astounding.
A lot has already been mentioned so, all thats left is how entertaining it was watching the character do the bad ass slow walk out of there with all the explosions.👍
Packed and stacked! Nice build Squeasy. Looking forward to see what you do next :)
wow the way you put the neon letters in a line and ended with an O to emulate the head being held up by glowing ropes is phenomenal. the whole build is beautiful and youve done a great job adding a sense of independent lore into it. amazing job. i feel like this would really be something you see in cyberpunk. hell i could see this as a concept in fallout. theres gotta be some kind of cyber-esque city out there somewhere in the post nuke world!
Your builds are amazing you deserve so much more attention id say the best builder ive seen
Another incredible episode, see you all again next Sunday for a new settlement build video!
LMAO definitely not this Sunday or the next
Next level build my friend, definitely enjoyed the show.
The visual interest is off the charts 😎
There is no way I just found you
@@LT_plays 🤣 hey 👋
An insane build, like actual vibes of madness vibrate out from this. Really well realized build. And that ending, nice pay off. Great build.
Thanks for watching through to the end!
You sir are nothing short of an artist. Thank you for this
This is really good! I wouldn't begin to know how to decorate so thoroughly and "junky" and "cyberpunk" it's really cool!
Thank you! I decorate with 'safe' items where I place them in locations that aren't as reachable to explosives or settlers plus with rugs so they are stable for the most part, then I decorate with 'risk' items that Idc if it gets moved. I'll make a video on this specifically sometime
Wow, gave me a whole new look on the workshop and what you can do. Everything is top notch and placed with such care. Good stuff man, I strive to have a place look half as good as this.
If I can just get away from my mega structure phase 🙃
You just had to use “I really wanna stay at your house” 😢 jokes aside this is incredible. Love all of your builds. You’re an incredibly talented and creative individual.
Man you got me addicted to fallout again I spent 6 hours building my base last night and I’m still not satisfied/done with it. You’re the Goat man.
It's a masterpiece, sir. You have my utmost respect
amazing build, amazing presentation - well done
Amazing build! Love this!!
So fire man definitely taking sum inspo for my hangman’s build
Cyberpunk meets Fallout, astonishing work!
Amazing work
I do enjoy the little "signal flare" setup you did at the top! Wonderful build
Imagine the diamond city guards right across this place seeing a beam of color coming from a door
ONG this is some of the best Settlement design I have ever seen. This style makes so much use out of Hangman's Alley and it just fits the environment so well. I can't believe you did this, this is such creative and astounding work. Fantastic! Absolutely amazing ❤❤❤
Its like a cool neon light chiniese style place, really cool
The extent of imagination used on each of these decorations is incredible
love the play on words for the shop names!
Awesome build as always! Again the density of decoration and build you combine into your work is stunning. I LOVE the use of the "hang" pun in sections of the build. I know how difficult this space is to use and you managed to do somethings (like the place where you put the Weapons Vendor) that I haven't thought of doing. Brilliant! I also have to say I love the Blade Runner/Cyberpunk vibe you have going, down to how some settlers are dressed. "Extending" the settlement out to that area with the chained door is a really cool idea. Dig the overturned car as a barricade. Overall really well done and thank you for sharing!
Can’t wait to see your build, Especially the outfits!
@@orangesqueasy excuse me but wasn't that part of the settlement bugged (the area between the default barricade, the one you made with the car, and the alley with the brahmin) so the settlers cant have access to it? This is what happened in my gameplay and what I have read online. i play in ps4 btw
@@pablogonzalezdelrio You're right, settlers aren't supposed to go there, but caravans CAN if you place a trading post inside the area. The lone NPC by the slot machine is hancock who i commanded to sit there
@@orangesqueasy you blew my mind fr
@@orangesqueasy I recently got back into Fallout 4 and love Hangman's Alley but find it so difficult to make it look populated and lived in when the settlers don't go into half the settlement. You completely blew my mind with this info, I'm gonna use this tip immediately! Thanks for the build sharing!
Needed this, thank you. Out of all the big open settlements on the map apparently for me they all wanna live in a small ass alley.
Wow, bro this is amazing.
This both inspires and pisses me off, because I know I'll never manage anything this good. Well done, sir.
100% the best fo4 Iv seen dude ! Give yourself a pat on the back , this inspired me to come back and build on fo4 … I’m xbox tho so found of pretty fast that I couldn’t but a fraction of this as it just crashes in build menu once you got over budget
This is insanely good!
One of the best Hangman's Alley builds I've ever seen. Great job!
The density and details are just insane.
5:55 jojo ref
so good i get deprressed cuz i know ill never, ever even come close
Try building something similar, or taking inspiration! In sanctuary I built a Slocum's Joe over one of the house foundations, which was supporting an overhead bus, which on the other side of the bus was standard concrete foundation, which I decorated with neon lights - Drumlin Diner style. And I named it 'Sheffield's Shack'. It's one of the three eatery's I built. The entire structure also makes a loop with other constructions, making a plaza like section, which is made up of the front part of Sanctuary.
Fecking amazing lad!
Was looking for inspirational video, but this one just made me realise I won't bother with building anything so impressive. I'd hire you for level design.
That resignation letter was loud and clear
In my opinion, this hangman alley is by far one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. I’m not into junk builds but this one fits. Love it.
Absolutely the best hangman alley I've seen thus far. Bravo.
Thanks for giving me ideas!
Hoa… I stopped playing because I’m so tired of multiple crippled bugs, but I want to start again even knowing I would never reach this level of creation! I’d binge watch your videos. Incredible.
I rarely comment or like anything but man these are amazing puts anything I thought was cool in my game to shame keep it up !!!
Awesome and really demonstrates not getting hung up on hiding wires which add to the feel of this build. All the great build videos im watching are driving me back to Fallout 4 in 2024
This is an absolutely amazing build you are very talented, the build gives me a cyberpunk Japanese vibes I never knew you could make something this jaw-dropping as a settlement builder in fallout 4!
Best tour guide ever! Highly recommend!
Absolutely incredible. You have packed more detail into just this alley than I have in 3 or 4 settlements put together. I dunno what it is my PS4 chokes too easily. EDIT: After another look, this is so good THIS should be a canon Hangman's Alley.
I can’t believe that this isn’t modded i mean jesus so much crammed into such a small area that is by far my favorite settlement to build in props on the work you did with it
INCREDIBLE! And here I was thinking only purpose for Hangman's Alley is to place some Minutemen Artillery so it becomes Artillery Alley and helps you in Boston proper.
Increíble, Que gran trabajo
This might be the best youtube video i’ve ever seen
I wish I was that creative. I can never think of anything cept put some shacks down..lol your base is incredible.
Bro, that is f@#*ed up 😂 he turned the word CHEMS! into CANDY! This settlement is definitely inhabited by raiders through-and-through. 😈
I see you're using the cyberpunk 2077 soundtrack as well . :)
as a huge Fallout 4 & Cuberpunk 2077 fan I say BRAVO !! this is absolutely amazing !
Outstanding!
The makers of Fallout should give you a consulting job or something when developing their points of interest! Stunning job once again!
Damn i was going to build in there now but after your video i dont feel like it anymore, lol theres no way to do better than this well done.
holy sheeeeeeeeeit mate. I WISH I could build like this!
man this is soooo inspiring
I love it!
Would love to see where the rest of your raider outposts are! These all feel so alive
Someone at Bethesda give this guy a job already!
Simply awesome
Bethesda needs to employ you and pay you for their next fallout.
The only way to describe this is tastefully cramped
everytime .. that place is my fav. its in the city .. shit happens all the time around that place and i always cramp it up
but u sir
u sir r the fkn GENERAL OF SETTLEMENT BUILDING
Wow! I’m using this as inspiration.
Genuinely sells the feel of a night market in Cyberpunk Red. Especially with the chiptune music
One mod I like running for Hangman's Alley specifically is the one that opens up the building on the left from where you entered so there is a lot more usable space in that settlement.
You're an artist
reminded me a lot of the movie enter the void, amazing settlement
I love this location, it's like a tiny Goodneighbor district for Diamond City residents who don't want to trek all the way there.
You should add a sign with an epilepsy warning at the entrances 😏
NIce build. Well done, Sir
Gotta be pc. My Xbox wouldn't lag with that kinda detail; it would explode! Great job.
Nice!
The difference between it being all lit up and lively and then you destroying it and its just dead silent and dark is so fucking cool
Fucking amazing! Sucks that I'm 1 year behind since I have been looking for a build like this. Thank you!
Bethesda should be ashamed of vanilla design. Stunning work dude !
The Japanese alleyway vibes are real in this one. It really made me think of those chaotic highly dense alleys with tiny shops and lights and old posters and candy machines everywhere. It's *amazing* 🤯😍 100/10
Bethesda please hire this person for game environment design
this was poetic. well done.
i gotta ask: do you move all of the picture frames, cardboard boxes, etc. by hand to each build?
Thank you.
I do move everything by hand. its not as bad considering I play on survival mode so I gotta walk everywhere anyways.
15:18 it’s lmao! The best build, dude
I LOVE IT!
OMG 😱. You turned Hangman's Alley into a beautiful, chaotic, dytospia.
So this is what it’s like to live in squaller I’m gettin outta here and heading back to my beautiful Megaton!
Respectfully, I’m using this as inspiration for my own settlement!
This, has reminded me that i should really be taking much more advantage of the vertical space in hangmans alley .. but ive avoided doing it to prevent blocking off the sunlight needed to grow food.
But i suspect ill just need to make hangmans alley a hub of scavengers and such.
And use provisioners to ensure these guys have enough food.
That is assuming that privisioners and scavengers can provide food, if not, i might be in trouble...
Unless... there are rooftop garden plots i can make.
It just KEPT GOING. HOW
Without the music it breaks the immersion
