  • HERES HOW TO OVERCOME THE BUILD LIMIT STOP ASKING ME THIS ITS EXPLAINED IN THE FIRST 2 MINUTES OF THE VIDEO
You can overcome the build limit by continuously dropping weapons (or any item) from your inventory and storing them in workshop mode. This drops the build meter the same way scrapping something does. Dropping big/complex weapon models such as miniguns and gamma guns lower the meter faster. Theres a limit to how much you can do this until your system starts crashing, but my PC doesn't really have a problem with it.
I'd Like to thank EzeFallout, Lady Imperatix, Jet Jaguar, Benson Yee, Kate Funkberries, The Skooled Zone, and all the other Vanilla builders for the inspiration and support.

I have recently made a tips & tricks video that contains the important techniques I used to build Sanctuary, including: how to fix the roofs, walls, and floors, Infinite build limit, and clipping objects, and unlockable workshop items. Please check that video out before commenting 'No mods my ass'. Then ask if you have any other questions.
    ruclips.net/video/hRg7yr97TNM/видео.html
    Other FAQS
    What is your FPS?
Average around 30. The video editor makes it more choppier than it really is. Looking AWAY from the middle of the settlement is closer to 45-60 while looking toward is 15-30. Sprinting doesn’t affect FPS, it’s more on how quickly the engine has to render objects and lighting on your FOV.
How did you build ____, where did you get _____, what is ___?
Just ask in the comments with a timestamp and I’d be glad to explain
    Can you share blueprint/save file?
Nah, I just hope this build inspires people just build their own settlements instead of just getting it for free. Maybe I think differently than others, but I prefer to have my OWN vision of a build rather than someone else's. I take INSPIRATION from others, not just take.
How long did you spend on this build?
Hard to say since it’s grew more and more as the play through went on, I don’t keep track but My guess is 320 hours spread out about a year

You've single-handedly done what would generally take an entire team of devs to accomplish. And as a semi-master builder of FO4 myself I am utterly astounded by the obvious time you've put into this masterclass of a project. Good lord, the random crap-gathering alone, the car-pushing, the barrel and box carrying, etc. Not to mention all the work you did with rug/pillar-ing in very tight spaces. I've seen some amazing builds over the years, done a few myself in fact, but this? This is one of the very few truly in a class all it's own. Well done.

This is unbelievable. The buildings are so cool, but it's the little details that really make it feel like a genuine living settlement, the vending machines, chairs, fire barrels, the "hard hat area" with construction signs, items on shelves, plants growing in bathtubs, the "Merc needed" and "shack for sale" signs, and the POOL! Dude, that's such a cool idea! This is the single coolest thing I've seen built in vanilla Fallout 4.
You should be proud of this, man. This is out of this world. This is better than anything the actual devs at Bethesda built.
Damn, I didn't know storing guns in Workshop mode increased build limit! I guess Gamma Guns are the most efficient, but any gun will do. I have a trunk full of hundreds of guns for spare parts! They're all going into the workshop today lol.
(FYI for anyone who reads this: the way to store them properly, I'm finding, is to drop the guns on the ground and then enter Workshop mode and "store" the guns directly from the ground.)

This is hands down the best settlement build i have ever seen.
It is simply amazing and differs from other builds i have seen in that it has both functionality and is aesthetically pleasing to look at.
I absolutely love the verticality of the bridges, treehouse, and walkways. Im also a very big fan of how every section of the city has some sort of use instead of being a random mish-mash of building pieces.
I love how you manage to reuse assets such as the train cars and they still feel new and not overused. Im also a very big fan of how you manage to somehow find the perfect balance between robot settlers and real settlers. I don't think that I saw about 1 robot for every 2 or 3 settlers.
I also loved the strategic defenses. I love the big walls, and how there was guard posts everywhere. I also loved how there didn't seem to be a crazy amount of turrets, but at the same time there seemed to be enough turrets to defend the settlement. I loved how spread out they seemed.
Lastly, I absolutely love the editing of the video. This is probably the only settlement tour I've ever sat and watched fully. The music used absolutely captured the aesthetic and vibe of not only the settlement, but the fallout genre itself. I love how the text isn't too big or small, and I love how whenever you found qn inspiration from a group or location in game, you would put an image of the location on screen. Your explanations of the practicality and reasoning for buildings is absolutely perfect.
Couldn't have asked for a better settlement tour video!

You should be able to play whatever you want, wherever you want. Clearly you have found a way around these things but your normal gamer doesnt have the time nor patience to figure it all out.
