This build is absolutely STUNNING. The density of detail in the entrance area is mind boggling and the wiring tricks you did are awesome. I also love the dark humor sprinkled throughout such as the "Dump in river" and "Clothes required to fight". Amazing work!

I might make a Part 2 of the Fight Nights. You can request some fights but keep it reasonable (no more than 10 NPCs per fights)

Wow this is one of my alltime favorite fallout settlement builds so far
I especially love the wires hanging all over, which give some kind of red light district vibes
Thanks, I tried to establish a sort of rainy Asian Market type feeling with the red lights and wires. I think I’ll do something similar when I get a chance to build a cyberpunkisque theme in Hangman’s

wasn't planing on having any Raider settlements in my current run, but, I think I just might. This build looks like an actual TOWN, which is bloody amazing :D
Great video as always! I really love the flags that block the powered door to make a sort of hidden room. (Might have to try that in my next build)
also the mining helmets equipped with red lights make good ambient lighting, and they turn on immediately at 8pm. You see that they turn on at 0:36 at the same time the raiders stop working too.

Most amazing thing is you got the settlers to actually get on the fighting pads
is it usually a problem for you? do they just not get assigned or do they just never walk to the pads

@@orangesqueasy that’s a problem with a game engine, cause when settlement become big enough, or when you have 40+ population it takes really long to assign them, and very hard to find a path too. You inspired me to build a big settlement, and I had to wait for 10+ minutes to assign a settler for a job when I had 40 population. I fixed that with Workshop Framework mod, but I have no idea how it works normally without mods in your big settlements 😅
@@thenooiz8035 I’m assuming it’s tied to processing speed as well as game version, because ever since I overclocked my processor the game poops out at pop 50 instead of pop 40

I think I’m most impressed with the beast of a computer he is running this on. My frames drop like crazy on F4.
The build at the time of recording this video was a i7 9700k and RTX 2070S
Not particularly the most powerful even at the time, so if you upgrade today you’ll have better frames than me
Man my series x still drops to 10-15fps heading into city ruins or an enemy encampment I've just fast travelled to, it's a 9yo game....

RUclips has been recommending your builds to me lately and they're very impressive! I'm on console, and the game freeze crashes quite often anyway, so a build anywhere near this would be a laggy crash fest lol XD
Question (if you see this ofc): you have a lot of 'loose items' that you can place down in the vanilla game, however they would be knocked over very easily, so how do you make them 'static'? Or do you just have to tidy up often after a NPC has bowled through?
Great build as usual, along with the presentation. I have to ask, what’s going on with the glowing eyes on the minuteman statue? Also NIRA is a god.
The mining helmets when placed on a mannequin turn on at night. They have the red tactical mod attached, and I rug glitched them into the statue.I gave the mannequins a gunner outfit and bandana so it blends better into the statue itself
@@orangesqueasy tried the same technique and the light shines through mannequins feet instead idk...
@@justinethridge9157 it is a known bug with the mannequin and the mining helmets . Try reloading the save or leave he settlement and come back.

Your builds are absolutely amazing!!! FO4 is my favorite game. I want to build detailed settlements like this too but I'm running into clipping/placement limits. You can't overlap items in base game so how did you do so without mods? Genuinely asking!!! Thanks in advance :)
Thank you! I’ve been busy trying to make a settlement building guide but a comment should suffice for now.
1. If you group select a ashtray (or anything) with a chosen object, you find that you can place things closer than you normally can. So you group select using a pillar, you can adjust the height of your chosen object AND place it closer
2. Placing any non snapping object on top of a rug makes it so the game deals with the bugs collision instead. You can then move the rug, and thus the object to clip against anything.

How do you do the neon signs? Or the little letter signs? Cause it makes it more like customised and feels it should be there!
Thank you! the neon signs come from Wasteland workshop DLC, they should have their own category under 'lighting'. The letter signs are from Contraptions DLC and are located in wall decorations.

@@mikmak2102 you aren't missing too much. If you really enjoy settlement building then try those out. WW lets you build arena fights, tame animals, and concrete, while Contraptions unlocks new building materials like glass and also factories.

Do you know if you can make a functional arena within a raider outpost? Hard to make out whether this is an outpost since you changed the clothes of the people there but I was under the impression that the nuka world gangs just start shooting everything in the arena and never sit down when using the quitting time siren, but then again it's hard to find concrete info on it online.
This build is on a raider outpost. Quitting time siren works. They will only start attacking once something actually kills all the assigned raiders which is why I built the area up high, and disarmed everybody so they can''t interfere.
How did you get the chairs with the gorilla on them and the armor stands where you can change to positions of the arms and legs?

Hi there. Those are part of the Nuka World DLC, they are raider specific decorations but only require you to meet them, not join them or progress their quest line in anyway

How do you call the people watching at the arena. Then get them to stay and watch and not join in?
7:15 I turned on the relaxation signal, that signals everyone not assigned on a arena platform to hang out nearby, almost always sitting in a chair. They are programmed not to join in the fighting as long as the things fighting are not hostile towards your character (will need to use beta wave emitter for taming creatures)

How did you get a Sentry Bot with military paint in a settlement?
Automatron DLC. You can build your own robots.
