I just tried out your recipe and it came out perfect!😍 Just a couple of tweaks here and there. Used 3 eggs instead of 2 and 2 bananas instead of 3 😁 Also ended up baking it for about 45-50minutes🤷🏻♀️
I really love banana bread but I've almost given up on baking them. It never cooks through no matter how long I leave it in the oven. I'm always tempted to try again but I always get the same result although very tasty. Yours looks really good and again I'm tempted to try it but I'm just scared it'll end up the same way as the others, which is always disappointing as my family really look forward to it.
