I didn’t have a loaf pan, so I made this in a glass pan that was 9 3/4 by 9 3/4, the one from ikea. I reduced the temperature by 25 degrees and the time to 50-55 mins. I also added almonds because I didn’t have walnuts. It came out perfect! Super moist and just enough sweetness. The almonds add such a nice texture too.

I’ve made this today. Suuuper moist and yummy. The only thing I would do differently next time is the amount of sugar. I’d definitely take out 50 to even 100 grams. The bananas are so natural sweet when they’re ripe you really don’t need as much❤️❤️

Just tried this recipe, I‘m out of unsalted butter so I used salted butter & omitted the salt. Reduced the sugar to 170g. Mine was done within 40 minutes. I followed exactly the temperature 350 Fahr. using top & bottom heat setting. Turned out fine, if there was a next time I’ll probably add 1 more banana & try baking for less time, maybe 30-35 minutes. Thanks for the recipe!
mix together 2 cups flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda cream together 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup or soft butter. add two eggs. mash 4 bananas. add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of milk. alternate mixing in the dry bowl and the banana mix with the liquid bowl. bake for an hour and 10 mins at 350 degrees

Made this! Best banana bread I’ve tasted. I added cinnamon, pecans and chocolate chips together with the walnuts. I opted out 1/4cup of the white sugar for brown sugar. Greased the pan with butter and coasted with brown sugar before pouring in. Only had 3 bananas but it came out greatttt

I just pulled out my blueberry muffin cake mix and it says 400 degrees for dark non stick pans, 1/4 cup each cupcake hole, bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and tops spring back when touched. Cool 5 minutes. Hope that would work.
From one Rosanna banana to another Rosanna banana, I made this recipe 11 months ago when I first saw this video and it was so good in fact I live by myself and I ate the whole thing within a day and a half. And I’m just about to make it one more time. For 57 years I’ve been trying to run away from Rosanna banana, but I think that is something that’s going to continue for the rest of my life until the day I die lol. Made this! Best banana bread I’ve tasted. I added cinnamon, pecans and chocolate chips together with the walnuts. I opted out 1/4cup of the white sugar for brown sugar. Greased the pan with butter and coasted with brown sugar before pouring in. Only had 3 bananas but it came out greatttt

@@PSPJDW9914 Bah I was going to ask this question too but saw she did not respond to yall. I just pulled out my blueberry muffin cake mix and it says 400 degrees for dark non stick pans, 1/4 cup each cupcake hole, bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and tops spring back when touched. Cool 5 minutes. Hope that would work.
@@PSPJDW9914 I would recommend 25-45 minutes, but whenever you see color changes or stick a nice old toothpick in, take em out

And I’m just about to make it one more time.
