- Learn how to Bake Delicious Banana Bread! This time I'm using Kuli-Kuli to take it to another level! This Banana Bread recipe is so delicious!
INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 Cups Plain Flour
4 Ripe bananas, 3 if they are big
1/2 Cup melted Butter
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Plain Yoghurt
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
2 Eggs
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes (till you insert toothpick and it comes out clean.

This recipe was a hit. Simple ingredients and instructions. I could not get ripen bananas bc I was determined to make it today and minus the kuli kuli. I did add flax seed powder for the nutritional boost. Everyone loved it and I will make it again.

Tried this recipe today, except the kuli kuli part. It came out really nice (I ate it hot 😜).
Though mine tastes more like 'banana-cake' than the traditional yeast bread. Dunno if this is normal...
