    Beautiful woman you are, Tamu. Thank you so much for your inspirational story and for sharing very personal details. I know that when we go through these difficult things God will not let them go to waste. I see that he has already used you to help other people on your journey. That’s a blessing, a true blessing. Thank you. I am 58 years old and have been on this journey of hyper nourishment for 23 days now. I was diagnosed with RA in 2019. I made the same decision you did when they told me that I needed to add another medication to what I was already taking. I wasn’t doing it, and with God‘s help I will never have to take medication again, just like you. I hope you continue to share your story and your experiences along this journey so that those of us who need it and find the encouragement we need. God bless you.

    Man Ms. Tamu!! Your spirit is so beautiful and refreshing. I've commented on a few of your videos. My story is very close to yours and I feel like we have the same digestive system lol. The stuff you can't tolerate, I can't either. I'm a 36yo black male, and I feel slowly everything you're saying. I was diagnosed with 2 autoimmune diseases in 2011, it was so bad I couldn't walk. I felt the need to say I'm black so you understand that I get the diet and how "our people" can be. I know there are exceptions, but we are so hard headed when it comes to precious knowledge. My grandmother is my best friend and her husband died of cancer. He ate blue bell ice cream every night and he loved buttermilk and corn bread. Just about all of my family takes meds. I was also told I would have to take meds for the rest of my life. Those "soul foods" are truly addicting....but they're definitely not positive for the soul. We eat for emotions and not health. You come off like the aunt I wish I had. Everyone thinks I've gone crazy not eating like them without even trying to understand. My uncle told me "bless your heart". He's like 400 lbs literally....I was thinking " no bless yours"! Literally!! I've found that sharing this info about Dr goldner and our struggles only becomes useful if the person is really looking for an answer. If not, your wasting precious energy. Not only a certain culture...but I wish all cultures would listen and just try it. I miss catfish and fried chicken...sweet potato pie....etc lol...but we have to smarten up and apply discipline. I'm just venting because I can tell u get what I'm saying. Anyway have a great day Ms tamu and let's try to stay raw even though I can tell me n u both miss cooked food dearly lol. Just not worth it. Also that tattoo u have shocked me and shows me just how down to earth you really are. Until next time!

    • @thechangedmind684
      @thechangedmind684  Год назад

      Wow! First my tattoo shocks alot of people. Lol! 🤣🤣
      Anyway, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for getting it. Thank you for recognizing that you Matter and that our health matters. Yes, I wish I could eat some fried chicken but guess what, it was killing me. I wish our people could see the benefits of this. Being in poor health is not living the good life. I was so miserable for so long and I just got tired and you sound just like me, tired.
      And you can share this video with anyone you believe it could help. May I ask: how is your health currently?

    • @JB-id4hd
      @JB-id4hd Год назад +1

      My health is inclining daily. I'm slowly getting back to how I used to be. I played football in high school...I was like 5'9 205 lbs mostly muscle. Now I'm the same height but about 155. I still have minor issues with my joints but that's due to letting my body get weaker over time. I'm doing medium intense workouts right now and they're definitely getting me back strong. I just started a new job and making the most I've ever made. I went back to school at age 34 after a divorce and got a degree in (Hvac- heating,ventilation,air conditioning). This job correlates to my degree so I feel very blessed and forced to workout everyday so I don't mess this up. I need the income for a foundation for my dreams. I found Dr Goldner on here about 3 months ago. I've been doing the protocol correctly for about a month now. The changes are almost unbelievable...I've tried so many diets! Who knew it could all be so simple. I basically eat 2 32oz smoothies and two huge Salads a day plus a gallon of water. 1 cup of flax seeds and 4-6 tbs of flax oil....oil for the salads and seeds for the smoothies. In case you're wondering what 2 autoimmune diseases I had...they were rheumatoid arthritis and hidradenitis supportiva. Have u ever heard of hidradenitis? I don't hear alot about it when people mention autoimmune diseases but alot of people struggle with it. Some don't even know they have it. I know for a fact my grandpa had it...my skin is just like his. It causes boils and bumps in horrible places. If you google it you can see some pics of how bad it can get. I had to have surgery for it. It took me through alot. I'm grateful for it now though.

      Hello! I just want to wish you full recovery and also tell you that every culture has its own bad habits. Even healthier cultures, like Asian people who used to eat better and stay lean and healthy, nowadays include the SAD (standard american diet) junk food. We all need to try our best to eat nourishing food. I am also starting Dr Goldner's protocol and I'm hopeful to get better from some not diagnosed autoimmune problems. Good luck to everybody on this not easy path.

    • @thechangedmind684
      @thechangedmind684  Год назад

      Sure. I didn't use Dr. GOLDNER neither. I just followed the program that she discussed online and in her books. I basically drank smothlies and ate salads. That's it. I had any anywhere from 1 to 2 pounds of Kale a day through the smoothlies mostly. It was not easy but I had to do it because I was just tired of being sick. What did help me was staying connected to people, getting encouragement and encouraging others particularly on those rough days. You can do it.
