Holy moly I just saw your first video- you took 20 years off- the way you move and look- everything, shzam! Okay that's it- I am going on the journey! You are super inspiring! Thank you!
That looks so scrumptious! I wish I could try black beans but I haven't been symptom free for long enough. Still sticking to what I know works. It's easy to get impatient. Hope you are fully healed by now!
I'm so glad I found your videos! I am just starting out on this journey and you've given me the inspiration I needed. I love your salad recipe! I will hold off on adding beans for 6 weeks or so. Thanks for sharing your story! 🌱🍌🍍🫐🥭🥤😋💖
@@thechangedmind684 Oh aTamu, thank you so much for your prayers! Today I'm go to Costco to buy bags of greens and I am growing kale and other greens that can be planted into the garden soon. I am very excited to start hyper nourishing! I'll keep you posted.🌞

Hi 👋🏾😊 this is my first time on your channel ! I love that salad, I'm imagining how scrumptious it was. I am going to try the black beans in my next salad 🥗, thanks for sharing! 🙏🏿👍🏿
My husband and I have just started this whole program by dr. Goldner, been about 4 days. It’s been really hard on me to eat the raw broccoli ☹️. My stomach is soo bloated. I am going to take my time drinking my 64oz green drink and water and maybe just blanch my broccoli. I hope I’ll be ok with that. I love your videos😄
Awwe! Thank you. That is so wonderful! Team work makes the dream work. 😊 You know you could just have the drinks. You don't have to have brocalli. It caused a lot of gas for me so I did without.
You are very welcome. And for me that was the only other raw meal that I ate. I'm very picky so I didn't try any other recipes but Dr. Goldner has many ideas of showing what she eats. Check out her site.
@@thechangedmind684 Thank you for the fast response. I watched several of your videos after submitting that response and think I’ll do the same as you with the addition of a salad without the beans. Again, thanks and be blessed!
Tamu, you are incredibly inspriational. I'm concerned though that viewers may get a misunderstanding by the title of the video and think that your salad is "Hyper Nourishing." Dr. Brooke Goldner's hyper-nourishment program is the smoothies packed with greens and flax/chia seed protocol. Your salad looks great and it is creative with the use of spices and it is WFPB but it's not "hypernourishing" in the way that Dr. Goldner defines this terminology. Still you are truly inspirational with everything you have overcome and your willingness to share your journey is courageous and I like your channel very much.
I add black boiled beans to my salad and wasn't sure if it was ok because the doctor says do it raw for hypernourish for at least 6 weeks but i was still putting some beans 😬
I want to start this as I have Sjogrens and in horrible pain. The protocol for this hyper nourishment is just the 64 ounce green smoothie but what else can can I have….? Can I use the oil on my salad? I can’t find where to find the protocol to start this hyper nourishment
Good morning. Look up Dr. Brooke Goldner on RUclips and she offers the Hypernourishment information for free. She also offer paid counsel as well. Online it talks about it all. In order to know exactly how much to drink she personalizes it to the person based on what you are going through.
I am hyper nourishing with the smoothies for health. I figure I could eat a salad with the same ingredients. Can a salad dressing be used or should it be avoided at this time? If salad dressing can be used, what ingredients can I use?
We should avoid salad dressing because of the oils. I use seasonings. Herbs and spices. Basil, pepper, salt, oregano, fresh Chilli powder etc. You can use any type of herbs that you like.
I want to get started, but I'm so ignorant about what's allowed. I didn't know canned beans allowed. I thought everything had to be fresh and unprocessed.
Hi yes beans are not allowed when hypernourshing. I was already done and showing how I made my salad but started to add beans because I was preparing for a competition and needed more protein.
Ohhhh. This looks sooo good. Im really gonna have to make this. Also, please don't be offended by this, but I am very surprised to see you use regular table salt since it's totally stripped of minerals and is really bad for the body.
@@itsabouttogetgood7729 yes, for sure salt is integral. But a good mineral salt is key, rather than processed table salt like Morton. Not trying to offend.

Hi i have just found you and thinking about trying HN to help my health issues
Do you soak your flax seeds first when you make the smoothie?
No I don't. They blend nicely in a vitamix.
OK thank you for responding.

Can you use avocado
When you make your smoothie what do you store your extra
I have multiple juice containers that I ordered on Amazon.
How long do they stay good in fridge is it ok overnight?
whatever I make is gone that day. I don't store my green drinks. I make them fresh every day and I drink what I make
Thank you so much for responding. I just started and couldn’t drink the whole thing yesterday
