    God bless you for sharing your testimony of healing! I have been a lupus patient for 22 years and am going to start Dr. Goldner’s hyper nourishment protocol now. I also love your perspective on “Generational HEALTH”, as we all too often focus on generational “wealth”. My mom always taught us…Health IS wealth!! How wise she was!! 😇

    Thank you for this video! I want to go on this journey that Dr. Goldner has set up. God bless her for sharing this with the world. I was recently diagnosed with Lupus, but I think I've had it for a while. I'm postmenopausal and the hot flashes and night sweats, bring fog, anxiety are not good. I never thought I'd have to deal with such intense symptoms. But this protocol gives me hope. You give me hope! I haven't started yet. I have to change my mindset so that I can start this journey. Thank you!

    People keep asking me "how long do you have to do this?", but I feel so amazing, I plan on doing it forever. For the rest of my life. Never felt better about food.

    Hey Ms. Tamu. I'm doing the protocol but I'm wondering.. I use fruit,agave,and honey to sweeten up my smoothies and my salads. Do you think that's overdoing it? I definitely don't wna slow down the process.

    You're right, I tried the green smoothies, and they do not taste great, even with some fruit added. I haven't decided whether to go "all in" for a few weeks and see if there's anything to it.

      It is worth it to Hypernourish. I did 60 days with nothing but greendrinks and I am know longer sick. No Lupus, no Fibromyalgia, no mixed connective tissue disease. Amazing what raw foods can do for you.

      The smoothies are absolutely delicious maybe you can tweak it a bit. First off, what kind of blender do you have? Second how much greens and which fruits are u using? The proper ratio is super important.

    I’m going to start this soon I’m 21 and I also have lupus which affects me emotionally and have been having skin issues. Can other raw foods be added or just salad and the smoothie? And did you experience detox symptoms?

      Hey! Thank you for connecting. Yes I did experience detox. I worked hard and talked myself through each day.
      I would recommend checking out Dr. Brooke Goldner site and she shares all the information for free. She also has Goodbye Lupus page on Facebook. You can eat other raw vegetables but the best ones are cruciferous which she states are the healing vegetables. Online can provide a list of them.
      Also type in online: 6 easy steps to Healing Autoimmune Disease with Supermarket Foods. It's a PDF by Dr. Goldner explaining the process. Stay connected and share how you are doing.

      It took a little more than 3 month on the protocol. And I followed the protocol not having any thing else. No cooked foods at all.

      According to Dr. Goldner it's only raw foods. The Hypernourishing drinks. And raw foods that consist of cruciferous vegetables. I would purchase Dr. Brooke Goldner books which explains the whole protocol.

    Hi great video Iam planning to do the same thing like you but I was wondering. Do you drink the smoothie for the whole day. Give me an example of what you eat or drink for the whole day. I want to do the same thing immediately because my health is really bad. Doctor told me that I am developing lupus. Please I. Need to know what to put in my body ASAP

      First I want to send my prayers for healing.
      Second check out Dr. Brooke Goldner books on Lupus and Hypernourishment. I brought my books off of Amazon.
      Next during Hypernourishment I had 2 - 64oz of green drink and I drank them throughout the day. Not sure if you watched my video on how I made my drinks. If not check it out. And I did that for 70 days and was healed. I no longer have Lupus. No i continue to drink green drinks wirh a salad and herbs as my dressing. Connect back if you have any questions. Take care.

      i would just like to add that you can have any raw foods of your choice. There is so much to choose from in order to feel satisfied on this journey. Im hypernourishing my hubby right now and I have him on the smoothies (in which are delicious) a small salad with tomatoes cucumbers carrot and cabbage with an oil free yummy homemade dressing for lunch and then for dinner I make some sort of raw food meal such as alfredo or spaghetti out of zucchini or cucumber noodles and the sauce is basic tomatos bell pepper onions and garlik just not cooked, i make raw soups, burgers, pastas, salads etc. you can have foods warmed to a temperature of 115 degrees. there is also channels on YT such as Gillian Berry and Lissa's Raw Food Romance those are my top two that have healed through a raw vegan diet and they post their meals weekly and you will have an array to decide from. hope this helps!

      Green Smoothies and Green Salads that is what your body needs, nothing else. Flood your body with nutrition constantly and allday not because you are scared to get sick and die but because you love yourself enough to give your cells what they need to thrive and heal and live in homeostasis. I eat raw broccoli and cauliflower with tons of guacamole. i eat carrot and celery sticks with homemade raw hummus. anything that you can get from the produce section can be eaten raw except potatoes and a few other things. I know that it doesnt seem appetizing but trust me you will learn to love these foods and will start to crave them instead of dead foods.

      @@keishajohnson6765 you're so welcome i hope you feel better. Its not as hard as it sounds but u will have to strengthen yourself and take your time. Start off slowly only drink a small smoothie at first and work your way up while weaning off of the inflammatory foods. Its a journey not a race. The goal is to give your body something to work with each day to start the repair process oh and get some sleep. Sorry for the long messages just so much to say. Peace

      Good morning
      I lost 100 pounds when I decided to change my diet and eat plantbase 4 plus years ago. That was before I decided to Hypernourish for healing. But on a plantbase diet, I eat tons of fruits and vegetables and lose that weight in approximately 8 months.
