I kept telling them their symptoms were caused by their diet and they were vicious!! I had to tell them they either loved their illness or they could changed their diet so their body could heal. You would think people who are sick would want anything to heal, but not everyone wants to heal! Keep it up! This protocol is awesome! I had RA and juiced for 7 days and got off all animal products & all my pain was gone in 7 days!! Nutrition is so important for prevention & healing.

The same thing happened to me when I share to a lupus group about Dr Goldener and they were highly offended. They totally dismissed the fact that she healed herself from lupus and made her out to be a money hungry floosie.
I started Dr. G's green smoothies, spinach salads, raw cauliflower florets with dips 6 months ago because of very high cholesterol (also have an auto-immune disorder related to hypothyroidism). I had major gastric upset but put up with it, and after several weeks (yep!) my gut adjusted and I no longer have a reaction to it. After 4 weeks my labs were much improved and a month later my cholesterol was nearly normal (so no meds for me!). I am now eating some cooked food, heavy on cruciferous vegetables, soups, beans, and other veggies. Little fruit apart from what goes into the smoothie. I don't even miss meat, dairy, eggs. The vegan food is so delicious and I feel good. I don't plan to ever go back to the way I used to eat.
I was having a hard time staying on this protocol only 2 weeks using chia seeds and ran across this gonna use less to get rid of the bloating and gas and keep going you destroyed my excuses to stop this journey THANK YOU

I actually had to go down to 1/4 cup flax seeds per 16oz. greens due to the constipation. Less constipation now, and now I add 2 tbs. Of flax oil to make up for missing omega 3's. I take the oil straight by mouth. I don't add it to the smoothie.

Thanks I’m just starting and your video makes it much easier, I have SLE and have a hard time with fatigue, low energy, muscle stiffness and brain fog but to look at me you wouldn’t think anything is wrong with me. I’m currently on hydroxychloroquine but the only thing I think it does for me is keep my skin in check. I’m weight training and walk at least 4 times a week. I have to push my myself. So I’m going to give this a try, I have enough veggies but I’m waiting on my Vita Mix blender. Your skin looks amazing hang in there. Nobody understands us but us.

I enjoyed your video. Thank God for your pain relief! Remember that the Vitamix actually begins to cook the veggies after a few seconds and they begin to lose some vitamin content. This is why Dr. Goldner promotes using at least some Frozen fruit in the process.
Thank you for the video. I am three weeks on the GAIP and I prefer to soak the chia seeds in two cups of cold water in the blender and then pulse before I put the greens. Then I do 50% spinach and 50% kale or bok Choy. I have a few different fruit combos including the smoothie shred version. Now I am experimenting with a dash of salt with iodine.

I had to cut back and work my way up to 1/4 cup. So, to hear someone put 1 whole cup was just beyond anything I could imagine. And at the time of this taping you were going to double up - that's 2 cups of Flaxseed. Dang girl - you are one hardcore Hyper-nourishing gal. Best of luck to you on your healing journey!!!

Nice! Pretty hard-core on that amount. One pound of kale is some serious business! I mix my greens and use 8 ounces of a mix of kale, spinach, broccoli. That is about as hard-core I can get on the greens in one smoothie.

I tried reading through the responses to see if you accomplished this goal, but it's clear this protocol works judging by the number of comments. So did you? @@jt-zg8tr My pain issues are food sensitivities causing migraines and my reactions are much more mild than they used to be. I don't even call it a migraine or headaches anymore. It's more just head pressure and sometimes it will only last a few hours. With that said, I haven't tried adding anything like beans or nuts yet. I don't dare yet. My goal is to wait 6 months from when I started. I hope you are doing better!

I like to put my spinach or kale bag in the freezer. I also add about an inch of fresh (freeze 1" pcs) ginger and turmeric and a bit of lemon.

Take your iodine a few hours away from cruciferous veg, per Dr. G
