Thank you Tamu for sharing! I started my hyper nourishing journey on December 1, 2021. I started because I was being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and the doctor wanted to put me on medication, but I refused. I also was dealing with unexplained itching and allergy type symptoms. The allergist and my doctor put me on allergy medication. However, I did not want to take allergy medicine for the rest of my life. A coworker told me about Dr. Goldner and I decided to try hyper nourishing on my own for 3 months. I can testify that it works. I went to see the doctor March 14, 2022 and she said my numbers are normal, I don't need the medication and she will see me in a year for follow up. (Praise God!) Also during my journey I did not take the allergy medication and the itching and allergy symptoms have almost completely gone away. Hyper nourishing definitely works! Now I must be careful with incorporating foods again. Seeing your videos have encouraged me to continue to stay focused and not go back to my old eating habits. Thank you again! I pray that you are doing well on your journey. Many blessings!!!
Wow what a powerful testimony. You have actually helped me this morning to keep me focused because as we know it's easy to return back to old habits. I am truly grateful for your healing. You got this. We got this. Healing is ours to hold forever. Thank you again for sharing a piece of your journey with us. Wow!!!!! ❤
Hi Kimberly. So, your rheumatologist did not express any curiosity how you healed? Doctors are not interested on getting people healthy. They just want to manage conditions with awful drugs. Whenever I see my doctor, I get no advice on how to ease the symptoms.
Hi Tamu:) Thank you for sharing your journey! I’m enjoying your videos. I recently discovered Dr Goldner and am inspired by her story. I just wanted to check in to see how you’re doing a year later? Did you continue all raw? Have you incorporated the one cooked meal a day with the hyper nourishing smoothie? Look forward to hearing from you! I pray you and your family are well. Thank you again for this inspiration!
Thank you truly for reaching out. It has been a wonderful experience of learning and not seeking perfection. I do eat a cook meal each day along with my juice and smoothie. I am grateful for healing. What I learned is that if I feel off, I know that I need more green drinks in my life, and i remove the cooked meal. By body loves the raw nutrition. (Smiling) Due to the holiday season and my birthday just passing (51 years old), I do allow myself to enjoy a cooked meal. Once again, it's a beautiful journey, and I pray that you are successful in your journey to healing.
@@thechangedmind684 Thank you! The first day has been tricky because I was hungry but I craved starches. I'm sure I'll get used to it? I ended up just making a third pitcher of smoothie. Btw, good luck (not that it's needed) on your preparation for the upcoming body building competition.
@@purityandplants I stayed the course for about 6 months. I started getting trigger finger, and then I switched to low fat WFPB: cooked starches, large salad every day (1 pound), cooked green veggies (1 pound), oatmeal. The trigger finger went away and I have more energy. How's it going with you?
Thanks for posting. I’m just starting this protocol. Heart disease, diabetes but the most troublesome on a daily basis is neuropathy pain in my feet. I want to see how much this regimen will help with that problem.
I am so glad that you are taking this journey. You got this ans you will be so excited with the outcomes. Get Dr. Goldner Brooke's 2 books if you don't already have them.
Did the hyper-nourishment work for neuropathy pain? I have a few family members with peripheral neuropathy and want to know if this protocol works. If so, please provide more details if you don't mind.
@@karenf531 --- Karen, your relatives would need to give up all inflammatory foods. i.e. meat and dairy. IOW, they cannot just drink a smoothie and eat inflammatory foods the rest of the day. Giving up those foods is what worked for me (Type 1 diabetic). I'm whole food plante based vegan, extremely low on oils, fat and sugar, no alcohol. I still have some numbness in my feet at night, but no longer any pain. I am now hyper-nourishing for vision improvements (it's working :-) ) and for more healing for my feet. I'm 72 yrs old 🙂

Hi Julie Thank you for checking them out and being inspired. I have been training for a body building competition so I haven't had as many green drinks. But because of this I have felt the consequences so I am now back on Hypernourishment. I will have to pump up my protein through this way because the pain is not worth going backwards. Thank you for asking. Accountability right!! It's amazing how pouring pounds of Kale into your body can make you feel so good. Are you Hypernourishing? How are you doing?
@@thechangedmind684 Wow that's so cool that you are preparing for the competition! I wish you the best and with your determination you are going to do amazing! I have tried and failed many times because I am a cookie monster like you 😂 who is addicted to sugar. When I eat strictly vegan whole foods with the green smoothies, chia, flax seeds and flax oil being the only oil I use I feel amazing and start glowing. But once I try one single sweet treat I spiral out of control! Your videos have helped give me the motivation to get back at it again and today everything I ate was great(I made your black bean salad with some boiled potatoes and spinach and it was delicious!). 💕
How are you doing with hyper nourishment? I have a similar story and going to start on Dr Goldner's plan later this week. Couldn't agree more with everything you said.
I'm doing smoothies for breakfast and lunch. What did you do for dinner meals during RR? Giving up cooked foods is going to be so hard for me. I love oatmeal, sweet potatoes, rice, quinoa. Any advice on good raw meals for dinner?
So do you think it's possible to fully recover by eating the 64oz smoothies for bfast and lunch and then doing cooked dinners such as salads with either oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice or quinoa? In other words, I'll still be getting in all my veggies and omega 3s but also have a cooked meal for dinner. Thoughts?

Thank you for this video! You mentioned that you went vegan but it sounds like vegan was not enough to help with the lupus and fibromyalgia. I would think that when you eat vegan you are no longer eating inflammatory foods. Why would that not be enough?
It wasn't until I starting eating raw that the Lupus and Fibromyalgia went away. Going vegan did get rid of the high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and obesity that I suffered from.

Most people that go vegan become junk food vegans and their bodies are already filled with so much mucus that "the vegan diet" can only heal one thing at a time. If people would just be very disciplined vegans they could heal anything,it'll just take longer. To heal, the raw food diet is best or High Raw Diet is optimal for improved health and well-being.
