  • Bonnie just graduated from my 6 Week Rapid Recovery Group!
    She came in with a long list of medical issues and when she graduated she reported that EVERY SYMPTOM she came with was GONE , she also conquered her food addictions, and she had lasting truly positive moods, no longer experiencing the symptoms of PTSD she came in with.
    She also recovered from her food addictions: changed the way she sees harmful and healthy foods - she says she kisses her smoothie cup now just like me.
    I am so proud of you Bonnie. We will miss you! Keep shining your light and enjoy your HEALTHY life! Thanks for letting us share your results to inspire others!
    In my 6 Week Rapid Recovery Group, we not only optimize the nutrition plan for the greatest results in the fastest time, we give daily coaching and support to keep people on plan so they can get their results and I dig into the emotional thinking that holds them back. I can’t wait to give you all my testimony of complete healing! I’m so happy for you for getting better! I’ve gotten a list of what and how much to eat but I don’t know how long to eat the hyper nutrition way. I’m trying to live alone on disability from a few autoimmune diseases like Addison’s, Sjogrens, Phsoratic Arthritis And Dercum’s Disease. So, I cannot afford the book. Thx much for any instructions! 😃

    I heard with FLAX and CHIA seeds, you have to grind them for them to be absorbed into our bodies at all... and when I thought about it, it makes sense. But I have not done this program yet, all in one time frame too. I neeeeed to, but especially when I saw that you cannot use frozen vegetables.. that is a hard one for me, because by the time I get them home, and get around to washing {just in water with vinegar and rinsed to get rid of all the people who have picked, packed etc and most do not wash their hands, and I saw a show on how even the packaged many that say triple washed, do so down stream from cattle farms, etc which explains mystery of how veggies have ecoli and lysteria, etc.}.. and one of many reasons why so important to have organic IF POSSIBLE... by the time I get around to washing, and get to doing it, mine go bad by then. I knowww I need to be more on it, but you know how when you are in pain or don't feel well, it's hard to do all that. And then every day.. ay ay ay. Eating or drinking it is not the problem for me, I look at that like medicine, but it's the rest at this point. But somehow, it will work out.

    I am really disappointed that this may not be for me. I was doing the smoothies and eating raw foods but something felt wrong every time I had the smoothie. Idk if it was the detox effect or what but I felt really strange. I was nauseous, lethargic and I kept getting an ugly smell in my nose. I had trouble drinking daily water. Some days it felt like I was going to pass out. I had done this almost 2 weeks. I had detoxed before years ago but nothing that lasted this long and not this severe of symptoms.
    I was really hoping this would’ve helped since I’ve been in chronic pain for going on 7 months. So sad! 😔

    • @WisconsinWanderer

      I went through the same, I did the protocol diligently with out fail. But I felt “off” but I figured it was detox. I’m doing 64oz of kale, spinach, apples, bananas, pineapple, oranges smoothies a day and keeping the faith.

      Hang in there, it will get better. I was having the same symptoms and more. After about 10 days I started feeling better. Gotta get the water down. It will help w/ the detoxification. Take care.

      I would love to see a video on this too. I have been watching so many videos but have not come across one where she explains any more than smoothies and salads. I heard her mention a broccoli guacamole and where she makes he own vegan cheese but she, to my knowledge, hasn't given a recipe for them or shared anything else that she might actually eat. I already follow a WFPB diet so what I am going to do is add the hyper nourishment and water. I am ashamed to say I literally drink no water. Eliminate sugar and go from there. See how I do and adjust the best that I can as I go along. 😀

    @Ang S also when an ad for that Viome came on, the girl had gut issues, and she mentioned Spinach... so you'd have to ask Dr Goldner about that one, and I've heard about it's oxylates. And it's true that a gut and brain are sooo related I have found.

  • @GodsQ
    @GodsQ 2 года назад

    @Ang S and anyone else.... That sounded so much like with Keto, where you feel like you're gonna pass out. I know that Coconut Water has great electrolytes. Is that allowed on this? That might help some. And the stomach upset is probably from all the fiber not used to. But I also heard that a potassium deficiency messes with your stomach lining.. which might be something.. and people think that bananas are so great for potassium, but they're actually not that much. Coconut water contains several nutrients beyond potassium, including calcium and magnesium. One cup of coconut water contains about 600 mg of potassium, while for context, a medium banana contains 420 mg. While it's true that coconut water is full of nutritional benefits, it is possible to have too much of a good thing. Over-consuming potassium can cause some digestive issues including diarrhea-not fun. Coconut water contains natural electrolytes. Calcium supports the strength of bones and teeth, and it helps muscles contract and work properly. One cup of coconut water contains about 56 mg Trusted Source of calcium, 4%Trusted Source of the DV.
    Magnesium helps move calcium and potassium into the muscles, and it also helps with energy production and organ function. One cup of coconut water has about 60 mg Trusted Source of magnesium, which is 14%Trusted Source of the DV.
    However, coconut water is not a concentrated source of calcium or magnesium, so the body needs to absorb these nutrients from other sources, as well. I tried to copy n paste but here is the info on coconut water. www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/318394#natural-sports-drink
    It's amazing how many great things it has. I just wish it wasn't so high in carbs. But like with most things... good in moderation. Hope something helps somebody.
