    54 YO man with Parkinsons just starting Barre workouts (1-2 months now) to help slow progression, I like this better than Pilates. Probably not your typical viewer. Thanks for what you do. Enjoyed a well thought out routine.

    Jaqueline, I love your workouts. Friday is my birthday, 74 years old. When I do your exercise it reminds me when I took tap,jazz and ballet in the 60's. I love it!! Take care. ; )

    This is honestly my favorite workout on RUclips, I probably do this thing 2 or 3 times a week. The length, the difficulty, all awesome. Also, I just love your method of leading/teaching these videos; instructional, encouraging, and not at all saccharine! Would love to have some more videos of tough barre workouts like this!

    Love this workout. I wish you’d make more like this. I appreciate the length of it and how well it flows. You do a great job of explaining the upcoming moves and give enough time for me to get into position. I want another video just like this to switch it up a little. I’ve probably been repeating this video for nearly a month now and I really see some improvement in my movements and feel like I’ve become more toned. Thanks Action Jacquelyn!

    This was my first time doing this workout, and it was also my first time ever of doing a barre workout. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! Please make more like this. I loved the flow, the instructions, and using all my muscles. 10/10

    I love your energy. I’m 51 years old and have been active all my life. I’m finding I can’t do a lot of heavy impact work anymore. I also was a dancer in my younger day. Tap, ballet, modern, jazz. Ballet was always my fav as I saw the challenge in power and grace. Thank you. It’s just what I needed.

    I NEVER got a chance to dance growing up. I admit I'm struggling with these workouts (mostly lift weights and do HIIT) but I'm loving feeling feminine and graceful. ThankYOU! Excited to try your other workouts.

    So happy to find your channel! I have been searching for barre and your videos are amazing. For years I lifted weights and have dealt with injuries. Now as I practice yoga, mindfulness and self care; barre is so much gentler while extremely challenging; and safe, I am using this video tomorrow. Thank you!

    Not gonna lie, the first 7 minutes of planks had me dreading what was coming, but I stuck with it and it was doable and fun, and the second half flew by. Thanks for a great workout.

    Hello, Jacquelyn. I lit upon this video after seeing an article in the Wall Street Journal today about a 67-year old guy doing barre. I am not 67 but it gets closer every day. This regime is magnificent and - I normally use kettlebells in the gym - I have to start doing a reduced set as a stretch and warm-up and may be as a cool-down as well. Then maybe work up to the full 40 minutes. Oh boy - won't that be something! Good video, great workout and - by the way - wonderful personality coming through the computer screen. Thanks!

    This is one of my all time favorite workout videos! Just doing this workout once a week for about a month and a half ive already noticed my body change for the better. I would love it if you would do another long Barre work out like this!

    This is amazing! I have had two children and am now trying to get toned and fit and healthy again and this is just what I have been looking for. It is fun, challenging and kicks my butt everytime I do it. It’s my favourite workout. (And I have tried so many!) thank you x

    Thank you so much for this video! I'm 58 yrs young but needed to take time after surgery before working out again. I love that you make modifications especially in the jumping segments. Need to find a video though which can focus on arms but this is terrific for abs and legs! Xoxo Gwen

    After 1.5 years of daily yoga, this video gets me to the next level. Have been doing it four-five times, and the abs and the back of the legs are much changed. Amazing how quick you can tone with the right exercise! Two tips: when doing the video multiple times, alternate the sides in the leg part of the exercises, to be sure each side exercises the same duration. And two, the planks can be hard on the middle back and on the shoulders - it helps to do two-three downward facing dog vinyasas at the end, to ease the middle back and the shoulders stress.

    I'd love to see more of these workouts. So many workouts are for specific parts of the body. I trust your full body workout. I like that it is ballet focused with larger, complete movements (I've done a lot of ballet but am older now). I am getting tired of Barre classes that do such small movements. I also love the upper body strength work that adds to just legs. More of this kind of Ballet like workouts! You have a unique understanding. I love your workouts!

    Love it. I like the fact you work the whole body. I used to be a swimmer but I'm not flexible at all. I work sitting down for 8 hrs and my lower back is always in pain. I hope this workout help with my hip pain too. Thanks

    Thank you for the video! I got a good sweat but what I wish was less explaining on some of the moves, but it’s probably because I’m a dancer myself and already know technique, but if I wasn’t, it’s fabulous! Keep posting! I’m doing your videos 5x a week!

      Action Jacquelyn I do about 30 mins a couple times a week and a good hour at least once a week. Sometimes I can only squeeze in 15 or 20 mins but it all adds up! Some are with the 3lb weight, some with a chair, some with no equipment. I also recently started walking about 10k steps a day and doing yin yoga couple times a week too for restoration. Thanks for asking! 💪😍🤩

      Action Jacquelyn I do about 15-30 mins a couple times a week and a good hour at least once a week. Sometimes with the 3lb weight, sometimes with a chair, sometimes with nothing.

    I am overweight and have a condition called lipoedema, which leads to accumulating dystrophic tissue on some parts of the body, not making the muscle grow. Your legs are beautiful, I'd like to have them just like yours. Could you give me some more advice? Thank you so much

    This was killer!!! The abs section especially. I loved it. I would love more explanation on how to do the arabasque properly. I felt I could hardly lift my leg in the back...not sure if it's gluteal weakness or what (though I'm guessing its probably weakness). Eek.
