OMG this workout was an absolute killer!! I thought since it doesn't involve much cardio it would be easy and not very challenging, nothing further from the truth! I highly recommend it, it works the entire body and it's very entertaining to do. Loved Katie's energy, she's a great instructor.

This was a great workout! Love variety in ab work rather than your typical mountain climbers or planks. Standing ab workouts in this really made me feel the intensity! Adding this one to my favs👍👍
I just did this video for the first time and I loved how positive the vibes were throughout the whole workout!!! Especially loved at the end the chat about how you don't have to work out intensely every day for more than an hour, and it's just finding space for little things when you can sometimes

I can't believe there are 3 ads throughout this video, and long ones! That's really unacceptable for a workout video. Other than that, its a great low impact good muscle stretch workout.
I prefer to get a mixture of strength training/ resistance training and cardio during the week. I personally lift weights 4 times a week and do cardio 4 times a week within a 5 day period. I give myself 2 rest days. Do what feels good for you. You wont stick to it if you do not enjoy your training! :)

I include calorie burn on my videos if you are looking for that! But to PopSugar's defense, everybody will burn a different amount of calories for every single workout! It all depends on each individual person so your calorie burn could be very different than what they put! It's the same for me as I train through my videos. I put calorie numbers so you can gauge the workout but I know we will all burn different calories every workout!
i have a really fast metabolism and am a size 0-2 usually which is why i almost never do toning (bc i have very little muscle). my scrawny rectangular figure is built for cardio. but this is one of the only ones i like

If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

I didn't even mind the ads - what sidetracked me was the lady always talking in the back. I'm so used to the instructor speaking and not very much but there was to much dialogue in this video for me to even concentrate.
Great workout! She has some killer moves. May i suggest less talking and more of those awesome moves? There were lots of breaks during the work out so i found myself doing squads while she talk. Get us on the pose, moving and shaking and then tell us all about it

Great workout! I just wish one of them was using hand-weights instead of the band to show a variation for those who don't own a resistance band.

do you guys alternate between releasing toning and cardio? (like one week it's toning, the next is cardio, that sequence?)
i've noticed that pattern too. hopefully they amp it up to 3 cardio, 1 toning every 4 weeks
