I used this as an active recovery day after too many days of heavy lifting and intense interval training, and it was perfect. It is really important to balance your "recovery days" not as totally off days but days to still get some work done and recover your muscles. This is a perfect workout for that! Enjoy!

I still eat sweet food sometime. But i stop eating after 7pm. Before i eat the same but the changing go slower. since the day i come back workout with her video it really improve my body. The fact is i workout with cardio before alot but never slim down my body easily, if my heart beat fast it stress me and not help me body. Her workout makes my body sweat alot but doesnt make me hard to breath. Wish Popsugar can bring her often and more video
It was a good workout to spice up the routines. I love it. If some moves ever get too repetitive, you have the option to pick up your dumbells and do some bicep curls and tricep extension or something. The idea of doing many reps is that it tires out your muscles. You will feel it the next day and be happy you did it.

Another amazing workout Amy! I've switched from your 30 minute workout recently to this, but still add in the pulsing squats at the start myself. Just over a month now since I started your workouts daily sometimes twice and I've been continuing to slim down well! The sweat dripping from my face was like I dunked my head in a pool 😂😂
Wow wow wow. I decided to do this workout on my day off thinking it wasn't going to be too intense, but I was wrong! This has become one of my favorite popsugar workouts! She had me sweating the whole time non-stop. I love how the workout was segmented by body parts 'cause my arms & butt were definitely feeling the burn! For anyone interested, my watch says I burned 350 active calories & 414 total calories.

This was an amazing workout!! I think Amy incorporated highly toning exercises and balanced it out with yoga toning and stretching. It is such a mindful and EFFECTIVE way to train! I loved it!!!

Anna's comments cracked me up so much ! 😂 During the warm-up "I'm losing my pants" 😂😂😂 When Amy said "let's do 25 more", Anna and I exclaimed at the same time "whaaaaaat ?" 😂😂😂 I thought Amy was kidding and looking at Anna's face I'm sure she did too ! 😂😂😂😂 Got to love Anna 💜 Thanks Amy for this amazing workout ! This workouts are great, I've been doing them and I do notice changes. Before doing them I jump the rope for 15 minutes and that way zi feel better results at the end.

I’m not sure why others are commenting that Mary is going too fast. She explains each movement then REPEATS the movement for 30 to 45 seconds. You can do less or slower if you want. But she isn’t too fast. She is doing aerobics/cardio.

Most of the workout was fun (especially the toe tipping part). Found it hard to follow the yoga/pilates movements, especially without having it ever performed (the body has to get used to certain movements). It was reassuring though, that each woman has a different level of stretch which - i suppose and hope - is due to the body's possibilities, right? the stretching part was strange, these positions don't seem necessary and hurt more that they helped stretching. The modifications had no common level - sometimes they were far too easy, sometimes they were still to hard. You should take more pauses.
Are these warmups moves for someone who is only 20?? Oh yea Gomez😕 do you consider the affect on shoulders and back before loading these videos! Love ya Anna and I like a challenge but not when form could cause injury and pain!!!

Intense repetition of moves (somewhat difficult if you have wrist issues. ) The trainer is low key motivationally speaking...meaning she has you do 30 reps and doesn’t excite you through the count to keep at it.
This workout was just alright. I did it thinking it would be a bit more like their other Selena Gomez work out, but only the arm dancing was similar. Meh. Thank you to those who commented on the form of the person leading!

how should one know that. Depends on what version you choose, what fitness level you are, what gender, age, weight, body type and hormon level and not at least: your genetics! just do it and have fun -forget about the calories as you definitely will burn some:)

This was good, my fit bit tracker had me gaged at a cardio level for most of it but she goes a tad too fast so I felt my form was off.
