This is a great workout! Really triggers to my core which I want to focus on. A lot of the videos keep making me do several variations of squats and lunges but I’d like more videos to focus on more than just leg workouts. Great ab video!!
The ultra-filtered milk helps to reduce the sugar in the yogurt. Ultra-filtered milk, which is filtered to remove most of the lactose-a naturally occurring sugar in milk. Barre usually fuses moves from yoga, Pilates and functional training. So it's not a fast paced workout, but the purpose is to tone and strengthen your muscles/body.
It’s really frustrating that there isn’t a count. I’m just beginning and it’s really hard to gage how hard to go to sustain it when I never know how long I’m gonna go. I end up giving up. I’m super frustrated with this. Or a set time would be nice to hear. Just a terrible class for a beginner.
