    You seriously cannot go wrong with this instructor. His workouts are so challenging, engaging, and informative. Plus, he is so entertaining- I'm always laughing at his quirky comments and jokes!

      +natural91LC They sure do..... I got results in no time and kept them off. so far I've seen 3 videos with him on Popsugar Fitness and I love all 3 of them. :)

    I’ve been doing this workout for three weeks about 3 x a week. Love handles and tummy are my problem area. I have only been wearing tights during lockdown so I couldn’t tell the difference. Yesterday I wore jeans that was very tight by my love handles, now it’s so loose I actually realised I needed a belt for it. My top over had a bulge for the slightly bunched up jeans. I was soooo pleased. And my top really showed off my waist and was tight so I was sooo happy cause usually I have to pull my stomach in lol when I wear fitting tops. Love love love it thank you !!!! You’re keeping me sexy in lockdown!!

    Usually I have to do 2 or 3 youtube workouts until I feel exercised but with Jake I only have to do 1 or 2!! I am in love with these workouts. They are perfect for people who really want a challenge all while staying entertaining the whole time.

    what the ....... I did this workout and next day i was so sore. I love this type of workout because two days after the sore muscles heal, my abs area looks amazing. Helllooooo hourglass!!!!!! Lol. In Jake words "waistlines are going to be snatched !!" hahaha

    This workout was so challenging, but I LOVED it!!!I just realized how weak my core is, especially on my left side. I'm going to keep doing this workout to improve. Thank you!!!

    This is a workout I'm definetley not used to, I did feel it more in my glutes than I did with my obliques and abs. Is that normal?

    THIS WOROUT IS THE BEST! My problem area is definitely my torso and obliques, aka my muffin top area. I am fairly strong and work out regularly and I had to take a couple breaks. But I got into it and finished. Love this! Will be back for more.

      For anyone interested i googled how to stregthen your body till its ready for the side plank is to start on forarm not your hand

    Honestly I didn't like this workout, way too fast to control your breathe and do this exercises correctly. Speed is not everything...pretty disappointing.

    This one burnssss 🔥 I definitely recommend stretching or warming up a little before this one because he kind of just hops right into it. Good luck 😅
    Also if you want to use this as an addition to other workout circuits or videos then I highly recommend starting at 7:55. Tried it today and it was a great way to top off my workout. Add it on to Nicole’s 30 minute Abs and Booty video and you are good to go!!

    This is the second Jake's workout I do and I have to say that his workouts are fierce and so challenging! I love it because you really feel you are working!

    You can do these exercises but if you don't eat well you most likely won't see the results you want. I think they should talk about that in the videos. Eating clean will really help melt away the belly.
