I went to a doctor for the insurance company. They wanted me to commit about my shoulder injury, I told them that's why I have aattorney and doctors. It's complicated since it involves my neck and shoulder. Well above my understanding.

I'm in ca my first attorney advised me to get their doctor instad of seeing my company doctor bad advice I didn't see doctor at scheduled appointment and insurance stop my benifits saying that if I disagree I have to file an appeal I hired new attorney to help please give me advise thanks God bless bless I have not received compensation since December of last year from my injury thanks
I had a pretty bad fall at work and we are in talks of a settlement however I don't feel like I'm getting what I should be getting as I am permanently and will forever have problems resulted in a spinal cord injury and a subsequent surgery to remove a medical device that was put in my neck after the fall Medicaid also has a lien on this settlement and I don't feel like that is appropriate because anything after the initial surgery to repair what the fall cause I should not be responsible for a faulty medical device my life is forever changed my employer lied to their work comp insurance and said that they did not know about my injury until a month before they reported it that is untrue because the injury report proves that they were notified immediately and had to cover my office for 3 to 4 days. They were working with me and allowing me to work from home but then 6 months and 1 day after my injury they fired me because state law says that after 6 months I cannot file a workman's comp claim I'm assuming that's why they waited 6 months in one day to fire me.
They suspended my workers compensation benefits and I called the insurance company. She was very nice 7 weeks ago but I guess because I retained a lawyer they cut my benefits. I reported a all my injuries and something else arised and i reported that. And. I did it all in writing.
It is very unlikely that they cut your benefits simply because you retained a lawyer. It is a common misconception. It is more likely that there is another reason for cutting awards. Talk to your lawyer. You hired him. Kick the tires and take him for a spin.

I would certainly have a discussion with my attorney to determine why they backed out of negotiations. It sounds as though they have some question as to your medical condition if they’re sending you to another IME. Without knowing the specifics of your case, it’s very difficult to accurately answer the question, but I don’t think all is lost. I would certainly schedule an appointment with your attorney to get a better understanding. If you don’t have a lawyer, and you’d like to go over the claim feel free to reach out. Good luck.

My lawyer doesn't talk to me. Told me we have to wait 1 year

What happens when the insurance doctor lie about time and how he examined u at your ime?
That happens all the time. Just tell the judge how long he spent with you and what exactly was done
It's irrelevant. They all lie. If they said everyone was hurt. They would be bankrupt
