Crazy coincidence i was on reddit trying to get this info the other day and you make a video about PPD i understand, im going to share this video link in the group ❤
Im in NY state and have an attorney . I have 2 workers comp cases from 2022 and 2023 my elbow and shoulder separate cases and I have a hearing coming up in 2 weeks .. do you think I’ll get anything out of it ?
Good evening... you handsome young man. I broke my back last july. My bones have healed but I'm dealing with multiple herniated disc. The employer was uninsured, so we're trying to pursue a settlement through the states uninsured employer fund. They have cancelled mandatory and voluntary mediation conferences. I havent received any financial benefits to date. Do you think I have a chance to get a settlement?
You’re making me blush. Thank you. It sounds like your case is being handled outside of New York State. You should consult with a lawyer to figure out your options. If you need help finding a lawyer, please don’t hesitate to call. 212-406-8989
That raises many interesting points. In NY State, if you were working two jobs around the time of your accident and both are covered employments, you can seek concurrent employment. This combines all of your wages and results in an increase in your benefits. If your injuries permit you to only work one job, you might be able to receive reduced earnings benefits. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me. 212-406-8989. Good luck!
I just saw my doctor and she said both my arms are 25% disable and I’m still waiting for the state to send me to their doctors I wanted to close the case money is tight what will be the next step also it was both arms I got injured
There are a lot of different paths your case can take from this point. What state were you injured in? Where is your case being heard? Do you have an attorney?

What about those people like me that go back to work, and are making the same salary, but in order to do so, we are in pain from that injury?

You're welcome. And thank you. Yes my injury occurred in Philadelphia and yes I did retain a lawyer, wish me luck
Do you think cases with municipalities vs private sector insurance are different?
