This gentleman improved my health in many ways. I' am a huge fan of his newsletter. I jump on each week to learn something new to improve my health and the people around me. Since I read his article, I have been taking creatine, vitamin D, and Magnesium daily. A video a great way for visual learners. Thanks Dan
So happy that you are sharing it for free, one suggestion, would be better if you would have told how frequently one needs to take it. Still a great content. Thank you !
Thanks Dan for sharing these valuable information to the world , i hope you stay well and healthy in life. Love your videos , straight to points and most important , it’s zero misleading information. Jiayou !🎉
Very informative video, thank you. I am new to your your channel, but from the few clips that I watched, I could say for a fact there is a much value in your content. Have a great day everybody.
Great vid. It makes me smile knowing I take the same supps as you, and have noticed improved moods and cognitive ability. mag 3 only fully released in the 2010s and the one form is US patented... so not super relatable to the Lindy Effect but apart from that its my fav supp I take.
So helpfull! I will 100% begin to take vitamin d, magnesium and omega 3 fish oil these will be so great for my health overall. Could not be more thankful for this type of content. Love this Dan!❤
Threonate is rare and expensive while Oxide and Citrate line the pharmacy shelves. A compromise may be Glycinate. Supplements are also best in 1 daily pill instead of 2-4!
Thanks for this list. If you have the chance, try FitLine microSolve+ Heart Duo from Fitline for Omega-3 and Q10 - game changer. The only supplement I know of which is water-soluble and therefore is better absorbed.
Magnesium Citrate is the most bio-available. Fish oil suffers from most brands being low qualitity with the oil being rancid due to compromised storage/logistic conditions.
@@danfounder yes, but not when you stick to the needed dose of 400mg-600mg elementary magnesium. That's not enough to make you run to the toilet. Also Mag Citrate helps with dissolving/preventing kidney stones.
I just bought all these supplements for my 50 year old dad. My dad said he was afraid to take the creatine because he didnt want to lose his hair. Lol!
I take fish oil too; just wish it wasn’t produced in such an awful way. Flaxseed oil is a good option as well, so I alternate between the two. In days when I eat seafood, for instance, I will supplement with flaxseed
Hi Dan, whenever I consume Whey Protein I start getting acne on my face and on my back. Is there any particular reason why happens? Are you able to recommend me which I should consider buying? Thanks.
Very informative video. What are your thoughts around timing of the various supplements throughout the day? Can they be taken all at the same time, or spread out... certain supplements at certain times, so as not to impact each other?
Whey i usually take with milk because it tastes better but water works aswell. All the others just take them with water and you're good. Also drink enough water if you plan to take Creatine to aviod dehydration, because it draws water from the body into the muscles.
Any tips on losing 10 pounds of stubborn fat? I’m so close to my goal but my body has adjusted to my diet/exercise routine. Not drinking at all in September and increasing weight lifting. Currently doing mostly cardio.
Cut out /reduce carbs and sugar. Meat, eggs and cheese. (low carb - high fat diet, basically). No food for 16-18 hours between the last meal and the first one on the next day. No fruits or veggies. 10 pounds will be gone in less than 6 month. Cheers
Thanks Raindog, that’s essentially what I do now-High protein/fat, almost no carbs, limited fruit/veg. Weakness has been alcohol/sweets. I also do 18/6 fast most weekdays.
@@alh961 you're craving sweets because you're doing low carb. Carbs are important when you're doing weights, they increase performance by large. Just a thought - cut out fat and enjoy healthy carbs. A fat unit has way more calories than a carb unit. When trying to be in a mild calorie deficit for weight loss reducing fat makes a lot more sense. I never had any sweet cravings until I did low carb for 6 months and I would dream of cakes (which I hated before that). I added back carbs and it went away.
Hi Dan, Your general thoughts on health/lifestyle are so much like mine... I went down this rabbit hole many years ago, in large part toward the goal of longevity in my DOG at the time (she lived til 16). Fast forward 20 years now--two things she had (besides the exercise) that you didn't mention are: glucoasamine, and turmeric (among others). What is your take on those two?
Hey Dan, a couple of questions for ya. Are you taking the recommended two capsules twice a day? A 90 capsule container wouldnt even last a month, and thats $45 for that container. I also noticed that on the Magtech it says if using beyond 12 weeks to consult a doctor. So are these only meant for a short period of time? Last question, the Krill oil you linked here is directly to the Natural Stack website which is in USD. You had linked an amazon link in your most recent video on Krill oil, however, it says it doesn't ship to Canada. Are you buying both Natural stack products from their website or have found a way to get both from amazon? Thanks in advance :)
Youve got really thick and dark hair. Do you think any of these supplements support that? Do you think there's anything you take or eat that supports your hair? Also, how old are you?
so these supplements have zero downside? Not that I think any of them are bad. I was jus stubborn for the last 10 years with not taking any protein / creatine
Dan, I purchased the magnesium you called out. Not sure if you follow my man of RUclips but Dr.Berg is legit. You might go watch some of his stuff and see if it’s right for you. He just kicked out a video on Magnesium and I learned a bunch from that short vid! Keep being us the juice…..
Probably not bad aswell. But you have to find a good manufactor that actually offers the proper serving size. Mostly found products that have 25mg per capsule which is ~50%-100% more than you should take per day (11-16mg as a male, 7-10mg as female). To everyone starting with supplements please inform yourself before buying to avoid issues.
If a book has been around for 40 years , then it is expected to be around for another 40 year making it 80 years at which point it is expected to be around for another 80 years at which point it will be 160 years etc.etc.etc. essentially all books are eternal. Makes perfect sense aehh?
@@danfounder @tomjensen618 is pointing out that the logic is somewhat circular. If you say something is going to be around for X years since it has been around for X years, and that if it makes it to X + Y that means it will go another X + Y, then that means it will make it to X + Y since X + Y is less than X + X. You can then do a bit of mathematical induction to say well that mean it will go to X + Y + Z since that is less than X + Y, ad infinitum.
Dude took a bunch of baking powered and slammed it on this table I hope because if he wasted creatine and dropped on his table that is much more of a waste.

I'm about to go Tony Montana for my phospocreatine levels.
Keep in mind that vitamin D is fat soluble, so it's better to consume it with/before [meal that contains] fat

When you baked whey protein and it gets denatured, would it still work the same or becomes ineffective?

What do you think of iso leucine and the rats experiment showing life expectancy diminishing. I guess all protein sources come with iso leucine?
