    This gentleman improved my health in many ways. I' am a huge fan of his newsletter. I jump on each week to learn something new to improve my health and the people around me. Since I read his article, I have been taking creatine, vitamin D, and Magnesium daily. A video a great way for visual learners. Thanks Dan

      Whey i usually take with milk because it tastes better but water works aswell. All the others just take them with water and you're good. Also drink enough water if you plan to take Creatine to aviod dehydration, because it draws water from the body into the muscles.

      Cut out /reduce carbs and sugar. Meat, eggs and cheese. (low carb - high fat diet, basically). No food for 16-18 hours between the last meal and the first one on the next day. No fruits or veggies. 10 pounds will be gone in less than 6 month. Cheers

    • @alh961
      @alh961 5 месяцев назад

      Thanks Raindog, that’s essentially what I do now-High protein/fat, almost no carbs, limited fruit/veg. Weakness has been alcohol/sweets. I also do 18/6 fast most weekdays.

    • @yordanadaskalova
      @yordanadaskalova 4 месяца назад

      @@alh961 you're craving sweets because you're doing low carb. Carbs are important when you're doing weights, they increase performance by large.
      Just a thought - cut out fat and enjoy healthy carbs. A fat unit has way more calories than a carb unit. When trying to be in a mild calorie deficit for weight loss reducing fat makes a lot more sense.
      I never had any sweet cravings until I did low carb for 6 months and I would dream of cakes (which I hated before that). I added back carbs and it went away.

    Your general thoughts on health/lifestyle are so much like mine... I went down this rabbit hole many years ago, in large part toward the goal of longevity in my DOG at the time (she lived til 16). Fast forward 20 years now--two things she had (besides the exercise) that you didn't mention are: glucoasamine, and turmeric (among others). What is your take on those two?

    Hey Dan, a couple of questions for ya. Are you taking the recommended two capsules twice a day? A 90 capsule container wouldnt even last a month, and thats $45 for that container.
    I also noticed that on the Magtech it says if using beyond 12 weeks to consult a doctor. So are these only meant for a short period of time?
    Last question, the Krill oil you linked here is directly to the Natural Stack website which is in USD. You had linked an amazon link in your most recent video on Krill oil, however, it says it doesn't ship to Canada. Are you buying both Natural stack products from their website or have found a way to get both from amazon? Thanks in advance :)

    • @sacrefice_8753
      @sacrefice_8753 5 месяцев назад +1

      Probably not bad aswell. But you have to find a good manufactor that actually offers the proper serving size. Mostly found products that have 25mg per capsule which is ~50%-100% more than you should take per day (11-16mg as a male, 7-10mg as female). To everyone starting with supplements please inform yourself before buying to avoid issues.

    If a book has been around for 40 years , then it is expected to be around for another 40 year making it 80 years at which point it is expected to be around for another 80 years at which point it will be 160 years etc.etc.etc. essentially all books are eternal. Makes perfect sense aehh?

    • @danfounder

      Wouldn't say all books. Publishers find it expensive to print books that people don't read anymore.

    • @Drahkir9
      @Drahkir9 5 месяцев назад

      @@danfounder @tomjensen618 is pointing out that the logic is somewhat circular. If you say something is going to be around for X years since it has been around for X years, and that if it makes it to X + Y that means it will go another X + Y, then that means it will make it to X + Y since X + Y is less than X + X. You can then do a bit of mathematical induction to say well that mean it will go to X + Y + Z since that is less than X + Y, ad infinitum.
