Thanks for the tip regarding the green powder. My wife and use a green powdee everyday as well as a red fruit powder. It's now clear from you that i need to research the brand and discontinue it if it is not third party yested and proven to be safe. Thanks a million! Mike
Verisol was like my first supplement I started adding in my 40's. It worked better with the tiny scoop than all the other collagens Ive taken since in much larger quantities. Might go back.
Speaking of D3+K2, I tried 2 different brands and got sores on my bottom lip that went away when I stopped taking it. Followed the dosage, but no joy. Any ideas?
Amazing exhaustive list for the picture of health which Dr. Rhonda in fact is ! Don't mind me - even though the Besha ist besser, I'll be modest by just taking B12, D3, say grace and, thankfully, eat very well.
I always find it inspiring to see what experts like Rhonda Patrick use in their own routines. Keeping things simple with a steak and eggs diet has worked for me, but adding some targeted supplements made a huge difference. I found great recommendations in a book called Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman. One that’s been especially effective for my energy and focus is magnesium-it’s become an essential part of my daily routine.
No NMN? The reason i take it was because you were talking about on Rogan a couple of years ago so thank you thats stuffs amazing i still take it everyday thank you 🙏
@Mrtranquil01 i dont know about that i get it off Amazon uk the 1 i get is called Glorifiktion NMN & Trans-resveratrol 900mg ive been taking it for year & half im 50 but ppl think im in my 30"s ive got a metabolic age of 34 i swear by this stuff i train every day aswell i hope you get some! Its amazing stuff even just for health & wellness alone it so worth it.
Interesting discussion here. Blue print protocol has cocoavia as one supplement. It is in the website currently. Cocoavia was tested by ConsumerLab and was approved. So, I think this supplement a good option. Note: I am not an employee in Cocovia or ConsumerLab.
This is great information. Wondering if the time of day matters for some of the supplements? For example, does the time for creatine matter? I currently put it in my workout bottle for the morning workout, but I've also heard doing it at night might help with sleep. Does anyone have data/opinions?
Great video. Thank you for your tips. LIKE and comment. 💪😁 As for green food. When I was researching the best company for green foods (specifically young barley and chlorella) in Europe is a Czech company called Green Ways. They test regularly for everything from pesticides to heavy metals to gluten etc... that is my humble personal finding based on my search. Does anyone have any other type or experience ? 🙏
Hey Rhonda Re: Heat. If I understand correctly, I can generate enough heat in a hot bath (105 for 20 minutes) to generate the desired effect that a sauna produces. I may have missed it somewhere, but is a cold shower right after required? Or not recommended? Also how many days a week? Also, I saw one comment that says their sleeplessness (for me waking up at 3:00 am and not getting back to sleep) (I tried a behavior approach unsuccessfully) is improved. Thoughts? Since I don't have
Hot bathing and cold shower to follow is good. Try magnesium compound (citrate, threonate) to help with sleep, and maybe an Epsom salts bath in the evening hits two targets?
How on earth do you know what actually works 😂 I use Cronometer to hit the micro nutrients and minerals and hardly need to back fill with supplement bar vit d in winter. I do use a protein shake on exercise days 6 out of 7 and a supermarket electrolyte that costs pennies on long run days. Eat kale, spinach, salad, berries, avocados, sweet potato, whole oats, dark chocolate, coffee , oily fish and you don’t need any of this.
Never mind supplements, I want to know what water bottle she's using these days. I've avoided plastic for decades.... love glass, but yes, they break... either way, everything I've bought still has you drinking through plastic.
To supercharge your supplements, take them with large amounts of alcohol, and you’ll see the effect almost immediately. Of course, as with any internet advice, check with your doctor before…
The fact that nobody talks about censored book called The 23 Former Doctor Truths by Lauren Clark really gets to me. Always loved people like Rachel, she opens our eyes
I looked up some some of the companies and supplements she mentioned and they have bunch of fillers. I would think for such an enlightened lady, she's be a little more selective
@@barry147ca scattergun supplementing of dozens of products isn’t a scientific approach. Flogging expensive untested combinations of powdered ingredients is even less scientific.

Heavy metal levels and other contaminates in our food/supplements are very concerning. 3rd party testing should be required before sale is possible.
Would love if you could link all the supplements you take
Love that. Thank you for sharing the brand too! 🙏🙏
Does anyone know which whey protein powder she using?
Do you still recommend Kuli Kuli Moringa powder?

What do you think of designs for health collagen with fortibone and fortigel? I’m 69 so interested in increasing bone density.
Please tell us 🙏🏻 whey protein with which company ?
I'm curious why you chose to go with cocoavia as opposed to blueprint cocoa (it costs half as much)
Yes, I would like to know the answer to this as well as far as your choice

What do you think about Broq?
Would life not be much easier if we eat sufficient fruit and vegetables, fish, eating whole foods and oatmeal?
I just take vitamin D and C.
