Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

I just started watching😢 your videos a couple of weeks ago. I've been out of work on short term disability due to surgical treatments, so time hasn't been a problem. I bought my shed last year and it really turned out great. It's a game room now with old arcade games and neon signs in it. Watched it being installed and I realized what has to go into the process. Let me say that you are a very professional person. You work hard . Thank you for uploading these videos.

Congratulations on your new business, nothing beats being your own boss, until tax time comes around, lol. I had my own business for many years, it can be very stressful, but also very rewarding. Fascinating equipment and operator. That Direct tv box is worth a few hundred in working order. I would use a multi meter to check for Power. Don't forget new blades. That lateral moving beavertail is incredible

It never fails to amaze me, how you can get sheds out of almost impossible spots, especially when there are immoveable objects in the way, or hazards like the well and ditch. I have been watching you for a couple of months, and even looked up some of the old videos. As of today, I am a subscriber!

It's really pretty simple with his equipment, everything is so universal, slide rear wheels, hook mule to most any part of the building etc.
@@des782 - The sheds that he repossesses, are not owned by the people he is taking them from. Those folks are only renting to own, (they do not own the building until it is all paid off), and if they are behind on their rent/payments, the shed company has the right to repossess. So you are totally incorrect in your statement.
@@des782 - Seems you left that out of your original statement, so how was I go know what you were referring to? Sounds like the pot calling the kettle black, doesn't it? But that is a good point - maybe it is not unlawful in Ohio. I don't know, do you? I would put out warning blinkers or at least orange cones in front and in back of the rig to warn other motorists, if I were doing that kind of work. Bet you would too! Have a good day, Des.

I don’t know if anyone else commented so my apologies if they did. You can buy a short piece of wire rope, very thin diameter with loops on the end and they will cut absolutely right through plastic pipe and fittings. That is exactly what we used to cut a pipe below grade. They were quick and they work perfectly.

Guess it would also be bad too, Land and shed up for sale as a fixer upper. Someone ended up buying it with shed. only to come to it at some point and find the Shed gone now in hopes of turning shed into a tiny home and the Old Land owner shed owner no where to be found. Ran off with the Money

What are some of the Crazy things you seen people do to prevent a Repo.
Friend of mine does sortof similar thing you do, but He also sales and Rents out Sheds. as well as go out and will repo them if people dont pay.
one of the ways people try to prevent repos he has said was, where people will Concrete the Entire Floor. so only way to Repo it at that point would be to dismantle the shed.
But, He did have have one where a Person actually dismantled the shed and moved it to a Pond that was on person's property where there was Island in middle of it and they rebuilt it there. He ended up taking those People to Court and they ended up paying entire Shed off.
Oh my goodness gracious what a wonderful equipment. Unbelievable I can watch that all day long. Priceless.
These videos are fun to watch. I never know what the next challenge in a repo will come your way, but i love your skill, determination, and attitude as you take each job on.
He could give lessons on how to diffuse tense situations.

As a utility worker. There's a trick to cutting pvc pipes. If you're in a tough spot to use the recip saw or no blades.
Take few feet of wire (we use SS lashing wire) like baling wire or small diameter braided wire.
Wrap around the pipe once.
Wrap both ends of the wire with sticks or two screw drivers for handle.
Pull back and forth, the heat from the friction will cut through any pipe. No matter what the size.

This is the most fantastic thing I have ever seen. I would never have figured out how to get that shed away from all that trash and off the hill. And a remote control mule!!!! So safe. Then to get it on that trailer. You got skills!!!!!

I would love to own one of those mules.
A Hint, Dont use those white blades,they bend and go blunt too quickly. Look for the Diablo brand (made in Switzerland) .I have been using the one blade for two weeks now after someone suggested to me to use them and even when bottoming out,they don't bend.
