Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

By the looks of that house in the property they could easily afford the payments on the shed there must be a ghost living there I didn’t see anybody move that stuff better for you they stay away and don’t bother you another good job completed you are definitely the shed repo expert
Maybe they’re stretched thin from the looks of everything (even their storm door is expensive), and they decided to sacrifice the building over the mortgage, car payment, whatever the reason they live in a nice area but can’t pay for a storage building. Shit happens.
Have you thought that possibly they've had loss of jobs, death, illness so that they don't have the money to pay for this shed at this time, they are possibly trying to hang on to their house, etc?

Probably best that "stuff" mysteriously ended up outside.. not really much chance of it getting Damaged or Stolen while in the back yard.. Way easier then trying to strap stuff down to prevent Damage.. Great Job as Usual.. wish more young folks had your work Ethics.
He has said before that he doesn't have to remove property from the sheds he is reposessing. But in the case of a street legal motorcycle. It might be a problem.
I’m sure the leasee was given at least one notice that they were in violation of their agreement and should have removed ALL their property. Josh did the same thing I would have done.
At least the deadbeats didn't leave the shed completely full of trash this time.

Read your shed contract carefully as if you default anything in the shed you will have to retrieve at their location and damage to the lawn is on you when they have to come get it. So don't say they tore up your grass.

I had to rewatch it and actually watch it. (I play it in the background through my headphones during the day) I saw the equipment and have seen you or another RUclipsr awhile back strap those things down for the ride so that is what I was expecting. I don’t know how they made it out. I guess they were home after all and ran back inside really quick.
Good job as always. Looks like the people that are not supposed to be there snuck out while you were turning around and getting the mule off the truck and removed it all? Better that way. Not your responsibility then. I am always amazed how people can have those huge homes and nice acreage and nice trucks and cars and toys but fail to make a couple hundred a month payment on a nice storage building.
Maybe they can't pay for the storage building because they are paying for that nice home and acreage and are scraping by due to loss of job, death, illness. Not so far fetched to see as possibilities.

I would have taken the shed with all the shit in it they knew you were coming lenders don't just repo something without fair warning so it would have been take good thing it was you and not a few others I've seen doing this

It never ceases to amaze me when ppl pretend not to be home when the repo man knocks on the door. They probably actually think if they don’t answer the door, then they’ll go away🙄🙄🙄 And if they were as fast taking their stuff out the shed as they were at making those payments, the shed woulda been paid for months ago 😂🤣😂

I think the Amish people are cool, having embraced some of the technology of today, and still being so polite. I also like the quality of their workmanship, I hope that some day my financial situation is sound enough to purchase one your out buildings, ( I would hate to have you repo it from me ).

Where are people's priorities? This looks like a nice home with a huge yard and all those toys, Harley, 4 wheeler, Tractor and who knows what else, but the people get their shed repoed. 10-1 say none of that stuff is paid for- just endless payments on everything from house, furniture, cars and credit cards.
The shed is up for repo and so is a lot of other stuff there. A friend of mine owns a cycle shop and of course they sell side-by-side‘s and ATVs. He said you would be surprised how people who live in very large expensive homes driving very expensive cars and trucks have serious financial problems. He can’t get them financed because their credit is so bad. Sometimes when he does get people like that financed he ends up back there to repo the equipment. Not unusual
I often wondered that too. (Seeing ppl with nice homes and cars and toys). They must have the “Keeping up with the Joneses” mentality. Not me! If I can’t afford it, I’m damn sure not gonna work myself to death trying to keep up with the payments.

Briefly the following happened today. While leaving a restaurant with friends after having breakfast I saw a man who went bankrupt probably 20 years ago sticking me for $8000. He and his cousin inherited the business from their fathers and borrowed $3 million secured by the equipment and the real estate. The fathers were very well off after running this business for about 30 years. Over the next five years they ran it $4 million more in unsecured debt for a total of $7 million. That included my $8000. They filed for bankruptcy. What is he driving now, the most expensive BMW you can imagine. The two fathers had to pay off $620,000 in debt the fathers had personally guaranteed. Not part of the bankruptcy.

It’s probably in someone else’s name cuz I can’t see how any bank would give him a loan. I messed up my credit when I was young and dumb, and I can’t get a loan for bubble gum, but this guy owes MILLIONS (not to mention the $8k he owes you!) and gets to drive around in a new BMW?! 🙄🙄 Can you sue him in small claims?? He clearly has means to pay you back if he’s driving a Beemer!

It's amazing as to how many people will rent these buildings.
I'm sure they've never thought about the long term cost.
With what they rent for monthly a person could set aside that much money for a year and go buy the materials to build one.
It doesn't take that much knowledge and know how to build one or that much effort.
The main thing is you have to know how to read a tape measure and operate a saw and a hammer.
I'm going to guess that the most of the don't understand how a hammer works.
With my knowledge I could build a tiny house to code for what some of these buildings cost. I just don’t have the energy, or I’m too lazy. Not sure which. Pushing 41 now and work 12 hour shifts but only 14 days a month. I’d rather pay people for what I can do but too many times “professionals” aren’t worth a shit. Don’t know how to do it right, or do know but just want to rush through it and overcharge you.
I totally understand what you're saying. I'm pushing 54 and I'm something like 76% disabled due to degenerative arthritis, sad thing is I've been like this for the past 12 yrs.
Buy it outright like i did comes to about the 85% in materials, it was worth the no labor to me however had i not outright brought id payed twice as much and thats alot, almost 24grand for a 36x13 with a wrap around porch, a loft, a breaker box with 4 plugs and two lights, studs 16 on center, 7 windows and a metal roof, i nabbed it at 10grand. Own it out right. Shitty part is now its hell trying to have it moved. When they own it no prob.
I bought one because i needed it fast, but it was in 1994 so not as expensive as now, a 10x12 was 1700 bucks, payments 75 bucks a month if I remember right, paid on it a year then paid it off lump sum next year, my bro in law has it now, still in good shape for its age

In an earlier video it shows him hauling a shed with a nice bike inside. So he has been known to do it before!! There were a whole lot of comments about him doing it, people b*etching saying some mean things.
I think I would haul the stuff back to the lot or whatever the contract said. So if you set the stuff out in the yard and it got stolen, then whose fault is it?
