Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

I love sheds. I used to go to a place where they sold all kinds of sheds/horse barns and I’d imagine where I’d put each living space. Bed here, kitchen there, bathroom over there….that was about 30 years ago. Weird. Funny.
I thought those two sheds never gonna fit on that trailer , and then the magic happened it extended back and front . First time I have seen it do that watched lots of your videos love them keep it up . Loved the Q & A video it was very interesting .

I'm always impressed with your skill in moving these sheds. I bought one several years ago to use for rebuilding my Jeep in. The young guy that delivered it was quite skillful, as well. My son and I had a landscaped area for it to sit. He has able to move it in less than half an inch of center on the one and only try. You guys are amazing! I do have a question for you. The town I live in requires an shed to be anchored to the ground. We used four very large anchors for my 12x24 shed and actually had to drill holes through the floor to get access with my impact wrench to drive the anchors down. The building inspector was impressed with the anchors and said "That thing won't go anywhere... at least not the floor..." My question is... Have you ever had to deal with a shed that was anchored down? In my case, it would take an impact wrench or a couple very strong guys to twist those anchors out. The anchors are bolted to the inside floor joist that rums the length of the shed. In place, there's no access to remove the bolts from the joists.

That was a lot of adjusting but you made if.
spent all the money on ruxal rockwool insulation and that stuff is like 60 to 70 dollars a roll . I had my whole 2440 sq ft house insulated with it and it was for 2x6 stud walls . Your mule reminds me of the movie WALLY The little garbage crusher on that movie

That second shed looks really nice. If i heard your comment correctly, you like this more than the one you have? Maybe, if possible, switch them. Avoiding the thought "if only we had" later, everytime you look at the present shed.

What’s the deal with the 4 x 4 against the truck, when Unloading and Loading the mule??
To eliminate extra suspension stress due to the weight of the mule when slid out on the carriage. Without it the springs on that side will fail prematurely

There is a lot here n Charleston wv down Jefferson on rt60 I guess either it was a repo n someone was mad about it r someone just wanted to set fire to a shed on the lot but burnt it and badly damaged 2 others fire was so hot it Burt some of the red paint on the mule that was on the trailer by the shed crazy people

Yea its a warning for a sensor, its annoying but it still runs fine, one of these days I'll fix that.
@@ShedHappens Understood. I used to service computer controlled portable Metso rock crushers. The amount of sensors is mind-boggling. They have about the same size screen too.
