  • This building was a 12 x 40 garage in south Texas we dropped it off in Raymondville it was very hard to get out because the ground was soft so we had to use tracks and powered to get traction and try our best not to tear up the ground the police were on scene because it was a legal repo that had been took to court and ordered to release the building

I couldn't help but notice how you were quick to point out that the "folks" could be dangerous. Funny ididnt see anyone cause any trouble at all. Truth is people like you live to create imagined turmoil without knowing facts. Fact is the people you spoke of may have fell on hard times...happens to lots of people. It's not a crime or a sin. Doesn't make them bad people. Fact you don't know what the reason for the repo was, but you were quick to judge. I'm guessing you wore three or four mask at the same time alone in your car during cv19.... KAREN.

That would depend on the contract, if it was damaged to a certain degree I'm pretty sure a judge would still make them pay for it, also if the people who didn't pay only owe a couple hundred and the repo sells for 2-3k depending on the condition and size it could still come out as a profit, there wouldn't be a repo buisness if there wasn't money to be made...

Great job! I have seen another shed repo video but instead of wheels the machine had rubber tracks(Cardinal Manufacturing LLC), that machine would have made your life a lot easier on this property. You may consider skipping the plastic traction ramp and make your own traction boards from 2"x12" six foot long with 2"x2" aluminum angle channel screwed to the bottom around the perimeter and then several smaller pieces running widthwise will anchor the boards into soft soil. Then sharpen (not sharp enough to puncture) dozens of 3/8" X 3" carriage bolts through each board for traction. The points will be close enough together that they will not puncture the tires(like a bed of nails) but will allow the tire to get a good grip on the boards even with mud on the tires. These will also not get destroyed like a piece of plywood or plastic traction ramps even with very heavy loads.
Excellent idea to have your wife video the entire removal, the property owner would be stupid to make any false claims about any kind of damage or other nonsense with video evidence.

the mule is able to lift such heavy loads because it uses hydraulics. the pressure is from 1500-2500 psi. compare that with air pressure of 120 psi. big difference in load capacity. hydraulic systems are pretty reliable sometimes you can get huge oil leaks when something like a hose bursts or a hydraulic pump goes bad. those are the main problems

Feel bad for the guy for the repo sometimes things happen. Glad you got it out with no problems. It is cool looking, and the person makes it look easy. Awesome it has remote control.

"Hey man....I can cut down that little tree or move my woodpile and crap. Sorry it wasn't ready for you"
Ha ha. Where's the guy who signed the contract to pay for the shed?

Disrespectful of the property owner to not assist in creating a clear way for the repo, I don't feel bad for him at all, he forfeited his rights by not fulfilling his payment obligations.

@@Dba8er yep but also fucked up to sell people shit that they don’t fully understand the cost of. These deals are usually sketchy home show money pit sales that cost 2-3 times the amount you think lolll.

@@AKBUTCHER0 Totally agree, I treat everything as a scam because it usually is these days, marketing and sales pitches are designed to lure the unsuspecting or the trusting, everyone has to be vigilant in understanding the conditions of purchase, take lots of time to research and ask lots of questions, better still reviews and forums often give up companies hidden agenda's, buyer beware and don't live outside their means to repay.
Simple philosophy is, if in doubt don't.
I save and pay cash for everything, I don't owe anyone anything.

@@Dba8er yep agreed I know that I’m able to spot those things but some people are just too nice and can’t say no and truly think they’re getting a good deal. Just sad to see people who can’t pay something be thought of as less of by a large group of people even though the American credit system begggggggs you to take out loans and put yourself at risk. Tell my friends all the time I could have 100 dollars and still be richer than you because I actually own my shit.

Vertical wall studs 4' o/c, nice!
Nice VERY cheap construction, built like a "portable" pole barn!
A 1/2 witt person could throw that up on their lot for easy 1/6th what the shed company is gonna charge (initial agreed sale price) not to include the 26k in interest you are going to pay!
Fyi can't pay for the materials upfront to build it, then build it yourself, DON'T go into debt for 37k to rent to own one!

UK --That was impressive, the guy with the fork lift was more impressive. I was a building contractor and no matter how good the product or project many people just don't want to pay.
Just try that in the grocery store.
